Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Eduardo and staff members are very kind and helpful. They were available for any kind of request. The room was spacious and confortable, with A/C and confortable beds. It was great to have parking near the hotel. It's a space provided by the hotel itself, costs 12 euros per day (much cheaper than parking lots in the city) - it can be a bit challenging if you need to use the car everyday, which was not my case.
It was a bit noisy due to a bar in the corner (I stayed there over a weekend), nothing that prevented me to sleep well.

Por proponer alguna mejora, había una puerta de los muebles de cocina descolgada y la nevera tenía estropeada también la puerta del congelador. Cosas que seguro estarán arregladas en la próxima visita

Bien equipado para poder hacer vida en el apartamento. El personal fue super simpático. Fuimos 4 amigas a pasar el fin de semana y repetiríamos sin dudar todos los años. Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Das Hotel befindet sich in einem charmanten, sehr gemütlichen Altbau mitten in der Altstadt von Cadiz. Der ehemalige Innenhof wurde überdacht, dort befindet sich unten die Rezeption, die auch bis abends besetzt ist. Die MitarbeiterInnen waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Parken konnten wir in einer kleinen Garage direkt neben dem Eingang. Besser geht es nicht, jedoch - wie die gesamte Altstadt von Cadiz - definitiv nichts für große Autos oder Fahranfänger. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit 2 Räumen und Küchenzeile. Jeden Tag gab es Zimmerservice mit neue Handtüchern und bei Bedarf auch neuer Bettwäsche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt führt dazu, dass es nachts nicht unbedingt leise ist. Es war aber noch in Ordnung, und ist wie gesagt der Lage geschuldet.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026La habitación tenía lo que necesitas para hospedarte allí y la chica que estaba en recepción era muy simpática y amable.
La habitación estaba aparentemente preparada pero algunas cosas no estaban totalmente limpias, solo había tres almohadas (dos para un huesped y para otro solo una), lo que era un poco incómodo por ejemplo para mí que duermo con dos. El aire acondicionado funcionaba pero no se podía regular nada, cuando pulsabas cualquier opción del mando no respondía. Además, la habitación tenía como un olor a humedad que aunque abrieras la ventana no se solucionaba (creo que falta ventilación). Por último, nuestra habitación no estaba nada aislada por lo que se escuchaban todos los ruidos de dentro del patio. Los dos días nos despertaron otros huéspedes temprano hablando en voz alta en el pasillo. Creo que el precio para nuestra habitación fue bastante alto para los servicios ofrecidos.

La habitación es bastante completa y está equipada para que puedas desayunar o comer en ella, estando en gran parte separada la parte de cocina-saloncito y la habitación. A pesar de la ubicación, se puede dormir sin problema de ruidos. También tiene ascensor y el personal nos dio todas las facilidades. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

La ragazza alla reception è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito preziose indicazioni su Cadice. La posizione è molto buona, a 10 minuti dalla Caleta.
L'acqua nel lavandino del bagno non scorreva bene.

The bed linen and towels were old and worn out. There were no metal blinds on the windows only drapes. The streetlights shone past the drapes at night making the bedroom not dark enough.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Me ha parecido un lugar con mucho encanto, muy bojota decoración, facil acceso, centrico, habitación muy limpia, bonita, luminosa, en mi caso tenia una pequeña terraza privada y cocina. Mucho mas asequible que un hotel. Super silencioso y tranquilo. Repetiria. Muy recomendable.

Lo que no me ha gustado es que en la recepción no estén o te cierren la puerta cuando haces el check out, dejas las llaves y te vas a por el coche para volver a por todo el equipaje y cuando llegas la puerta está cerrada, no hay nadie en recepción, llamas al timbre y no te abren (porque no lo oyen desde arriba según la señora de la limpieza) y tienes que llamar a un móvil para que alguien baje a abrirte. Todo esto con el coche en la calle laberíntica estrecha y con coches que te dicen que te quites porque ellos no pueden pasar.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026This is a wonderful place to stay in Cadiz old Town. It's a period property with so much character and a collection of great paintings and eclectic furniture and pieces of art. This makes it very welcoming and interesting. The staff are very professional and helpful and extremely nice, which is a big bonus. Our room was great, comfy bed, clean towels and linen daily and very clean with aircon and fridge which are super additions in the heat of the Summer. There are tea and coffee facilities also. It's also lovely and quiet. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to explore this magical place on foot and is not far from the buses and all the important attractions. The property has a parking space which needs booking in advance but at a very good daily price of only 12euros. Communication with the hotel in advance was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
We would have liked a safe in the room ( although we felt very secure in the property). The TV kept glitching due to inconsistent service, despite good WiFi and I would have liked the option of an English speaking film/ news channel ( I do like to watch a little TV before sleeping and stay in the loop with the news.) My Spanish did improve watching in Spanish though. And the drawers in the bedside cabinets smelt of damp which I think is just from being left closed. Easy enough to rectify - We just didn't use them but If there longer I would have said something. Parking space is not on site but only a10 minute walk away, however - good to know. I noticed that there is no air conditioning in the reception area making it very hot in the Summer and I am sure, freezing in the Winter. This must be difficult for the reception staff and anyone waiting in that area. All of these things are so easily rectified and do not take away from the loveliness of the staff and property.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Good location right near the centre with loads of restaurants just 5 minutes walk away. Good room for a short stay. Friendly staff members. Perfect place for just 1 night to see everything Cádiz had to offer.
The only thing was when people walk by it was very load and a group of people where outside are room in the morning have a conversation and you could hear it very clearly.
