DoubleTree By Hilton Shenzhen Nanshan Hotel & Residences

Good accommodation for a good price. Positioned in Nanshan, it is at short distance from airport (20 min ride by taxi). Great services and good access to various facilities (e.g fitness)

Perfect hotel for staying in Shenzhen, usually choosing it, cause of good location and great service

Very clean, comfortable and modern facility but not in the best location for a social and culture oriented visitor. Best for travellers going for a business in Qianhai.

One of the best places I’ve stayed lately! Great hotel, my room was a full equipped apartment with a massive view! Gym, sauna and others services were really good! Breakfast was amazing every single day. Hotel people always very supportive! Location is really good based on what I needed.

Breakfast, Service and Staff

Restaurant and room service closed early

Super clean, and staff were quite nice

Excellent hotel staff service Clean rooms

The two bedroom suite was a very good size.

Staff were pretty inflexible. Couldn’t facilitate a slightly late check out. Insisted on a swim cap in the pool, even though I am completely bald. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived.

Relatively clean and modern

A bit far from the main shopping areas.

Very good hotel, the aquarium in front of the hotel was the most fascinating thing ever

The gym didn’t have my favorite equipments

The buffet breakfast and comfort of the room

This hotel is amazing! The staff was so helpful, they forwarded a package to another hotel for me when it didn't arrive in time.

Todo muy lindo

Le bajo un punto por la ubicación.

Breakfast can be improved in terms of variety. Type of coffee can be more aromatic.

Car entrance to property can be improved in terms of ease of access.

The property was new, clean and bright. It was entirely smoke-free, unlike many other well established big brand hotels, which was very welcomed. The room was well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was inviting with a great spread. We mainly stayed around Nanshan area during this trip hence the location was convenient for us. Overall, a great experience

Very nice staff, hotel was clean, gym was nice, staff are friendly, nice location as theres flower market next to it. Will be back definitely!

Pool was a bit small,

Perfect hotel, love it and trying to stay while being in Shenzhen. Located in a beautiful area. Really nice and helpful staff. Perfect breakfast! Highly recommend

Sometimes I’m receiving a little bit old room, that needs to be renovated

Very clean, detailed room layout. The porters were very responsive and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and good.

I wish it had an outdoor pool to get in some natural sunlight.

The property is new and facilities are new too. The hotel is very clean.

Everything is good enough for the price and location.
