El personal del hotel es una familia increíble: atento, cercano y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El día de nuestra llegada pudimos acceder al alojamiento mucho antes de la hora prevista para el check-in, y hicieron todo lo posible para tener la habitación lista cuanto antes. Además, preparaban unos desayunos deliciosos, variados y a un precio muy económico. La ubicación es muy tranquila y cuenta con numerosos servicios y comercios en los alrededores.

Lo "peor" es la ubicación ya que está a 40 minutos andando de la estación de buses/ tren de Eindhoven, aunque sí está bien comunicado en transporte público. Nosotros éramos conscientes de esto, así que no nos supuso ningún problema.

Noise insulation could be better.

Easy accessible by car with parking on surrounding streets, but free. Quiet location and comfortable beds.

Bathroom was very small and not ventilated. The stairs were very narrow, difficult for older persons. Clearly a location build to be a student house and transformed later in a small hotel.

Shared bathroom would be in a better state if other people were more civilized. The room didn’t have ac or a fan and the inside temperature was probably around 38 degrees. Could only breathe when we opened the window at night around 3/4 am, but the room was right above a trafficked street so we really did not sleep.

The hotel room was clean, and the owner was very accommodating. We had to check in in the middle of the night, but it wasn’t a problem at all—he left the key for us. I also left my watch in the room, and he mailed it to me and immediately assured me that I would get it back. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again for the super-friendly service.

The accommodation was much better than we expected based on the previous reviews. It turned out to be a great, clean, and quiet place to stay in Eindhoven. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a TV and a sink. The shared bathroom was always clean and well stocked with toilet paper and hand soap. The staff were very friendly, and we had no problems during our stay.

The only downside of the room was that it had many windows, which made it get very hot during the day. Unfortunately, only two small windows could be opened, so there wasn’t much airflow. We also couldn’t figure out how to turn on the light in the shower, although that may have just been our mistake.

Geen airco en ook geen ventilatoren voor elke kamer geregeld waardoor ons 15 koppig gezelschap niet tot weinig geslapen heeft

Wygodne łóżko, czysto. Pan z baru dał nam klucz. Bardzo miły. Lokalizacja dobra można dojść pieszo lub dojechać autobusem.

La literie (sauf oreillers)

Chambre minimaliste. Aucune table de nuit, pas lampe de chevet. Pas de rangement pour les vêtements. Nous sommes restés 3 jours. Pas de gèle douche/cheveux dans la douche. Toilette commun très sale durant une soirée et jusqu’au lendemain fin de matinée. Petit déjeuner également minimaliste.

Kényelmes ágy, csendes, nyugodt környék, kedves szállásadó.

Tömegközlekedéssel elég nehezen közelíthető meg, sokat kell gyalogolni is, hogy odajussunk. Fontos megjegyezni, hogy a városban az első buszjáratok reggel elég későn indulnak, ezért csak taxival tudtunk kimenni a reptérre, hogy elérjük a 9-kor induló repülő járatot.

Nachts und morgens hat einer versucht ins Zimmer zu kommen. Bett und Kissen waren sehr hart. Das Zimmer ist sehr warm und das ohne die Heizung anzustellen.

Розташування відмінне. Чистота в номері і постільна білизна ОК.

Якщо туалет один на 5 номерів, то мало б бути хоча б окремо чоловічий і жіночий і ще мала б бути хоч якась дезінфекція на унітаз, так як ми були з дитиною вона не могла присісти щоб зробити свої справи. Те саме з душевою кабіною. Це трошечки не продумано.

Fijne eigenaar, heel vriendelijk! Kamers waren precies goed

Da wir unter Zeitdruck waren, habe ich meine Jacke im Schrank vergessen (es gab keine Garderobe zum Anhängen der Jacken). Sie haben die Jacke schnell zurückgesendet. Großes Zimmer. Kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße.

Frühstück bezahlt, aber es gab keins - vergessen. Fehlende Erstattung des Frühstücks. Keine Garderobenhaken, daher Jacke im Schrank vergessen. Auch sonst schlechte Ausstattung des Zimmers - keine Nachtschränke/Leselampen neben dem Bett. Zimmer von außen zu öffnen, wenn nicht von innen mit Schlüssel abgeschlossen. Schlechte Beschilderung - 2x sind FREMDE Gäste in unser Zimmer gekommen und Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

Prima huisje hoor niet veel op te zeggen.

Had wel graag nog een nacht lampje gewild miste dat wel erg.

The room is clean, staff friendly

The breakfast is not good (couple of salami slices, a bit of cheese, a boiled egg, some veggies and... margarine). Bread was warm and it saved the breakfast.

The hotel is very old, the room was ok (for the price I paid) but the bed was really bad! It supposed to be a double bed but in reality it was two single beds together. Because of this there was a „hole“ in the middle of the bed, and the whole night I was falling there. Of course I woke up with the back pain. Overall the experience was ok, just would be really good if the change the bed

Location was nice and staff was friendly.

We had 2 rooms and both had a strong sewage smell in the bathrooms.

Location was great for us as it was a comfortable 20 minute walk to the aquatic center, the reason for our travel. Owner and his son was extremely friendly and made every possible accommodation within their capabilities. This is not a chain hotel. It's more like a small town inn. The bar is decent. It's a short walk to dining and shopping area.

Parking is on the street and you have to be very lucky (we were) to find a spot near the hotel. There's no reserved spots. Families with multiple children beware! Booking.com is misleading and overselling this place. All rooms are max 2 occupants. They don't have extra beds. We booked two rooms and Booking.com stated we needed two rooms. Wife and I had to share the queen size bed with the 9 year old, while the two teenager were sleeping on the other room. Rooms have minimal shelves, no fridge. You will have to live off of the bags.

Heel slecht bed matras erg hard lag een dunne topper op die totaal geen functie had en er ook niet echt fris uitzag. Heel veel stof op de stoffen ombouw van het bed en op het randje bij de kleine wastafel. Dekbed was erg dun en rook wat muffig hebben het koud gehad in de nacht. We hadden ook ontbijt geboekt maar er was niemand aanwezig was een fout gemaakt. Paar keer naar 06 nummer en gewoon nummer gebeld kreeg ze niet te pakken we moesten appen want de telefoon van die man deed raar. Na half uur kwam de medewerker met een zak kaiserbroodjes en heeft hij een omelet gemaakt. Koffie was erg vies was oploskoffie terwijl er een bonenapparaat aanwezig was. Medewerker was wel vriendelijk en er is ook paar keer excuus aangeboden maar voor ons nooit meer. Wij hadden de kamer nr 6 met eigen douche.

Goede service en lekker in de buurt en privacy en gezelligheid en leuke personeel

De host was heel erg gastvrij en vriendelijk

De hygiëne vooral het was niet erg schoon en het rook er niet echt fris,

Dobra lokalizacja, kameralny hotelik w spokojnej dzielnicy Eindhoven. Wygodne łóżka i w miarę czysto, na dole pizzeria i restauracja co jest dodatkowym plusem. Polecam :)
