Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Wunderschöner Naturbadestrand mit großer Liegewiese.
Sehr konservativ geführtes Haus. Der erste Eindruck nach dem Check in hat sich leider bestätigt. Die Rezeption war von außen nicht einsehbar (großes Schlüsselbord und bis zur Decke verglast) und so verschlossen hat sich auch die Chefin und das Haus präsentiert. Man wurde bereits bei der Ankunft mit unzähligen Listen zum Eintragen konfrontiert. Eine Zeitliste für den Wellnessbereich, kaltes Abendessen (wann und was) und noch absurder eine Frühstücksliste mit den Intervallen 7:30, 8:30 und 9:30 - einzutragen natürlich alles schon am Vortag…. und noch viele Listen mehr…. Der Wellnessbereich wird erst ab 15 h eingeschaltet (auch bei Regenwetter) und natürlich nur, wenn w man sich vorher in die Liste eingetragen hat. Man verlangt 50% AZ nach der Buchung, aber schon mit den Hinweis, dass für die Restzahlung Bargeld erwünscht ist und bei der Schluss Rechnung wurde auf den Abzug der AZ vergessen.

Das gesamte Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts freundlich, herzlich und bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Als Familie mit kleinem Kind haben wir uns besonders über die Kinderfreundlichkeit gefreut. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Familie Winkler ist einzigartig und man fühlt sich sofort wie daheim. Das optionale Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl an regionalen, saisonalen Bioprodukten, die teilweise aus eigener Produktion stammen. Das Appartement bot ausreichend Platz, ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und vom Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. Der Spa-Bereich bietet alles was man braucht und auch von dort hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. Wir waren zum zweiten mal hier und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Sehr familiär, gemütlich und freundlich. Wir waren zu einer eher untypischen Zeit, die meisten Hotels und Restaurants waren in der Winterpause. Trotzdem wurden wir bestens versorgt und wir haben die angenehme und ruhige Stimmung um den See sehr genossen.

Wir reisten erst um 20:00 an und obwohl der SPA schon geschlossen war wurde sie Sauna für mich noch einmal geheizt! Frühstück war mit selbstgemachten Produkten bestückt. Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre im Speisesaal.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Das Frühstück war sehr hochwertig und umfassend. Die Zimmer groß, sauber, gemütlich. Generell hat man im Haus genug Platz, um sich gut aufzuhalten. Wunderbare Aussicht vom Sauna-Dachgeschoß. Und das alles wurde noch übertroffen von der Gastfreundlichkeit der Familie Winkler!

C'è una attenzione particolare nei confronti dei bisogni dei bambini e la posizione della struttura è perfetta per godersi la zona. Incluso nel soggiorno ci hanno dato la card per poter usufruire dei traghetti, della seggiovia e degli autobus.
Andava tutto bene.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, whose kindness and hospitality made us feel at home, even though my German is not the best. They were patient and always eager to help, which we truly appreciated. A fantastic surprise awaited us upon check-in—we received a room upgrade which was a delightful way to start our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view, making our weekend getaway even more special. Breakfast is simply outstanding, featuring a wonderful selection of local delicacies that reminded me of my childhood. The fresh ingredients and variety of options made every morning a true pleasure. Our main reason for visiting was hiking and enjoying nature and this location was perfect for that. The peaceful surroundings provided exactly the kind of escape we were looking for. After a long day outdoors, we indulged in the modern sauna, which was the perfect way to relax and unwind.
WiFi connection could be better, at least in our room.

Reviewed Feb 18, 2024The location is great if you are there for the lake, and the lake is beautiful. For people who are there to ski it is quite far from the ski areas. The hotel is nice, the room was good...
The beds are not comfortable, and are two soft. There are children running around and screaming all through the hotel, and there is no sound isolation, so you hear everything. They charge a very high price for accomodation, and then they charge an additional quite high cleaning fee, + an extra fee for the dog... Honestly, there are many better accommodations at a much more reasonable price.
