Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The rooms were clean and good sized.
They cleaned my room even though I had DND outside my door. Staff late at night is very rude and sleeping. Over all a sad experience. I forgot my card in the room as they only gave one card and then asked me to pay Rm50 for a new card which is very weird as I would return all the cards to them at checkout..

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026I like how spacious the room that we booked. The room service is fast and the food we ordered from the Chinese restaurant is delicious. Housekeeping is so helpful and attentive to our needs.
The adjoining doors of the room could be installed with a latch for security reasons. Our final night was not so pleasant as the client next room was noisy at 3 am and woke me up. They tried to open the adjoining door which I blocked with the chair as I noticed the chair was pushed a bit from the door.
