TEVA Glamping & Retreat

L'emplacement est beau et les installations très jolies. Le tout est près de l'aéroport donc très pratique pour les arrivées tardives ou les départs tôt en matinée.

Aucun membre du personnel ne parle une base d'anglais et/ou français et accueil un peu moyen. Tous les règlements à signer (1 page recto-verso en petits caractères) sont uniquement disponibles en espagnol. Frais "assurances" de 10 000 COP par personne obligatoire et non indiqué nul part.

The esthetic of the place. I like that you can message them and they respond pretty fast during the day. The staff are very friendly. I feel like it used to be a home prior.

You can’t make any type of noise after 9p, room service stops after 8p, after like 12a they shut off communication with them, I went out to the city and when I was at the gate trying to be let in I messaged them as I was told to be let back in. And they wouldn’t respond. My uber rung the gate doorbell after no response and constant honking. And then they finally let us in.

La habitación porque tiene una vista panorámica espectacular. La atención de todo el personal son muy amables.

El desayuno estuvo bueno. Queda a 10 minutos del aeropuerto pero lejos de la ciudad. Lo escogimos por su cercanía al aeropuerto pero no es un lugar para quedarse si quieren disfrutar de Medellín por varios días. Como su nombre lo indica, es un retreat.

Estuvimos pocas horas pero no tuvimos ninguna mala experiencia. Nos quedamos en la habitación 7, no en un glamping, que era un poco pequeño pero cumplía las expectativas.

The architecture, the gardens, the room and the staff are all excellent. This is our favorite hotel close to the airport.

Our room did not have hot water, but when I talked to the reception, they said it must’ve been something temporary because the rooms do have hot water, which was very good news

Our first time glamping and we enjoyed it. The open-air and lush landscaping was a refreshing way to relax after flying in to the country. We liked it so much we extended our stay and moved up to a room with a better view. Meals were good, views excellent.

The construction noise from a neighboring project was distracting but understandable.

The staff were excellent. The food was great.

The water wasn't working on the first night and then the power went out in our cabin the next night and we froze as the heater was no longer working.

Es la tercera vez que vamos. Nos encantó el jacuzzi y la ubicación. Hay un poco de ruido por las vías que rodean el Glamping. El despegue o aterrizaje de ciertos aviones del aeropuerto también se sienten fuerte en algunos momentos. Punto a favor la cercanía a buenos lugares de Llanogrande para ir a comer

La cabaña Aire era muy pequeña, poco espacio para disponer el equipaje pero igual la pasamos genial.

Absolutely amazing stay. Will definitely be back. Outdoor jacuzzi highly recommended. Great facilities and excellent staff. We had such a fun time. Can definitely get hot during the day, depending on your spot. Food was excellent!

Si recomiendo la estadia, pero en la noche no pudimos descansar del todo bien por: mosquitos y el sonido de perros, gallos y coches.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en Teva y es perfecto. Siempre voy a trabajo y me permite relajarme con el ambiente y la vista, la comida es muy buena y todo el personal es muy atento. Cuando regrese a Medellín espero quedarme de nuevo allí.

Lo único que deben observar con más atención es la organización del cuarto. Mi cama no tenía la sábana que cubre el colchón (me di cuenta cuando ya me iba a dormir, entonces opté por no decir nada en ese momento, además ya habían cerrado la recepción). Tampoco habían hecho el conteo del minibar antes de que entrara y luego tuve que aclarar unos consumos que no había hecho. Por otro lado, tenía que salir temprano al aeropuerto y todavía no había llegado la persona de recepción, lo cual demoró un poco el proceso de check- out. Fue un poco estresante porque tenía que salir y todo se hacía muy despacio (el desayuno tardó unos 20 minutos en estar listo). Sin embargo, es porque yo estaba con prisa, en una situación normal de relajarse y disfrutar la naturaleza esto no sería un problema. Ah! también sería bueno que el horario de la cena fuera hasta un poco más tarde (cierran la cocina a las 8:15) o que hubiera un servicio nocturno de snacks o algo similar, teniendo en cuenta que no hay otras opciones de alimentación en las proximidades.

This hotel is magical, I loved everything about my stay here except taking my bags to and from my room which is off the beaten path… I enjoyed the tranquility, spa and the food.

deben podar las matas de las terrazas de la habitacion, para apreciar la vista, y para que la estadia sea perfecta, y poner una malla o algo por si van niños como fue mi caso, o vidrio como esta en el restaurante bar.

this place an the staff is absolutely great. THe property is beautiful and the stay went above and beyond to help us leave early by taxi the next morning. THis was our second time in this hotel and we will stay here often when traveling in and out of Colombia.

The facilities are amazing. Every detail was well looked after. Great views. The food was so tasty, Colombian breakfast was included in the price, and it was great. The cleanliness was great. Sonia looked after us, and she was amazing.

In one of the tents, the water from the shower took a couple of minutes to warm up.

Room was very very small (we got the standard suite) which didn't have any space to walk around the bed. No space for our luggage in the room. Staff was a bit rude when we asked about mosquitos and about room facilities (wifi password was hidden in a message from one of the 4 different WhatsApp numbers they use).

The breakfast included was very good. The option and quantity was very satisfying. The view and the grounds are just what you need to escape the craziness of the city.

There is nothing to do. A bon fire at night with music would be cool or some recommendations for activties in the area.

Un lugar realmente hermoso!!!! Lleno de paz y tranquilidad. Queda muy cerca del aeropuerto por lo que es conveniente y tiene varias opciones de restaurantes cerca. Hace fríoo por lo que es importante tener la ropa adecuada.

Excelente place to be surrounded of nature. The food is very good. We were there for two days and ended staying 3. For sure we will be back.

This place is such a gem - very close to airport but you feel like you are deep in nature. The price for what you receive is incredible - giant room, big balcony, wonderful staff. I only did a quick layover night, here but it exceeded my expectations. Airport transfer is easy to coordinate and professional (and all charged through hotel so no fuss with cash). Food was really excellent, and drinks were well made. I wish I had more time here to enjoy the property!

The location and the installations.

It was very cold inside the second floor suite they gave us. Specially counting that we stayed with our 4months old baby. The bathroom needed a little bit of restoration, the shower and the painting of the walls and the materials were bad conditions. It also would be appreciated if the put some more vegans options on the restaurant menu.

Front desk was incredible she was so accommodating and made us feel at home. The facility was incredible and the scenery and landscaping was so breathtaking. We will be back again and again for sure. The food was really good and staff was very kind. The place was easy to find and close to the airport.

The entire facility was nestled away from the city and was surrounded by lush greenery. The receptionist were very attentive and made sure our stay went well. Definitely a bang for your buck.

Teva is a beautiful place to relax. The bed was super comfortable, the room was perfectly clean, and the warm bath was amazing. All of the food was incredible as well.

The room that we had was quite close to the road so there was traffic noise in the evening and through the night.

The location and the view amazing!

Doing an upgrade was not a pleasant experience; the checkout was not easy, and they were charging more, so I do not recommend doing upgrades to the stay with them.
