Nous n'avons pas pu effectués ce séjour, et pour cause, le navire Côn đao express qui devrait nous amener sur l'île était en avarie mécanique grave, il a du retourner à quai à Vũng tàu, donc plus de possibilités de rejoindre Côn đao. Nous avons essayé par voie aérienne...et pas de vol non plus ! Donc le séjour a été annulé à contre cœur! Malgré cela l'hôtel a accepté de nous rembourser, C'était un geste commercial important, et nous l'apprécions à juste titre. Nous sommes des retraités voyageurs, nous adorons le Vietnam, et nous comptons y retourner l'année prochaine. Et Côn đao reste toujours une destination à découvrir pour nous. Nous remercions l'hôtel The secret Côn đao et M. Phạm minh Thuân pour son professionnalisme, nous lui souhaitons bonne continuation.

Väldigt trevligt och bra standard, ett 4+ stjärnor hotell. Bra läge på en ö som är väldigt lugn och rofylld. Bra restaurang som serverar en prisvärd buffé på kvällarna. Som alltid i Vietnam väldig trevlig personal

Xe bus đón tiễn nên sắp xếp theo lịch bay. Chuyến 10h25 hạ cánh, nhưng xe bus 10h30 chạy thì không thể kịp được.

Vị trí khách sạn rất gần trung tâm, tiện cho việc đi lại.Chỗ nghĩ cũng sát bãi biển và từ hồ bơi có khách sạn có thể nhìn ra bãi biển nên tạo cảm giác rất tuyệt với khi trải nghiệm hồ bơi và khu vực bơi ở đây.

Mình lưu trú ngay khi có event giải chạy "Save the Turtles" nên buổi sáng sớm hơi ồn, gây thức giấc vào sáng sớm.

Con Dao is a beautiful island and The Secret positioned on the beach was stunning. We booked the Zen suite and we weren’t disappointed. Loved the position, the restaurant, pool and food. From the staff who were very nice and restaurant manager Binh we weren’t disappointed always looked after. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had a room package that included meals, but I came down quite late, and luckily there was a hot pot buffet that day. You know what? Hieu went above and beyond to help me. Since it was my first time having hot pot, he patiently explained how everything worked. Even after explaining, I was still a bit confused, so he stayed by my table, helped me throughout the meal, and chatted with me, making me feel completely at ease. He is truly an amazing person and a genuinely dedicated staff member. His warm hospitality and attentive service made my dining experience even more memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at The Secret Côn Đảo. Everything was perfect—the service, the staff, and the breathtaking views. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge after a busy period at work. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this little paradise to my friends and family whenever they visit Côn Đảo. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

朝食の補充頻度が少なく無くなっている食べ物がいくつかあった。

Đặt ăn sáng riêng với đặt phòng mà khi nào đi ăn cũng không có trong danh sách ăn sáng (ở 2 đêm).

Resort gần bãi biển rất tuyệt vời. Khuôn viên resort đẹp & nội thất nhà hàng sang trọng. Phòng sạch sẽ.

View phòng: trên booking có ghi rõ view City cho khách chọn nhưng khi giao phòng: view phòng rất xấu vì chỉ nhìn thấy nóc nhà phía dưới ngay trước phòng. Buổi trưa: không rõ là resort đang sửa chữa gì nhưng khách nghe tiếng khoan đục rất ồn nhưng không có báo trước cho khách. Các phòng hình như không được cách âm tốt nên các bạn nhỏ ở các phòng khác làm ồn thì đều nghe tiếng ồn.

L’hôtel est bien situé. Le service n’est pas vraiment celui d’un 4 étoiles : le personnel est cordial dans l’ensemble mais on a parfois l’impression de déranger voire de ne pas être les bienvenus.

What a wonderful evening! Hieu, Hung, and Minh at Spice Restaurant took such great care of our family. They served us during both lunch and dinner with genuine warmth, kindness, and a big smile throughout. Their attentiveness and positive attitude made us feel truly welcome and well looked after. Thank you for making our dining experience so enjoyable. You all did an amazing job!

L'hôtel et l'emplacement est top!

Le personnel courtois dans l'ensemble mais discret. L'hospitalité qu'on retrouve au Vietnam n'y était pas ici. Le prix et tout les extras payant, même les vélos (1er fois en 4ans au Vietnam que je vois ça payant)

the non privacy of the bathroom. I was sharing a room with my son. We joked that we no longer had any secrets after this stay.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Hieu, who made our experience truly wonderful. He was cheerful, attentive, and provided excellent recommendations with great care. What impressed us most was that he always greeted us with a smile, even when he was busy or simply happened to pass by us. He left a very positive impression on us and made our visit even more enjoyable.

My vacation was wonderful, even though this is first time visiting Con Dao. The reception staff were extremely helpful, welcoming me with refreshing welcome drink and handling check in process very quick The room was beautiful and overlooked the swimming pool, with the lovely view of the sea. The breakfast at Spice Restaurant was delicious, and especially i very enjoyed Salmon in The Secret restaurant. I will definitely comeback to visit Con Dao next time

The Secret has a perfect location and excellent value for money. We booked the all-inclusive package – lots of food choices and everything tasted great. So close to the city. A big thanks to Stanley, the lobby manager, for his superb service. Highly recommended!

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und sehr gepflegt. Alles sauber und Hotelmitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist top. Der Pool ist recht groß und auch zum schwimmen geeignet. Wir hatten Glück: zu unserer Reisezeit war wenig los. D.h. alles sehr ruhig. Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Die Betten waren weich und angenehm. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß.

Hohe Preise für Getränke und Essen an der Bar bzw. im Hotel Restaurant. Hier bezahlt man für Getränke den 4-fachen Preis als in Restaurants üblich.

The pool is amazing and the hotel well located.

It’s a bit overpriced and there is only a few lounge chairs by the pool compared to the huge number of rooms at he facility.

Great location, good amenities. Very courteous and helpful staff be at front desk or at restaurant. We were the group of seven people and being vegen hotel made very good special food for us.also they made available pre ordered nicely prepared ice cream sharp at 12 am to celebrate birthday for our one of the family member.

Можно взять мотобайк в аренду , разнообразные завтраки. Чистый номер и постельное белье . Спа,

1)После уборки пропала мягкая игрушка и не смогли найти . Она была в кровати. Персонал старательно искал и несколько раз приходил в номер, но увы. 2) слаба шумоизоляция и будьте готовый , что местные которые прилетают отдыхать крайне громко кричат в коридорах.

My family and I had a 2-night vacation at The Secret Con Dao. I was very impressed with both the scenery and the quality of service at the resort — everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were beautiful and well-equipped, and the staff provided warm and attentive service.

Sauberes und schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Gute Gelegen zur Stadt wie auch zum Strand. Zu unserer Zeit waren überwiegend asiatische Touristen, wodurch am Pool eigentlich immer Liegen frei waren.

This is my first time came to The Secret ConDao. I had a wondeeful time here. The roôms are clean and beautiful, staffs are friendly and helpful. The services are excellent, it making our trip even more memorable

The location, the comfort and the staff are amazing. We booked a family room with a large terrace and all 3 meals included every day. We tasted all the meals, in different days and were very satisfied with the quality of food and service. The large and nice swimming pool is a plus from the Secret Con Dao. Not far away (about 300m) you can find good local restaurants with excellent foods and affordable prices such as QUAN AN BA MIEN. The Con Dao Museum is just 150m from the hotel.

The Secret is amazing

We spent 2 days here during our trip, and to be honest, the place seemed quite understaffed. However, everyone still tried their best to provide the best experience possible for us. I also noticed a young male staff member working at the restaurant all day long — from breakfast buffet service to lunch, and even during the dinner buffet. I honestly don’t know how he managed to keep going with that kind of workload.

My friend and I had a summer trip in mid-May, and we chose The Secret Con Dao as our destination. I discovered the resort through TikTok videos, and when I arrived, I was truly impressed by the beautiful ocean view. The staff were all very attentive and thoughtful, and I especially loved the breakfast buffet here — it was delicious and offered a great variety of dishes. I will definitely recommend this place to more of my friends.

This was my first time staying at The Secret Con Dao, and I must say the service here is truly 10/10. From the moment I checked in until check-out, all of the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and caring toward guests. I especially loved the swimming pool — the ocean view was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. The room rates were reasonable, yet the service quality was truly worthy of a 5-star resort. I will definitely choose The Secret Con Dao again on my next trip to Con Dao.

街の中にあれので、観光や食事に行きやすい。だけどカード使えない。現金オンリーです。物価は2倍以上しますが、スーパーも歩いて行けるので、不便ではなかったです。

スタッフの英語力が低いが、翻訳機で対応はしてくれる。プールのタオルは常になく、補充されないので部屋なタオルで凌いだ。エレベーターや廊下は常に水浸し。滑りやすい。部屋のシャワーの排水が良くない。水が溜まっているので、排水溝みたら、前の人の髪の毛が大量に残っていた。3泊したが、一度も清掃されなかった。トイレとシャワーの扉が共用なので、シャワー中にトイレを使用すると、洗面台が水浸しになるので、気をつけた方が良い。トイレの隙間に綿棒が挟まっていた。シーツ交換なし。タオルのみ。ゴミだけ回収で掃除なし。水も有料なのでご注意を。静かな部屋をリクエストしたけど、上の階の工事の音が常にしていた。こんなもんかと思って宿泊した方が良いです。

Wir waren zunächst wirklich skeptisch, da wir unmittelbar vor der Ankunft eine sehr negative Bewertung gelesen hatten. Allerdings traf bei uns kein einziger dieser beanstandeten Punkte zu: Das Hotel befindet sich in einem ausgezeichneten, neuwertigen Zustand. Alles erscheint dabei sehr hochwertig und durchdacht und vermittelt auch im Detail eine wundervolle Atmosphäre, sowohl das Gebäude mit seinen Einrichtungen als auch die Zimmer. Wir können dies beurteilen, da wir beruflich und privat schon in unzähligen Hotels der gehobenen und der Luxus-Klasse abgestiegen sind. Das gesamte Personal war über die komplette Zeit stets freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit auch bei Sonderwünschen (ruhige Zimmer, veganes Essen). Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, die Zimmerreinigung war aufmerksam, die Sauberkeit ließ absolut nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, nur durch die Uferstraße vom Meer getrennt zwischen zwei großen Stränden und in Laufweite zum kleinen aber lebhaften Zentrum mit seinen Geschäften, dem Markt und den zahlreichen Streetfood-Ständen und Restaurants. Fazit: Unser bisher bestes Hotel in Thailand/Indonesien/Vietnam und sogar eines unserer besten überhaupt. Wir würden sofort wieder hier buchen und können es nur jedem empfehlen.

An Wochenenden, wenn durch Inlandstouristen das Hotel komplett belegt ist, kann das Personal manchmal an seine Grenzen kommen, was wir teilweise an der Kaffeetheke und beim Nachfüllen des Frühstücksbuffets bemerkt haben. Nichts Gravierendes, aber angesichts des sonstigen hervorragenden Servicelevels ist uns dies aufgefallen.
