Nice villa’s, perfect view, good rooms and beds!

The resort is located quite remote. Which is fine, but than you should have a good relstaurant or good place to chill. That atmosphere part is missing. The pool feels hit anandoned, with less water that on the pictures. Remarks about the restaurant: The fresh orange juice is not fresh, cappuchino not available (because no coffee machine, only sort of nespresso). Fanta on the menu, but not in stock. Mangojuice on the menu but not in season. Bread basket for breakfast not available. This can happen, but in a resort that tends to be great and 4 star, the reataurant is really lacking! The personnel was friendly and helpfull, its a shame that management seems not to be helping for this perfect spot that it could be!

La vue exceptionnelle depuis la villa (mer et en face gili gédé). La villa avec les chambres confortables et la piscine vue sur mer, le personnel super sympa, le restaurant plutôt bon dans l’ensemble bref très bon séjour.

Emplacement avec peu de choses à faire dans le coin, sauf du bateau qui d’ailleurs peu venir vous chercher directement devant la villa pour vous emmener visiter les îles, pas assez de canoë (2) et la plage devant pas top

Sincèrement pour se reposer et se déconnecter dans une villa magnifique c’est juste parfait ! Le calme et l’environnement et juste magnifique… en plus le personnel est vraiment très serviable et chaleureux. Pour un couple ou une famille avec des enfants c’est vraiment parfait. Cependant bien noter que ce coin de Lombok est reculé des ville du coup tout ce passe sur le resort mais franchement ça vaut le coup car tout est disponible sur place. Merci Elsa pour ton accueil et pour nous avoir donner de l’aloe Vera pour calmer nos coups de soleil !

Really nice place to stay !! We stayed in a beautiful one bedroom villa, very clean, private swimming pool and sea view … JUST AMAZING !!! A big big thank you to Elsa , Herman and Jian for their warm welcome and especially great service ! The food was really good as well ! We Do recommend this place 💯!!!

L'hôtel est loin de tout, on est obligé de manger au restaurant midi et soir.

La vue et la piscine indépendante. Le petit déjeuner est bien aussi.

Cet hébergement était censé être le point fort de notre séjour en Indonésie, la “cerise sur le gâteau”, mais il s’est révélé être notre plus grande déception. Nous avions réservé 3 nuits dans deux villas (famille de 5), et avons passé 3 jours sans eau : impossible de se laver, d’utiliser les toilettes ou même de faire un minimum de vaisselle. On nous a parlé d’un problème de pompe, mais rien n’a été résolu durant notre séjour. Obligé de se rincer dans la piscine ! Au-delà du désagrément, le plus choquant a été le manque de réactivité du personnel, qui ne semblait pas du tout concerné par la situation. Nous avions demandé un dédommagement, qui nous avait été promis, mais à ce jour nous n’avons rien reçu et nos appels restent sans réponse. Pour un établissement qui pratique des tarifs aussi élevés, c’est inadmissible. Très grosse déception, je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit. Et aucune proposition de visite etc...

Très bel hôtel, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel de l’hôtel est adorable, ils nous ont beaucoup aidé notamment lorsque nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à retirer du Cash ( attention il n’y a pas d’atm à proximité !). La nourriture de l’hôtel est très bonne notamment le petit déjeuner.

Le calme et le personnel

Nous avons été très déçus par ce séjour. Plusieurs problèmes sont survenus : eau chaude inexistante, wifi instable,coupure de courant, ce qui est très contraignant. L’hôtel est extrêmement isolé, sans véritable alternative aux alentours. Certes, le personnel est accueillant et souriant, mais cela ne compense pas le reste. La plage située juste en face est jonchée de déchets, ce qui gâche complètement l’expérience balnéaire. Globalement, l’établissement est largement surcoté et ne justifie pas son tarif.

Great location, extremely helpful and supportive staff, nicely equipped, comfortable rooms and a nice pool. The best was breakfast - delicious!!!

Posizione buona per raggiungere le Gili per lo snorkeling. Personale attento e cordiale.

Piscina comune non utiliizzabile, nessuna spiaggia in cui rilassarsi nelle vicinanze e nessuna alternativa per uscire o cenare nei dintorni. Struttura in generale trascurata e non molto pulita, manca anche una rete intorno al letto per evitare gli insetti.

Locazione e gentilezza/disponibilità del personale

Piscina sporca (a mio avviso). Il mare di fronte al resort non è invitante.

This is a peaceful and lovely hotel, we stayed in a smaller room which was very comfortable and nicely decorated, with a good shower. The restaurant looks out onto the beach, and the food is excellent, particularly the breakfast. The staff couldn't have been nicer, we had a problem lost luggage and they really went out of their way to help us. I recommend this hotel for a snorkelling trip to the nearby islands, the hotel arranged everything for us and it was convenient and inexpensive.

The restaurant is quite pricey, but the food was good. Location is also quite remote, so need to hire scooter or driver to get around.

Is an amazing beach front hotel, the villa beach front was so peacfull. Breakfast included really good and they organize tour for secret Gili. Elsa of the reception was amazing

Very lovely place at the beach. The staff was super friendly and helped me find a place to change my cash. There is a restaurant at the hotel with a nice menu. I had a great stay.

The staff at the reception, the kitchen, the dining room, the team of cleaners were SUPER nice and efficient. They deserve 10/10! Always had a smile, how nice! The room was very comfortable, cleaned perfectly everyday. Breakfasts were exceptional, particularly the healthy one. The temperature of the swimming pool made it difficult to get out of it, it was sooooo nice. We wanted coconut drinks and the staff kindly got some for us! We highly recommend the boat ride to the Gillis!

This is a place to enjoy quietness and rest, not for parties. A tip box is missing in the dining room, the whole staff deserve tips! Perhaps options to visit the area, boat rides availability, etc, laundry, should be proposed to clients in writing (leaflets)

Amazing villas with excellent service. We stayed at club villas with our family and it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The view to the gilli islands is amazing. Loads of pool options on the resort. Kids were running around everywhere. The lunch/dinner staff is amazing. We requested grilled/bbq fish (off menu), and that request was catered to. Breakfast was delivered to the villa should we want. Spa service was okay and reasonably priced. The villas are perfectly south facing sunshine all day long. The villa staff were always on hand. My sister got ill, and they offered to take her to the clinic nearby or call the doctor to the villa. I had sunburn and reception staff provided aloe vera gel and even bought some more to the villa afterwards. Visit to the gilli Islands beaches, and snorkelling is a must when you stay here. Also, a car rental is a must. Driving in the area is okay. Just take it easy and dont follow the crowd/other driver on too much overtaking. If driving back to the villa at night, keep it under 50 kmh locals like to sit on the road 😅

A couple of points for improvement. A folder containing info on activities and things to do on the island/nearby would have been greatly appreciated (sort of a self-service concierge) A bit far away from major cites. We liked this because we had kids with us and just wanted to relax. But mataram is 1hrs away and kuta is 1:30 mins away. Water in the pool/taps is a bit salty, but they provide ample water bottles in the bathroom and the kitchen. Not sure the water quality can change, but we quickly got used to it.

Location is fine. It is at the waterfront but did not see people swim there. Restaurant is nice and room/cabin as well. Spacious. Shower is outside but fine. Staff is friendly. Not sure people stay here for more than a few days.

They have reasonable internet but I not sufficient for work. Only for some occasional email checks or for some internet browsing.

Poor location. Local area primitive & underdeveloped with nothing to do except snorkeling. Too expensive. Poor value for money. The resort is basic (certainly by Bali standards) with few amenities.

The villa layouts are unconventional, split into two sections. The upstairs TV was non-functional, with only beanbag seating available. There are no facilities or convenience stores within a 10-minute drive, making the on-site restaurant your only dining option. Additionally, there is no room service or in-room telephone to contact reception. The private pools are frequently green and unusable until the afternoon. Lastly, the resort offers no entertainment of any kind.

Very nice location and surroundings, private villas with sea view are exceptional! Great swimming Pool as well. Staff is super friendly.

We had 4 nights here in Sekotong. Note that if you are coming from Bali or Sengiggi (more touristy areas) you will need to be relatively 'self sufficent' compared to what you are used to. (no mini marts close, much fewer restaurants, and taxi's are a ripoff - no Bluebirds or meter taxi) Breakfast is delicous, hotel manager (Komang) is nice guy and very helpful for us. Beachfront access makes boat trips easy (Gili Gede, Gili Lahar etc which are all worth visiting and snorkelling. Gili Gede is a fun island to visit, and different on every side (nice beach on north end, interesting local towns throughout). Our room was spacious (just the standard room) Recommend you look at Sundancer (excellent restaurant and beach club).

Hotel pool is not clean enough, as others have said. Don't think I saw anyone swim in it during our 4 day stay? We did not. Club villas was not good value for money - however Sekotong resorts are much higher priced that rest of Bali/Lombok. So perhaps it's average price for region. Some communication barriers with front desk staff (poor english) though they try to help. Resort feels a bit neglected. Gardens are dry, slightly tired feeling about it all

Minor things : - if you maybe stay longer : no so many choices to eat somewhere else near -salty water in the shower ( would appreciate fresh one) - beach in front bit dirty ( not hotel fault but could be great to clean it )

Absolutely loved our stay at the club villas. The staff were so attentive and kind! They arranged an incredible snorkeling day for us (the beach at the villas isn’t great but the snorkeling beaches nearby were amazing). They also upgraded us to a beautifully decorated beach front villa for our honeymoon, which was so incredibly sweet. We loved our stay so much and spent our mornings sipping coffee on the porch watching the local fishermen head in and our evenings watching the sunset from our private pool. Additionally, the meals were freshly made and delicious! This is the kind of place you go to unplug and unwind. Staff were just exceptional! 10/10 would stay here again. An incredibly value.

The property is isolated, so access to things like stores or restaurants is very limited. The food prepared by the villas was amazing though so it didn’t bother us.

It was very nice to tri this Hotel for one night. We were the only ones on the resort!! Very beautiful resort with hut house. Some have 2 floors and others on the seafront with open air!! We also had a/c in the room although it is not really insulated !! We are very good !! The swimming pool is also very beautiful and a large part with little water allows you to relax on a chair. Also a pool bar (with service I imagine when there are more customers!!) Very friendly staff. They arranged a boat for us to cross to Gili Gede just opposite for a very reasonable price!! (less expensive than the price of the hotel where we were going on Gili Gede!)

the owner (!! not the people working there) is not a real business man and by far not offering any favor to the guest even this place is quiet expensive, the floor is not cleaned properly, renting a scooter is not easy over there

The sink in the bathroom has clotted, everywhere was water on the floor. The pool did not look very clean, there where some plastic bags inthere and a lot of sand and insects. In general the complex looked quite deserted except for the villas directly on the beach. Just not what we were expecting for the price

Tolle Villa gehabt

Awesome resort in a peaceful place. Excellent for relaxing, superb sea views. The staff is eager to please your desires. Food is excellent with local and international choices. Bed is more than comfortable.

Amazing place, the most beautiful beach, peaceful, very private, almost like a time travel. A standard of accommodation i've never found in the Caribbean, or at least never afforded to stay at. Huge open space, still private, and very social. Delicious breakfast, love mangos and passion fruit. Highly recommended!!

Only wish the travel would be easier, coming from the US.

good location, although not best for clear sunset

where do I start… as the only guests of the entire property, you would think you would get spoiled… sadly wrong hope. There was no hot water to begin with, stuff besides the front desk lady unhappy and unfriendly, very none Indonesian like.
