ARTIEM URBAN Apartamentos

Luggage storage before and after check-in is available at reception. Location close to the bus station (350 m), a well-stocked supermarket (280 m), 400 m to Plaça de s'Esplanada. Free use of the mini-spa area (swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas) at the Artiem Hotel, a few dozen meters from the entrance to the apartments. A very well-equipped kitchenette, a large, comfortable table, and worktops. Quiet room (at a last floor, overlooking the interior courtyard). Very helpful staff – they quickly responded to my complaint about a non-functioning hotplate (due to a blown fuse). They recommended an affordable car rental from a company partnering with the Artiem Hotel. After check-out, upon request, they took care of my forgotten food kit and stored it in the reception refrigerator until baggage claim. I received answers to all my questions through booking.com message system, although with a delay of several days. A nice surprise upon arrival, including drinking water in a large glass bottle.

The area is not very pleasant for walking in the evening, but the advantages of this location outweigh this inconvenience. Paid daily towel change, free every 3 days, but only with prior confirmation via booking.com message system. Problems with parking nearby, even paid parking. Not a very interesting view of the inner courtyard.

Very comfortable and good design. Well dressed.

Lack of tools for cleaning the apartment. No kit like salt, oil, sugar and the minimum to survive before visit a supermarket.

Really spacious, had everything needed in the kitchen, great shower. Access to the gym & sauna a bonus

Bit far from the center of town, poor quality hair dryer

Apartamentos cómodos, muy bien equipados y silenciosos! Y el desayuno completísimo!

No, todo excelente

La atención de recesión

Very comfortable, modern and quiet apartment. Central location, in town, very close to shops and bus station. Would highly recommend.

Check out alle12.00, utilissimo.

Amplitud y limpieza. Muy cómodo.

No hay parking

Cercanía a la estación de bus. Apartamento amplio y completo, limpio

Beds very comfortable. No coffee or coffee maker.

The decor was poor. Expected a bit more, a little bland

Great place to stay staff very good

Localisation idéale. Studio très spacieux et bien équipé

Rien

Very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you may need. 10 min walk from the port, plenty of shops and cafes. Lovely staff!

Mil gracias.

No puedo decir nada malo

Great location and clean.

We stayed during 3 nights so we opted for the apartment versus Capri, sister apartment next door. It was clean with lots is space however one set of pillows smelled stale and not laundered. The staff was very helpful. It would have been nice to have access to the pool but apartments do not include pool, breakfast or snack bar access. Overall, good stay.

Lovely decorated studio, very clean and very good location- close to the bus station and the main centre. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion provided!

We liked everything about our stay in an apartment. The accomodation was in an excellent quiet location. Top class bakery around the corner. Supermarket 5 mins away. Affordable quiet bar for locals opposite. The hotel reception staff were very kind. A great stay. Thoroughly recommended. Menorca in April is gorgeous.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. The room feels spacious and is bright. The location is great too, close walk to the city centre. The staff is very friendly. However, we had the apartment on the ground floor, and unfortunately the building's entrance door slammed a lot during the night and early morning, keeping us awake. Additionally, the hallway's air freshener was very strong and smelled in the room as well, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Apartment was well maintained, good facilities and in a great location for the city. Cooking facilities were "all you need" for a short stay, and rooms well fitted out.

Muy limpio y hermoso

Nice place Be quiet

Very quiet and clean

Todo precioso y personal muy amable.

Very friendly staff and good location.

Nothing to dislike.

Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, huge shower, and plenty of cooking amenities. Staff were lovely and very attentive, the only down side was I wanted a 30 minute swim daily which they said would cost me an additional 12 euros each time, accommodation in great location for centre and bus station and supermarket

Everything was good, big ,clean apartment ,less than 10 minutes from the center, cleaning staff was very nice and helpful.

The door and windows are not soundproof, so if you have the bad luck to have noysy neighbors or if there is something on the street, you can hear everything .

Everything

N/A

We chose the apartment because it was close to amenities and we were not disappointed. Near the central square and bus station which we wanted as a base for walks on the Camí de Cavalls. The apartment was modern, clean , comfortable. Would stay again.

A great experience with nothing to improve upon. The accommodation was spotless and well furnished. Hotel breakfast was superb and coffee lounge was superb.

Modern, clean and spacious apartment. It had everything we wanted and expected. Great facilities in Bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Well equipped kitchen which we used most days. A super Eroski supermarket 5 minutes away. Apartment a minute from Artiem Capri hotel, 5-10 minutes from bus station. Walking to the port (tip:use the lifts either end of promenade), town, market took 10-15 minutes, so superb location. Super friendly, helpful, professional staff in Artiem Capri hotel to support customers. Would not hesitate to use again.

The apartments are new, spacious, and very comfortable. TV and internet were good. The security system is good and the Artiem hotel is just a few steps away. There several cafe's and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

Excellent apartments to stay in Mahon. Easy walking distance to the centre or port.

Really friendly reception staff

nothing

Good choice, reasonable price.

It would be useful if the apartment had a guest booklet with instructions for the air conditioning, hob, TV channels, etc. in English (plus of course Spanish). A check list to advise hotel staff of any minor items that require maintenance before the next guests arrive high be useful.

Clean, spacious, nice furniture.

Not a great location, entry way and hallway were basic. The kitchen had some things, but I think you would find it hard really to cook there. No communal space, no outdoor space, no pool.

Good sized bedroom with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, TV and a cupboard; the living room also very generously sized with a couch, integrated kitchen and (who needs it) a large TV; very good location not far away from the central bus station and everything else within reach; staff friendly and helpful

The kitchen could need more equipment (very few cooking knifes, no basic spices for cooking etc.); it could be a little cheaper

Beds are really comfortable as well as the pillows! Staff are excellent, professional and warmly friendly. Breakfast, though an additional charge, was definitely worth the money. Shower was huge rainfall shower with anti-slip tray and wonderful shampoo, separate conditioner and shower gel as well as huge fluffy white towels.

It was very hot and the air conditioning was not very efficient

Beautiful flat! Love mahon!

There was no soundproofing so noise travelled a lot, especially hearing the buzzer.

The space for the three of us was fine and location was perfect, nothing much else to say really, typical spanish apartment. I liked to walk and everything was within easy reach on foot.

Air con could do with a bit better fan speed but I'm being very picky.

We stayed two days and it was just what we wanted, the breakfast in particular was amazing, we loved the pool (it was April and so the fact it was heated was great) the apartment was big and clean and the staff were really positive, generous and helpful. What else could you want?
