Generally okay and no problem, the breakfasts are fine. For a 3 star chain hotel this is a quitw good experience, maybe they can improve in adding some laundry bag i guess

This’s our fourth stay at this hotel in this year. And the impression still the same: clean, tidy, and comfortable. We checked-in and were greeted by Andrew from reception. He’s nice and friendly guy. all process from check-in was smooth and satisfying. We’ll be staying for a long time. I met many of the old staff, and they welcomed us warmly. Good job to everyone. Hopefully, it will be even more impressive 👍🏻

Stay feel like home, Friendly staff . Dan kemama mana dekat . Best choice hotel in banten area. Thanks you all............

Good "Cozy, clean, and conveniently located. Friendly staff and excellent service. Highly recommended! Nice stay here

Good experience since the location is in the middle of Cilegon. I can go anywhere trying foodies by online public transportation and the distance was not that far from foods or cafes that I tried while being here.

receiptionist good service good room service good overall service good breakfast good security good service……………..

Good experience with my beloved sons. Senang menginap disini, can't wait for another occasion. Kalau bisa ada tempat bermain anak-anak juga

Sign in to this hotel late night but fast response and room readiness. Good room cleanness, good amenities, good facilities

Very Nice and very comfy for a family stay at Cilegon, Banten. Its a good hotel with a swimming pool and gym. The facility is awesome. Very recommended

That's a very comfortable room. I recomend this hotel ,you will never regret. I hope we can come back here again when we come to Cilegon

seems like short of your staff caused a long queue when checking in and the room I booked was not ready, it took me 1 hour to wait for it

Great stay. Nice hotel, friendly staffs, delicious breakfast. Definitely will come back if I have other business here in Cilegon.

Good locatin in central of Cilegon city so give easy acces for my bussines travell and meet with my partner, customer and subcontractor for my docking project.

We’ve been stayed for 2weeks. This’s our third time staying for a long period of time. Everything,s still the same, comfortable room, clean, and all staff are polite and friendly. From HK team, FnB,Guest Service, security all is very helpfull. Suitable for long term stay. also the hotel very kids friendly. I brought my baby. there is a playground & Kids activities every weekend. Nice! Just a little note : for the breakfast menu variation to be updated in terms of variety and also the fruits.

Very nice staffs...comfy beds and clean rooms

Breakfast wasn't much of a spread...

This hotel offers comfortable rooms that are perfect for a stay with your partner. The rooms are spacious, clean, and decorated with a modern touch, creating a romantic atmosphere. The bed is soft, the lighting is subtle, and the room is equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi, making the stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom is also very comfortable, with a modern shower and high-quality toiletries. The friendly and prompt room service adds even more value to the experience. The location is convenient, easily accessible, and close to various attractions, making it an ideal choice for couples. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for couples looking to enjoy quality time together.

I loved my stay! The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and chek-out were professionally handled and easy. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast. Perfect location, close to train station and attractions. Highly recommend!

Room is clean and smells good, also nice service from the hotel staffs. The place is strategic, best choice if you want to visit cilegon. Breakfast is quite decent too even if they don’t serve that much of a menu option. Overall, 8.5/10 I’d recommend this to friend for an accommodation option.

They should had improved since my last stay here but apparently not. Booked for 3 night here. Room is clean and comfortable. But as usual housekeeping is not doing their job well, we need to ask for everything. From toilet paper, liquid soap etc. And the worst issue is that, the room I have (parallel to the elevator) is really really not recommended. Every morning at 4am...the sound of morning prayers are heard so loud from our room that we woke up instantly. Last time we sleep in the opposite of the elevator and it was not so loud. Also we need to open up the liquid bath storage as when we press, no soap is out. Will I stay here again? Of couse. It is clean, strategic location and staffs are helpful and friendly.

Very good and comfortable because my family happy our service hotel...goooodddddoooooooddddddddddddd...very gooddddddddddddd....and goooddddddddddddddďdddďddddddddddddsddsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssdds

Timming for swimming pool

Room.is clean , staffs were polite and helpful

Room.is small. No fridge in room. Room is not sound proof. There's a railway nearby and sound of prayers

Valur for money.

The cleanliness and staff attitude is superb.

Maybe Cause it's not a vacation purpose hotel, the space is a bit cramped, and the bed is not that comfortable. The site said it's a queen size bed, but actually it's 2 single beds arranged side by side. I got muscle soreness when I woke up in the morning.

This Swiss-Belexpress was convenient as it was a one-stop process, without the hassle of having to pay deposit money separately after making an online payment like Greenotel. However, it would be better to install lights with adjustable brightness to create the mood in the room.

Hope better breakfast 😊

Cukup bagus

In the central city. Close to shopping mall or main attraction

Room size and no “real window” to see the sun light

The location is very strategic, located near highways. Hotel room smells good and clean.

good location. i just like the omelette and sunny side up for the breakfast, other just fine.

the bed, i reserved queen bed and yes i got it but the fact it was twin bed which made it to be queen bed as i realized there was separation in the middle. it was fine to me and not big issue.
