Estado de alguns equipamentos degradado, fornecimento de manta em vez de lençol de cima, utilização de pulseira no pulso (género hospital) para poder entrar depois da meia noite.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The hostel is very well located in Lisbon - close to subway, buses and several restaurants and supermarkets. The staff is amazing, as well as the volunteers! I really loved how everyone was responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and how close to a family it all seemed. The reception area is great to do some work and the inside small Garden is a must! I truly appreciated my stay there, even though I went for work, I felt I had the space to chill and rest.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Molt ven situat, ja sigui a nivell de autobús i metro, els quals et permetent desplaçar-t’he per on vulguis. Les instalaciones fantàstiques, cuina, banys, habitacions i menjador. El personal molt agradable.
A nivell de serveis, es troba a faltar un espai on poder renta roba a ma, poder estendre tovalloles. Soc usuària d’albergs i per mi es important tenir aquest espai. A nivell de respectar el silenci a partir de les 23h, aquí potser es qüestionable, potser es q es el to amb que es parla, q es bastant alt

O idioma, tudo em inglês , a recepcionista tbm falava em inglês, tinha uma voluntária que ajudou na tradução, e uma francesa que falava o português, mas não foi problema , conseguimos nos entender

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026La cucina era molto grande e c'era spazio per utilizzarla in comunità. In generale, gli spazi erano molto grandi. I letti sono dotati di tendine che mantengono la tua privacy. Lo staff è stato cordiale e il posto era molto pulito.
L'unica pecca negativa che ho trovato è stata la colazione: costa poco ma è davvero scarsa. In più, essendo vegano, c'era solo caffé, pane e marmellata per me.

A entrada do hostel não tem iluminação, na área comum o chão é de madeira e faz muito barulho quando as pessoas passam. E o armário é pequeno.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The hostel has a really nice outdoor space, where you can seat and have meals or drinks. The kitchen was big, clean and well equipped. The fridge was also big, but they have a strict policy that you need to label all your food with name. This meant that since I forgot to label one of my food, they threw it away.
The location is a bit out of the city centre, but it was not really a problem, since the center is super packed with people and also super loud.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Súper limpio! Excelente! Silencio por la noche. Cocina fantástica, ordenada, especialmente el refrigerador. Con todo lo necesario. Colchón y almohada cómoda, cama con cortina. Aire acondicionado en todo el Hostel. Baños para una persona, como el de casa, no hay baños comunes, super privado y limpios. Personal diurno excelente. Tiene un bonito y cuidado patio con plantas. Lo recomiendo 99%!
El desayuno es muy malo, bajísima calidad y poca cosa. Pan, jamón y queso ordinarios, manteca y mermelada, leche de vaca, un jugo, cereal, café de máquina, no muy sabroso, té. Desde las 12 de la noche solo se ingresa tocando un timbre, para que desde adentro te habrán. Dos noches estuve esperando afuera mucho tiempo para que me abran, porque los chicos de la noche se van a fumar a un patio trasero y ni se enteran que estás tocando timbre, hasta tuve que llamar por teléfono y tampoco me atendían. Dejé unos plugs en la cama, habitación solo para mi, cuando me doy cuenta les escribo para q me los reserven y pasar a buscarlos y ya “no estaban”.

Apesar de ter cartão para acessar o quarto, a sacada era compartilhada com outros quartos e poderiam entrar sem que ninguém visse.

This case was not taken seriously at all and we were deeply disappointed by the way the situation was handled.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Rooms ok. Some bed linen was not clean. We were a group of 7 girls. We didn't have breakfast because by around 11am there weren't many options left, but the price is very good. The location is excellent.
It was pleasant and great value for the price, but the person doing the night check-in didn't speak or understand any Portuguese, and I was the only one in the group who spoke English — which would have been a real problem otherwise. My bed was assigned to someone else and I had to be moved to a separate room, which was fine for me personally, but would not have been acceptable for other members of our group. The shower areas in the bathrooms were not clean. Everything else was fine, but the shower floors were dirty with hair. I recommend bringing flip-flops to shower. Other than that, no complaints.

The staff were very contradictory about deposits. I went with a group and was told beforehand I’d need to pay a €10 deposit. This turned out to be a €200 deposit. Then they told me each person could take their share of the cash when they checked out, which turned out not to be the case either.

Literas, ropa de cama e instalaciones en general, viejas, descuidadas y deteriorado, la puerta de la habitación tenías que pedir a un pobre chico que la abra, no te dan ni tarjeta ni código. Las fotos son de los inicios, los baños están viejos y algunos dañados. Para el precio que tiene ofrece muy poco.

Que al ser unos cuantos en la habitación hay mucho movimiento de gente y cuesta conciliar el sueño.
