Chalets Bougainville

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce logement pour terminer notre séjour aux Seychelles, et tout s’est très bien passé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Maggie, qui a été adorable et disponible. Le logement est vraiment très propre et bien entretenu, on voit immédiatement qu’il est soigné et que les propriétaires en prennent grand soin. Le logement était impeccable, et nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la très belle vue.

What a truly magical chalet, our stay (and wedding) was a dream come true, chalets Bougainville is such a beautiful accommodation, much larger than we originally imagined and everything we could possibly need, Maggie and Joe were so helpful in anything we asked or needed. Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire, souriante, qui nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et nous a donné de précieux conseils sur les restaurants et les commodités des environs. Elle s’est montrée très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions et nous a recommandé un excellent magasin de pêche avec l’aide de son mari, qui est lui aussi une personne très sympathique. Le logement est entouré d’une végétation luxuriante et offre une vue à couper le souffle. La piscine est également orientée face à la mer, ce qui est particulièrement agréable. Le logement était propre, confortable et fonctionnel.

S’il fallait relever un point à améliorer, ce serait peut-être la mise à disposition d’une machine à laver.

Die Unterkunft ist recht zentral im Südosten der Insel gelegen. Ein Obststand und ein Supermarkt sind 2 min mit dem Mietwagen entfernt. Einer der schönsten Strände, Anse Intendance, ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Mietwagen zu erreichen. An Restaurants empfehlen wir das Surfers, Takamakasky und Perry‘s Grillz können wir weiterempfehlen.

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch sehr sauber. Der Pool hat einen einzigartigen Ausblick. Außerdem hat es mit Maggie und Joe zwei super nette Gastgeber, die sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich sind.

Wir hatten die Wohnung im Haus Lemon im OG. Die Wohnung war sehr neuwertig und modern eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer war gigantisch. Ebenso vom Pool. Die Vermieter Maeggie & Joe waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es war alles perfekt.

Logement impeccable avec des prestations haut-de-gamme. Nous avons loué l’appartement supérieur et la vue était exceptionnelle. L’appartement disposait de tous les équipements nécessaires (hors machine machine à laver mais service laundry possible moyennant frais extra) et était très confortable à tous points de vue. La décoration est réalisée avec goût, la propreté était immaculée j’ai rarement vu un endroit aussi propre. La piscine est agréable pour se baigner, le jardin est très bien entretenu. Maeggi la propriétaire est adorable et arrangeante. Aucun bruit hormis celui de l’océan ! Le ménage est fait tous les jours ce qui est très agréable pour un self catering.

C’est de l’ordre du détail : mais peut-être un lave-vaisselle et une machine à laver en libre-service serait un plus. Une ou deux poêles étaient un peu rayées ce qui mériterait peut-être d’être remplacé afin de garantir les meilleures conditions de sécurité alimentaire lorsque le Téflon est usagé. À noter que l’accès se fait par une pente très raide, idéalement avoir une voiture pour se déplacer

Прекрасные вилы , красота вокруг. Ухоженный сад . Все стильно , терраса сказочная , вид потрясающий. Очень приятно было возвращаться после поездки по пляжам . Но ! В последнюю ночь нас ограбили!!!! У нас было открыто окно кухни! Все остальное закрыто . Ночью вор проник через территорию!!! Что очень странно- огорожена забором ! Есть камеры .. но не везде (( комплекс не в лесу , прямого доступа нет ни с дороги ни с пляжа , расположен на горе ! Вор забрал две сумки которые стояли на тумбочке, рядом с моей кроватью на нижней полке !! И распотрошил содержимое на террасе - создается впечатление , что кто-то прекрасно знал что с этой стороны нет камер .. и расположение вещей ! После нашего сообщения , хозяйка не выражала ни малейшего сочувствия. Только сказала - это не моя ошибка!!!! Да ! Мы сами ответственны за свои вещи ! Но , покупая проживание в вилле премиум класса - рассчитываешь хотя бы на частичную безопасность!!! С таким же успехом можно было поставить палатку в лесу и не тратиться (( … а еще- и это самое главное- при содержании гостиничного бизнеса - нужно любить людей!!! Мой отдых испорчен , потеряны средства и имущество, эмоциональные переживания…. При этом , хозяйка , которая получила за наше проживание приличные деньги- не соизволила хоть, словами сгладить ситуацию, принести чай или тарелку фруктов …… вопиюще безобразное отношение!!!!! -

Sehr schönes Apartment mit einmaligem Ausblick, Liegen auf dem Balkon, perfekt gereinigten Zimmern und einem Pool. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in Laufweite. Für uns war die Unterkunft (mit einem Mietauto) perfekt! Würde ich sofort wieder buchen :)

Liegen am Pool mit Blick aufs Meer wären toll. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Die Aussicht von der Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Man kann von der Terrasse und sogar aus dem Bett auf das Meer schauen. Der Garten und der Pool nebenan sind sehr gepflegt und können sich sehen lassen. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Aufbau. Man kann auch aus der Küche auf den Balkon gehen. Auf der Terrasse gibt es Liegen und süße Geckos. Die Unterkunft ist generell sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Vom Infinity-Pool hat man eine Wahnsinns-Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang. Praktisch waren auch die Parkplätze direkt neben dem Eingang. Die Mietwagen haben wir auch direkt über die Unterkunft gebucht, das lief auch alles reibungslos. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen.

Maeggi und ihr Mann sind wunderbare und gleichzeitig diskrete Gastgeber. Die gesamte Anlage und die Ferienwohnungen sind absolut gepflegt. Täglicher Zimmerservice, frische Blüten im Bad und im Schlafzimmer sind liebevolle Gesten. Die Einrichtung, die Küchenausstattung und immer wieder der tolle, weite Blick über das Meer von einer geräumigen Terrasse aus sind Urlaub pur.

Wir hatten ein Auto gemietet, um die Insel zu erkunden und halten das für ratsam, wenn man schönere Strände als den vor der Haustür erkunden möchte. Für die am Hang klebende Anlage sollte man gut zu Fuß sein.

The room is very pretty, clean and has everything needed. The location is perfect,not too far away from the airport but yet quite and cozy! The view is fantastic. The host is nice and kind.

The room was cleaned everyday, the views are to die for, the pool is lovely and warm, a nice infinity pool. The hosts Maggie and Joe are very welcoming.

Very clean and good views

We stayed here during our vacation in Seychelles, but unfortunately the experience was not pleasant. The owner frequently came to the room several times a day to turn off the air conditioning, which made us feel uncomfortable and overly controlled. When you are on vacation, you expect some privacy and relaxation, not to feel monitored. There is also no washing machine available. When we asked about laundry, the owner told my wife that she should wash the clothes by hand because “it is easy.” Since we were traveling with only one suitcase for a week, this meant we would have to wash clothes almost every day, which is not ideal while on holiday. For the price we paid, we believe there are better options on the island. I would recommend considering other properties.

This place is just amazing and what the owners accomplished here is truelly remarkable. Incredibly clean and nicely decorated, the most beautiful pool facing what has to be one of the best views on the island.The garden is an exotic paradise and the sunset from the veranda just fills your heart with joy. So spacious and equiped with all you need in the kitchen, this was our best stay on the island and among the top 3 of all the accomodations we stayed anywhere. There are 2 beautiful beaches, one just steps away from the house and the other one at walking distance, picture perfect and with a lovely restaurant perfect for dinner. We are greatful to Joe and Maagie for welcoming us in their corner of paradise, looking forward to come back!

Die Lage und Ausstattung waren ausgezeichnet. Die Aussicht und der kleine Pool waren ein zusätzliches Plus. Maggie und Joe sind hervorragende Gastgeber und konnten viele hilfreiche Tipps geben. Die etwas steile Anfahrt haben wir dann doch gut gemeistert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Właściciel zapomniał dzięki komu może utrzymywać swój biznes dzięki turyście a turysta nie może być szkolony upominany na samym początku zanim przekroczy drzwi apartamentu. Pierwsze z czym się spotkałam aby kobieta mężczyźnie miała mówić dzień dobry ,żadnego podziękowania za to że odwiedziło się ich obiekt . Właściciele nie panują nad swoimi emocjami .Moim zdaniem nie powinni mieć kontaktu z turystami powinni zatrudnić do tego miły personel a takich ludzi na Seszelach nie brakuje ,chęć sprawowania natarczywej kontroli źle wpływa na turystów.

Удачное расположение, если есть в распоряжении машина. Рядом пляж анс Руаяль, комфортный для купания в любое время года, магазины, кафе, рестораны.

Pobyt w tej willi był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Domek jest kompaktowy, ale bardzo komfortowy – ogromne, wygodne łóżko zapewnia świetny sen, a kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona. Całość utrzymana w idealnej czystości, a codzienna dawka świeżych kwiatów w pokoju to przepiękny i bardzo miły gest. Ogród wokół obiektu jest zadbany i pełen uroku, a właściciele są przesympatyczni i widać, że z sercem dbają o każdy detal. Największym atutem jest jednak duży balkon z widokiem na ocean – ze stolikiem, krzesłami i leżakami. Cudownie było budzić się i zasypiać przy szumie fal, mając taki widok przed oczami.Jedynym udogodnieniem, które mogłoby uczynić pobyt jeszcze bardziej komfortowym, byłaby możliwość zamówienia przygotowanych śniadań do pokoju. To miejsce zostaje w pamięci na długo!

Nothing made my holiday the worst!

This was by far the worst accommodation experience of our lives, and it destroyed our honeymoon. The owner, Maggie, is openly racist, aggressive, and has absolutely no respect for privacy or basic human decency. From the moment we arrived, she made it clear we were not welcome. After learning we live in the USA, she openly said “I hate Americans.” That alone is unacceptable, but it was only the beginning of a disturbing pattern of behavior. She is obsessively intrusive. Instead of greeting us like guests, she immediately began policing us: what to do, what not to do, constant scolding and monitoring. It felt like staying under surveillance, not hospitality. She falsely advertises daily housekeeping. During our entire 4-day stay, the room was cleaned only once. This is outright deception. The privacy violations were extreme. Every time we left the studio and left the AC on (because the place becomes unbearably hot), she entered our room without permission to turn it off. We later discovered our personal luggage had been touched. Let that sink in: the owner repeatedly entered our private space without consent. This is not just inappropriate, it is disturbing. One night, when my husband accidentally left the car lights on, they came banging on our studio door in the middle of the night, standing outside our fully glass room, peering in to check if we were inside. This was terrifying, invasive, and completely unacceptable. Checkout was at 10 AM. While we were calmly loading our bags into the car, she illegally entered the studio again, and I caught her inside. Despite the studio being clean, dishes washed, she exploded over a single oven pan and began verbally attacking me. She repeatedly called us “dirty people.” When I asked for proof of her false accusation that we damaged her old, worn furniture, she became hostile, screamed at us, and ordered us out while continuing her racist insults. This was pure, blatant racism.

kein schöner Strand fußläufig in der Nähe Während unserer Abwesenheit wurde unser Gepäck umgeräumt, ein geöffneter Koffer fand sich unter dem Bett wieder! Das ist schon recht übergriffig. Toilettenpapier wird rationiert, 2 Rollen egal wie lange man bleibt. Ob man bei dem Zimmerpreis am Toilettenpapier sparen muss? Wir finden es albern und peinlich.

Очень красивая вилла, ухоженная территория. Каждый день уборка, рядом 2 пляжа. Один чуть глубже. Мы когда ходили был отлив, воды по грудь, можно немного поплавать. Заворажтвабшмй вид с террасы на океан, красивый интерьер, нам очень понравилось. Спасибо Меги за гостеприимство.

Uns hat alles gut gefallen, die Aussicht von der Terrasse war traumhaft. Das Chalet war zwar nicht groß aber vollkommen ausreichend, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Toller Pool, super sauber, tolle Aussicht, sehr komfortabel.

Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist längst nicht so schlimm, wie andere Gäste berichten.

Liebevolle Gastgeber Maggie an Joe , In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht , super Ausblick , sehr schöner kleiner Pool mit atemberaubender Sicht .

Abbiamo alloggiato nello Chalet Giava che è qualcosa di veramente unico e ci ha regalato un'esperienza bellissima. Arredato in stile coloniale, curatissimo in ogni dettaglio, con un grande terrazzo con vista mozzafiato sul mare. Trascorreresti tutto il tempo a godertelo. Circondato da giardino tropicale molto bello e con piscina a raso a piccoli sul mare. Appartamento dotato di ogni confort, pulizia e cura non mancano. La proprietaria Maeggi è molto disponibile e parla anche l'italiano.

Niesamowity widok z pokoju, czysty i ładny wystrój z szacunkiem do tradycji seszelskich, ogród, kontakt z gospodarzami, basen i równy i łatwo dostępny parking. Wszystko było perfekcyjne. Apartamenty niezniszczone, codziennie idealnie sprzątane z miłym akcentem w postaci świeżych kwiatów.

Wir wurden von den Inhabern sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Als Willkommensgeschenk standen Wasser und Bananen für uns bereit. Die Unterkunft ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Jeden Tag wurde geputzt und alles mit frischen Blumen geschmückt. Der Blick auf das Meer vom Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und von der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend. Auch der Pool ist sehr sauber und wunderschön angelegt, und der Garten wirkt äußerst gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Lage war super, um alles zu erkunden. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten viele schöne Strände in kurzer Zeit erkunden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Terrasse geräumig. Maggi und Joe waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben.

Die Unterkunft bietet einen wundervollen Ausblick und ist sehr sauber und modern und schick eingerichtet.

Top Lage am Hang umgeben von einem tropischen Garten mit herrlichem Blick auf den Indischen Ozean, sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes kleines Chalet mit großem Balkon bzw. Terrasse. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht und pflegen nicht nur das Chalet, sondern auch den Garten regelmäßig Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir selbst waren schon zum 2. Mal dort.

Tout était top : de l acceuil à la maison et ses équipements qui etaient impeccables. La seule chose qui nous a manqué est la proximité de petits bars, restos sympas.

Lovely clean spacious apartment. Overlooking the sea. Small pool at side of apartment, joe cleans it every morning. Local shop 5 mins walk. Restaurant/bar 5 mins walk the opposite way. Quiet and calm area. Lovely for a chill or walk.

Amazing property facing the sea. Well accessible and cleaned every day with fresh flowers all over the apartment. The host Maggie was incredible and so lovely. Always available, gave us good tips on the places to visit around the island.

The view was beautiful and nice area close to pretty beaches but you definitely need a car. Good stay if you are exploring the island.

Our chalet was pretty outdated and should be renovated, the shower was very old and the space could be optimized. They have new chalets so those might be better. Also, it is not the best place if you want to fully relax or have privacy so we were out exploring most of the time.

Good secluded beaches are nearby within 5 min drive and a grocery shop within 5 min walking distance. View and house is beautiful

The location, cleaning, staff and the owner was perfeect.. If you are reading all the comment you will see some bad review and as a hotel owner myself I wanted check this place as well. It was really good, I really recommend this hotel, you will find perfect place to stay.

Very nice view and clean

The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and equipped with everything for self catering. It has an amazing view to the ocean and great terrace to enjoy it. The place was quite and beautiful. Perfect to watch the sunrise.

The reception of the host. We arrive close to 21hrs and she was not very happy with it. It was not a good first impression. Then she turned out to be very nice and helpful though. The pressure of the shower was a bit low.

The views are one of the best we had on our whole Seychelles trip. Maeggi was very welcoming and had great tips for us, her chalet and the whole property is BEAUTIFUL and well taken care of! It was furnished so tastefully and very well equipped. We’d always come back when returning to Seychelles.

We stayed in Lemon upper for 7 nights. Wow. Way better than the photos. Beautiful apartment, everything of a very high quality, ultra clean and great little touches like the flowers. The view we never got bored with and it was a really hard to leave such a wonderful place. Maggi and Joe you should be really proud. Thank you.

The view from the room was great!

The owner of the property seemed friendy, but not very welcoming: there were too many rules to follow (every time it was necessary to turn off the air conditioner, all sockets and so on), it was not very convenient.

That was an unforgettable stay. Very special. Thank you Meggi for all the beautiful energy. I can’t wait to come back to your magical place. I’m so touched by the nature in Chalets Bougainville. Meggi is such a kind person, she always wants her guests to feel as good as possible, she takes great care of them. Chalets Bougainville are located on the hill with the most beautiful garden and pool I have ever seen. The view on Indian Ocean is just outstanding . The place is PERFECTLY clean, well-kept and beautifully decorated. It’s just like a dream.

We arrived quite late on New Years Eve and Joe was there to meet us and show us around the room. Our room was perfect for a comfortable self catering stay on Mahé. Neat patio with loungers and a table and chairs to appreciate the sea view from our room. Incredible central pool with the most beautiful views over the ocean. Perfectly located to explore both the East and West sides of island. A rental car is highly advisable as is the best way to explore the island. Easy parking right at the entrance of the chalets. 10/10 stay!

We stayed at Majo Villa, and when the owner welcomed us, we were told we would have the entire property to ourselves. This was misleading, as there were workers residing in the same building. If you value privacy, I would not recommend this booking. The owner, Maggie, has strict rules—such as prohibiting sunscreen by the pool, even in 30°C weather.
