Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und sehr bequeme und gemütliche Zimmer. Der wundervolle Garten darf mitgenutzt werden.

Erg prettig verblijf op een prachtige oud boerderij met een prachtige tuin. Host was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bed was van hele goede kwaliteit.

Wij hadden het raam open laten staan snachts en werden om 6 uur wakker door voorbij rijdende auto's. Wij sliepen aan de voorkant. Eenmaal raam dicht ging het beter.

We zijn vriendelijk en gastvrij door Ilse ontvangen, dat gaf ons een fijn welkom gevoel! Het is een hele leuke en kleinschalige B&B met prima faciliteiten. Bedden liggen perfect (niet te hard en niet te zacht), wat uiteraard zorgt voor een heerlijke nachtrust. En het beddengoed; wauw, zalig! Wij hadden een bruiloft om de hoek en hebben Ilse gevraagd om ons te brengen, dus was geen enkel probleem. Het ontbijt hadden wij samen met het bruidspaar, dit was ook heel mooi en top verzorgd. Kortom; wij gaan hier zeker terugkomen!

We hadden de voorkamer en gang en badkamer. Aan de straatkant. Maar het was opvallend stil in de nacht. Bij het ontbijt gezellig gekletst met de gasten naast ons.

Wat een fantastische B&B! De warmte de vriendelijkheid de locatie de kamers alles was een kadootje! Het overtrof de verwachting! Ik zou deze B&B zeker aanraden!

Wat een hartelijk ontvangst door Ilse, en wat een schitterende locatie! Wegens een bruiloft in de buurt mochten wij eerder inchecken, ontzettend fijn! Wij hadden de prachtige Tuinkamer, en in deze tijd van het jaar zo prachtig! Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in deze accommodatie, met een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij komen heel graag terug.

Alles is hier voortreffelijk, zeker complimenten aan de zeer vriendelijke host. Dit maakte dat ons verblijf ern dikke 10 waard is🙏

Een prachtige bed en breakfast, bijna uit een film zo mooi! De kamers zijn prachtig ingericht (daar kan menig hotel wat van leren), de bedden zijn heerlijk comfortabel en ik heb hier een ongelofelijk fijne slaapplaats gevonden. Het ontbijt was heerlijk vers, fruit, honing, kwark, broodjes - een aanrader voor een ieder die in de buurt moet zijn!

Mooie ruime kamers, schoon, en zeer prettige communicatie, en de eigenaresse is zeer flexibel en spaart geen moeite om het de bezoeker naar de zin te maken! Ligt op een mooie plek, niet ver van Asten en leuke horeca.

Prachtige B&B met fijne faciliteiten. Parkeren op terrein, eigen opgang, mooie kamers.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Bett unglaublich bequem.

Badkamer was buiten de slaapgelegenheid.

Mooie en erg gezellige kamer. De eigenares was erg gastvrij ! Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt! In de zomer weer terug!

Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Auge fürs Detail und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Absolut empfehlenswert für Gäste mit eigenem Transport!

Ein Zimmer hat kein anschließendes Bad, aber dies wird vorab korrekt kommuniziert. Kein großes Ding.

Wir waren beim Durchfahren nach England und der Platz liegt perfekt um die lange Reise zu unterbrechen.

Super fijne plek! Ruime kamer met heerlijk groot bed, grote tuin en goed ontbijt! We hadden een bruiloft in de buurt en konden zelfs fietsen lenen.

Der Empfang war wie wenn wir zu einer guten Freundin zu Besuch kommen. Das Haus ist traumhaft. Toller großer Garten. Eine ruhige entschleunigende Unterkunft. Tolles Zimmer, schönes separates Badezimmer. Schöne Bereiche zum innen wie draußen essen.

A relaxing place to unwind after a long drive! We were driving from Calais and stopped here for a night. Ilse is a great and kind host, very friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. We took our labrador with us and he enjoyed the place as well with ample greenery to run around and explore. The rooms were cozy and comfy. We'll stay here again.

This is now the second time we stayed with Ilse. For us it is the perfect resting place after long travel. The house is beautiful and very cosy. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and have excellent beds. The breakfast is excellent and beautifully laid out. You eat in peace and quiet next to your own room. This is a great place to book if you have a pet. You can walk out to the quiet countryside straight from the door. I highly recommend this cozy lovely B&B

We arrived late and tired from travel to a house that felt like home. Ilse greeted us and served us freshly made delicious soup. The property is beautiful and well maintained old farm, and has a historical feel to it. The best way to summarise our stay is that this is not a B&B, it is an experience. We stayed at “De Opkamer” and it was inviting for us and our dogs. The bed is large and of very high quality. The supper, and the breakfast, are very tasty and I recommend paying the small price for the breakfast. This place is ideal for travelling with pets, you can leave your room and walk in the countryside in a minute. In Ilse’s B&B there is also a lovely home decoration boutique, run by Anushka. They were creating wool blankets, sourced locally. We ended up buying a few beautiful pieces for our home. This property is highly recommended, great value, and a memorable experience. Ilse is the perfect host.

Nice and quiet place out of town. Very friendly host and beautiful house and garden.

Very nice place, old farmhouse but all renewed in new style, very beautiful . Few minute drive to next town, Asten. The beds are very good and everything taking good care of. Quiet and nice. We liked to visit the horses and the chickens. We liked the fields around. A nice place to relax.

The owner and host Ilse has arranged the place to be a beautiful oasis. Sheets of very high quality, interior details, with all kind of small personal details. Our dog Charlie loved both the place and the host, and did not want to leave... We did not expect a lot, but this stop over was worth a trip by itself. Good breakfast with fresh bread, butter, cheese, juice, coffee, fruit and croissants! Served in a cosy little room at the cottage. A nice little garden in the backyard, and a small ateljé for children in a separate building.

The Location was perfect for our arrangements. The bedroom was very clean and spacious with a huge bed. The standard of everything was excellent.

The bedroom we stayed in was on the ground floor next to the reception/dining room for residents and, to get to our bathroom we had to walk through this area. This was a bit awkward when other residents were eating breakfast as my wife found out. It was also a bit noisy. So, if you were wanting a lie in maybe ask for a different room.

If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place this is the place. A wonderful owner who will take care of even the smallest details. You walk in the door and you already have the impression that this is the place where you will spend a wonderful night. A beautiful room with a comfortable bed and bedding that lulls you to sleep. On request, you will receive breakfast, which is served in a beautiful way and there will certainly be nothing missing. And you will get all this in a beautiful area where the garden is well cared for and pleases the eyes. I also want to point out that our stay was with a dog who was treated very well, which is rare now. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was great! The hostess, Ilse, has great taste and the house is nicely decorated in a chic countryside style. The rooms are very comfortable, and the ambience very cozy and friendly. I felt right at home!
