Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The environment and facilities were very nice.
The only downside was the TVs, they could be upgraded with more modern technology and the breakfast was too basic, with a limited selection.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026The staff were consistently kind, helpful and proactive. The breakfast was fabulous, offering a wide variety of fresh options every day. We also enjoyed free on-site parking, a ski room, and a locker conveniently located right by the gondola. The views from the balcony were stunning. The hotel’s location is within walking distance of most attractions in Grossarl.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2020Reasons why you should come to Kendlbacher: - perfectly clean - excellent location in town, very central - modern, brand new (2018) - underground private parking - very friendly staff - the hotel is above an outdoor/sports shop, so ideal if you need any equipment - (e-)bike rental We really enjoyed our stay here. Should we come back to Grossarl, we would book this hotel/apartment again.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2019Brand new apartments in central Grossarl. Shops are walking distance, and the apartment kitchen is very convenient. Even so, the morning Brötchen service is very practical, because your bread rolls will be waiting for you in a special bag. Staff was uniformly very friendly. You can feel that this is a strong family business, but at the same time they let you have maximum privacy. It was great to have a clean, well-lit and accessible underground garage available.
