Very loud, constant noise from the road. I got no sleep. My key card wouldn’t work, every time I left the room; they changed the batteries, used keys, tried lots of things to make it right. It made me to worried to leave the room. I only stayed for 1 night out of 3 I had booked

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Central location...can easily walk to everything you need (restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, coffee...) The hotel is clean and our room was quite large. (A family room that was a 2br/2ba ) The staff is lovely.
Our room must have been right by the street. There was incessant honking until very late (3am?). However, we also slept in a room.farther from the street and it was perfectly quiet. So I guess it just depends on your room.

Zwembad niet beschikbaar voor hotel gasten. Tot s’avonds laat in gebruik door zwemvereniging. Wachtende ouders in zitjes er om heen . Sfeerloos als hotel . Zeker geen 4 sterren ! Eerste dagen ( we waren er 5 nachten ) een bordje met ontbijt met folie . ( lichten in de eetzaal uit ). Meegenomen naar het terras op de 4e verdieping . Winddoeken gescheurd , niet verzorgd . ( vieze plekken op de muren ). Personeel niet onwelwillend maar begrijpt het niet ; spreken geen Engels ( behalve receptie dame ). Uitchecken ook vervelend . Eerst s’ nachts om 01.00 uur een telefoontje dat we moesten komen betalen ?? . Volgende ochtend moest het opeens in cash . Na ‘ gedoe ‘ ( en een belletje naar de baas ? ) kon het opeens wel via de creditcard . Nul gevoel van gastvrijheid . Onze kamer 315 lag niet pal aan de grote drukke doorgaande weg maar iets naar achteren . Nadeel is dat je vanaf je balkon ( ook viezig ) uitkijkt op de naast gelegen bouwplaats . Kamer met airco was wel goed 👍

Non andare assolutamente nel periodo del ramadan, Anche se pagata la colazione ristorante chiuso e colazione andata a trovare nel ristorante nelle vicinanze. per farci rifare la camera bisognava chiedere, dopo rifatta trovato in pavimento solita sporcizia mancanza di riscaldamento, Piscina, anche se pubblicizzata non utilizzabile, dopo le 14:00 si allenavano ragazzi, fino alle 23:00 immaginate anche le urla di ragazzi e allenatori ( con finestre chiuse) Bagno grande ma! Con lo scarico della doccia ostruito, flessibile rotto in più parti Struttura datata

The room was cleaned, though details like the doors and light switches were not cleaned. There were various options available for breakfast, and while I would describe it as average, the chef was friendly and welcoming. There was noise from the street as the windows are not sound proof, and the WiFi connection was not good — this seemed to be a common experience during our hotel stays in Egypt.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026La vue de la chambre était très désagréable donnait sur des immeubles complètement délabrés et en ruine. On a demandé de changer, on nous a proposé une chambre vue sur piscine qui était trop petite pour 2 personnes aucune possibilité de circuler a deux. Puis il nous ont donné une chambre plus grande mais qui donnait sur l'avenue principal avec beaucoup de nuissance et chaton de voiture car la chambre ne disposait pas de doubles vitrage. C'est un hotel qui ne mérite pas le prix payé 100€ par soir.

Everything was good but I wouldn’t recommend an unmarried couple to stay here. They asked for my marriage certificate which is something I think the hotel should list on booking.com.

No me gustó que por una situación tan dolorosa como es la muerte de un familiar se nieguen a devolverme el dinero del día que no estuve allí cuando he mandado el parte de defunción de mi madre .

Rooms could be nicer and cleaner. The road outside is super noisy and busy. Couldn’t get much peace and quiet.

Die erste Nacht standen die gebuchten Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung und wir mussten die Nacht in einem anderen Hotel mit geringerem Standard verbringen. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr belebten Strasse, deshalb unbedingt Zimmer mit Richtung zum Pool buchen!

في البداية استلمت غرفة مطله على بركة السباحة وكانت صغيرة جدا جدا ولايوجد بها الا مقبس كهربائي واحد يعمل.. أما خزانة الملابس فإنها تحتاج 3 رجال لفتحها من شدة تلفها طلبت تغيير الغرفة لغرفة اقل مستوى مطلة على الشارع ولم استطع النوم لمدة 4 ايام من الازعاج.. الغرفة عبارة عن مقلب.. اسوء فندق سكنته على الإطلاق... المفاجأة الكبرى هي تم سحب مبلغ من بطاقة الفيزا تبعي في حين انني لم أطلب او استخدم اي شيولدى مراجعتي للفندق إلكترونيا طلبت الرصيد ولم يتم ارساله لي لغاية اليوم... بختصار سرقة وقدمت شكوى في بوكنق ولغاية الان انتظر لان انصح به ابدا مقلب

De kamer was niet wat ik geboekt had en het personeel beloofde een oplossing wat steeds niet nagekomen werd. Refund zou 25% kosten zijn.. ik heb dus 1 nacht geslapen in een mindere kamer dan waarvoor betaald is. Het ontbijt staat in bakken met plastic erover.. er zijn plastic bordjes en bestek. Dit is gewoon armoedig. Er is veel personeel, maar er wordt niet veel gedaan helaas. Verwacht hier geen luxe.

لا أنصح به للعائلات السعودية فحسب ماقاله موظف الاستقبال الأستاذ محمد ضياء أن وزارة الداخلية أبلغته بعدم إسكان السعوديين مع سعوديات بدون عقد زواج وأن القوات المسلحة تحذر من انتشار ممارسة الرذيلة لدى السياح الخليجيين وليس المصريين. بعض الموظفين في الفندق يمارسون عنصرية ضد السعوديين على الرغم من ذلك موقع الفندق في منطقة مزدحمة والشارع مزعج والفندق حاصل على شهادة جودة وغرفه متوسطة ونظيفة لكن الأغطية تشعرك بعد الراحة

Het hotel ligt op Zamalek, waar genoeg terrassen zijn waar je een biertje kan drinken en je kan er veilig rondlopen. Het inbegrepen ontbijt was niet geweldig, maar wij lusten ook niet super veel. De kamer was oké, alles werkte maar het was niet super. De locatie lag naast de grote weg wat voor veel lawaai zorgde, maar ondanks wij aan de straat kant sliepen, hadden we hier geen last van. Het personeel was oké, maar deed niet super erg hun best.

Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont extrêmement bruyantes car elles donnent sur l’artère centrale de Zamalek, il est presque impossible de dormir et de se reposer. De plus le personnel de sécurité a été très irrespectueux. En partance pour l’aéroport avec un ami, nous étions en train de préparer nos valises et arranger nos bagages, une amie égyptienne est alors montée pour nous aider, le personnel de sécurité l’a traité comme une moins que rien et l’a insulté avant de l’obliger à descendre et quitter l’hôtel. Ils ont ensuite été irrespectueux vis à vis de nous alors même que nous avions payé nos chambres et passé un séjour normal dans cet établissement.
