El apartamento me ha parecido aceptable para pasar estos 5 días en Fuengirola, aunque ha habido detalles de limpieza y equipamiento o de bienvenida, como una simple bolsa en la papelera del baño o manteles individuales para todos los huéspedes (solo habia dos ademas de bastante sucios), detalles de limpieza como la campana extractora que la encendias y caia aceite , cosas que me han parecido bastante feas para tenerlas en cuenta para los próximos huéspedes. Cuidando estos pequeños detalles la estancia mejoraría muchísimo

A localização é perfeita, nota 1000, também é fácil o acesso do elevador aos quartos, o apartamento estava limpo e organizado, ar condicionado funcionando bem.

Na minha opinião precisam melhorar a limpeza, pois quando fui pagar veio um acréscimo de €75.00 para limpeza, a área de banho do banheiro estava bem encardida, amarelada, com bolor nas paredes, e o ralo entupido, ligávamos o chuveiro e entupia no mesmo segundo, isso foi bem ruim. Na minha opinião também deveria ter uma cozinha mais equipada em utensílios como pratos, copos, talheres, formas para assar, panelas. Uma toalha para a mesa, tinha apenas 1 pano bem encardido para secar pratos. Outra coisa, a questão dos lixos, além de você ter que levar seu lixo embora antes de deixar o apartamento, as lixeiras eram bem pequenas e não havia sacos extras, a lixeira do banheiro também era bem pequena e não havia saco de lixo nela, a buchinha para limpar a privada, aquela que fica ao lado do vaso sanitário também era nojenta, eles não deixam nenhum desinfetante nada, se você quiser limpar algo, tem que ir comprar, assim como os sacos para lixo, o varal para estender as roupas era bem velho e um pouco enferrujado. No contrato falava sobre a lei do silêncio das 00:00 às 08:00, mas ela não foi respeitada em nenhuma noite. As ruas são barulhentas também e se consegue escutar tudo de dentro do quarto com as portas e janelas fechadas. Chegamos em 4 adultos, um quarto com cama de casal e o sofá cama na sala, que estava desmontado, eu tive que abri-lo, pegar os lençóis no guarda roupas, colocá-lo no sofá cama, acho que se vc pede um ao para 4 tem que encontrá-lo com os leitos okay. Ficamos 7 dias, então acabamos tendo que comprar coisas que deveriam ser fornecidas por eles. Só acho que eles podiam melhorar nesses pontos, pois como eu disse acima, a localização é nota 1000.

Su excelente ubicación, es céntrico y además está a escasos minutos de la playa andando.

Lo peor del alojamiento son las camas ya que no eran muy buenas y la limpieza puede ser bastante mejorable.

Dans l'annonce, c'etait la disponibilité du parking gratuit, par consequent ce n'etait pas gratuit et c'etait un parking publique prés de l'appartement ou il fallait payer 16€ la journée. Donc il faut absolument modifier l'annonce par la non existence du parking gratuit. Et merci

A proximidade em relação à praia, comércios e restaurantes. Durante 1 semana não pegamos no carro, que ficou num parque de estacionamento a 100 metros do apartamento (21€ por dia). O apartamento em si era bastante confortável e prático, ótimo para refeições ligeiras. A máquina de secar roupa deu muito jeito para as toalhas e roupas da praia. O AC funciona perfeitamente e foi bem necessário pois estava muito calor.

La ubicación y el apartamento no está mal en sí lo único que tenían que haber arreglado lo del cuarto de baño y el aire acondicionado del dormitorio también goteaba, pero fue avisar y de momento lo solucionaron, el técnico chapó, un chico super amable y competente. También dijimos que sí podíamos entrar antes, sobre las 11 y sí fue posible, nos dejaron entrar.

La mampara del cuarto de baño estaba rota y el agua de la ducha se salía por todos los lados. El colchón del sofá cama no es nada cómodo. Y hay muchísimo ruido, de los bares que hay bajo el balcón que daba a la calle

Super lokalizacja. Po podróży samolotem przesiedliśmy się w pociąg, którym dotarliśmy na miejsce. Ze stacji mieliśmy 5 min do mieszkania. Obok stacji jest market, w którym robiliśmy drobne zakupy. Blisko do plaży i restauracji. Na parterze piekarnia i cukiernia gdzie serwowano pyszne kanapki, kawę i ciacho.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Fuengirola. L'appartement était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Son emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Tout était conforme à nos attentes et nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésitation. Merci pour votre accueil !

Everything was perfect, location close to the beach. Cafeteria located next door, we could get fresh made sandwiches in the morning for the breakfast and coffee.

Buena ubicación, el apartamento es bonito y es moderno, gran capacidad y tenía un poco de todo.

Uno de los aires no funcionaba, el otro goteaba, pero el dueño se preocupó de arreglarlo. Estaba sucio el apartamento, supongo que no es culpa directa del alojamiento, si no de las limpiadoras, que solo sabían quejarse de que ellas no podían limpiar porque el dueño les decía que los sillones no podían limpiarlos y varias cosas más, evadiendo su responsabilidad… el suelo estaba sin limpiar, pero ellas hicieron como que no sabían nada, en lugar de asumir que no habían limpiado. Pese a estos inconvenientes el dueño intentó y trató de solucionarlos. De ahí que la puntuación no sea tan baja, intentó compensarlo con una salida mas tarde. Supongo que no hemos tenido buena suerte en esta ocasión pues las reseñas generalmente son buenas, y nos extrañó lo que nos encontramos.

Ubytování bylo dobré - splnilo očekávnání. Plně vybavená kuchyně, dobře zatemněná ložnice. Vcelku pohodlené postele. Pro dva ideálně veliké, pro 4 osoby na hraně komfortu (rozkládací gauč jako postel. Výhodou umístění je Granier kavárna/restaurace, kde mají výborné pochutiny, kávu, fresh džusy... Chválím za velkou televizi s veškerou konektivitou.

Stav zařízení byl už špatný. Oboje dvoje vnitřní dveře drhly o podlahu. Sprchový kout už vypadal také nehezky. Potřeboval by kompletní rekonstrukci nebo výměnu.

Nuestra experiencia no podría haber sido mejor. Desde antes de llegar estuvieron pendientes de nosotras en todo momento, contactándonos para saber a qué hora llegaríamos y facilitándonos un *early check-in*, de forma que el apartamento estuviera listo y perfectamente limpio a nuestra llegada. Ese detalle fue un auténtico lujo. El apartamento estaba impecable, era precioso, muy cómodo y contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin preocuparse de nada. Además, el aire acondicionado se agradecía muchísimo y el sistema de acceso mediante la app del móvil resultó muy cómodo y sencillo. La ubicación es otro de sus grandes puntos fuertes: está en pleno centro de Fuengirola, entre las dos zonas de playa, lo que nos permitió ir caminando a todas partes y disfrutar de la ciudad sin necesidad de coger el coche. Pero, sobre todo, queremos destacar el trato recibido. Tanto en persona como por WhatsApp fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y cercanos, haciéndonos sentir muy bien atendidas durante toda la estancia. Fuimos para disfrutar del concierto de Dani Fernández en Marenostrum y la experiencia fue perfecta de principio a fin. Volvimos a casa encantadas y con muchas ganas de repetir. ¡Sin duda lo recomendamos!

The apartment was fantastic, clean, well equipped and a perfect location. All communication was prompt. This was our 3rd stay at these apartments and I would recommend them. Will definitely be returning for a 4th stay.

Location was perfect, close to everything and just minutes walk to the beach .

A little tired in places, sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sit on and the kitchen had very limited utensils and crockery. Also there is only one mirror in the bathroom , another full length mirror would be good in the bedroom .

The apartment was very well equipped with high-quality appliances. The Bosch washing machine and dryer, along with the electric oven, hob and shower, were all excellent and worked perfectly throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and bed linen were provided, and the balcony offered a lovely view of the street below. The location was very central, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts were also very responsive and replied to our WhatsApp messages quickly whenever we had a question.

There was very little to dislike. The only minor issue was that collecting the keys could have been a little simpler, but overall everything went smoothly.

Air con was fabulous, one in each bedroom and one in lounge/kitchen/dining.Washing machine and tumble dryer. Two balconies, sun from morning till late evening.

Could be slightly noisy with traffic ,but you are in the middle of the town.

Podczas pobytu w apartamencie najbardziej podobała mi się czystość i wysoki standard wyposażenia. Wnętrze było komfortowe, estetycznie urządzone i bardzo dobrze przygotowane na przyjazd gości. Doceniam również spokojną lokalizację, która pozwalała na odpoczynek i relaks. Dużym atutem była wygodna komunikacja z gospodarzem oraz bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Pobyt był bardzo udany i z przyjemnością wrócę tu w przyszłości.

Van alle gemakken voorzien en de locatie

Kapotte kastjes in de keuken en de badkamer. Douche bak zag er niet netjes meer uit, kluis werkte niet, douchekraan niet vast gemonteerd tegen de muur. Kortom wat kleine dingetjes die snel te verhelpen zijn maar die niet gedaan zijn.

El apartamento es muy coqueto y no le falta detalle, amplio, comodo, moderno y acogedor. La ubicación es ideal, lo tienes todo a mano, playa y centro, con la estación de bus y cercanías a pocos minutos

Huoneisto vastasi odotuksia. Siisti ja sijainti mitä parhain. Bussiasema kadun toisella puolella ja Renfe asemakin muutama kadun päässä. Hiljaista vaikka pääkadun varrella. Ranta lähellä samoin kuin kaupat ja ravintolat.

All’arrivo ho riscontrato un problema al box doccia, che rischiava di crollare, rendendo necessario l’intervento di un tecnico. Avendo saputo che la riparazione avrebbe richiesto tempo, ho chiesto che il lavoro venisse completato il giorno successivo sotto la supervisione del proprietario, dato che non sarei stato presente. Nonostante ciò, il tecnico è andato via lasciando il bagno sporco e pieno di pedate, costringendomi a pulire personalmente. Sarebbe stato opportuno trovare tutto già sistemato e pulito, evitando disagi agli ospiti .

Sijainti oli loistava, kaikki palvelut lähellä. Huoneisto oli mukavan tilava ja siisti. Mukava yllätys, että huoneistossa oli pyykinpesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Huoneisto kaikinpuolin hyvä.

Huoneistoon kuuluivat kaikki äänet, myös keskustelut rappukäytävässä. Lähes koko viikko tuli nukuttua huonosti. Sänky oli todella kova nukkua.

Above Granier Coffee shop and a short walk from Fuengirola train station and the beach. Lots of shops and eateries in the surrounding area.

Very good communication from time of booking until I got back home. Everything was very well organized. Apartment was clean, modern, well equipped, in a central location (close to train-station, shopping, restaurants and the beach). It had everything I needed (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, cleaning stuff in the kitchen). It has no view, but I did not expect it and it was reflected in the price compared to beach-front apartments.

I did not ask, but a mosquito-net for the bed could be a nice add-on, at least for people very sensitive to mosquito bites, like me 😊.

Incompetent and untrained staff. Cleaning, for which I paid €75, was very obviously just surface grade level. The beds were of poor quality, back pain kicked in after two days. Provision of cups would be considered basic (1B) in any property. Constant texting reminders of what time to check-out even on days when within the contract.

Hissi ei vieläkään ollut toiminnassa ja se tiputti pisteitä eniten. Ylimpään kerrokseen kun useamman kerran päivässä kiipeää niin hissiä tuli ikävä. Vessapaperi, astianpesuaine ja talouspaperi piti hommata itse.

Location to train and bus station was perfect - <5mins. Short 10min walk to beach and restaurants. Apartment well equipped. Beds comfortable and clean. Shower hot. Smart TV with YouTube, Netflix, Prime etc. Washing machine and dryer - great. Cooking utensils all present. Good size fridge. Coffee maker good. Great terrace. Aircon in both bedrooms and main living room.

Beds very firm - too firm for our preference. Toilet paper was poor quality - buy your own! No shower gel in shower or sink dispensers.

Nous avions l'appartement 13 au deuxième étage. Très bien rénové, plancher, salle de bain, armoires, plusieurs portes patios. Très très bien situé pour le train, le bus et la plage.

Manque papier de toilette, nous entendions les gens en haut, mais c'était ok.
