Reviewed Sep 12, 2026ロケーションがかなり良かった。Plaza Merdekaまでら歩いてすぐ、中華系のフードコートも徒歩1分の場所にあり、移動が非常に楽だった。
狭くて急な階段しかないので、スーツケースがあると大変だった。

Reviewed Aug 15, 20261. It is strategically location, in which I can walk to the eateries around it. 2. The staff there were kind and helpful. 3. The room was overall simplistic, beds were comfy and the room is air-conditioned.
1. I have high standards for overall hygiene, so increasing the cleaning frequency of the bathrooms and toilets - especially during peak hours - would greatly enhance the guest experience. 2. The building shows its age as an older hostel. Simple touch-ups or refreshed maintenance in key areas could help brighten up the space while preserving its character. 3. The common area has great potential. Adding small touches like complimentary tea/coffee sachets, light snacks, or a book exchange would make it feel much more welcoming, especially for international budget travelers looking to connect.

Le personnel nous laisse nous débrouiller. Les chambres sont un peu petites et la salle de bain fuyait... pas agréable de toujours avoir les pieds mouillés...

El sitio está sumamente sucio ,se nota que no han pasado una balleta desde que lo abrieron , está dejado totalmente,hay manchas,polvo,humedad,moho por todos lados , tanto la recepción como la primera planta huelen a humedad que tira para atrás , las habitaciones son minúsculas ,no cuentan más que con la cama y un escritorio , el aire acondicionado hace un ruido que mejor no ponerlo ,y los baños.... Sin comentarios. Además la primera noche nos dieron una habitación sin ventana y se escucha absolutamente todo , adjunto fotos que no tienen desperdicio

It was a bit uncomfortable when slept. The blanket was so small for my body size. So I suffered in cold. Plus, pillow was not cozy.

The air-conditioning kept us cool. The roof terrace had amazing views. Great value for money. Towels and soap were provided. Offered good recommendations for things to do in the area.

There was a guest at the hostel who eyes on white dude travelers and she has the tendency to try sleep with the guest and pry other female guest to try get to know the male guest.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025I liked that the room was very clean because we just needed a place to sleep after walking around all day and they DELIVERED. There's a very good food court near the place. Definitely try the Kuching laksa at Lau Ya Keng food court! AND THE FRONT DESK GUY was so FRIENDLY! He let us check-in late (midnight) due to our delayed flight -- if it happens to you, just let them know early.
I thought the bathroom could use regular cleaning. There were green algae-looking stuff on the walls of the toilet/bathroom. So defs wear slippers to shower!

The bed was shaking I was about to fall down when I climbed up. Thankfully have another vacant bed so can change. The next day changed to lower bed but I feel itchy all night. The aircon also off suddenly in the middle of night, few times so I cant sleep. At least prepare fans as a backup since no windows. Please repair the toilet windows, both of them in first floor missing one panel and you can see outside. Its scary and no privacy. Sink very dirty.

Plus, the hotel is right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the beautiful Kuching Waterfront. Couldn't have asked for a better spot! I’ll definitely be staying here again
