Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Free use of the spa pool area at the leisure centre was a massive bonus and one of the reasons I booked this place. Only things to change would be to look at the air conditioning in the two floor family rooms. The upstairs was persistently too hot as there was no ventilation up there, made sleep uncomfortable. The restaurant and bar was way too expensive. I know it’s Megève but the prices were insane. It’s a Novotel after all and would have been nice to use the hotel as a cheaper option in town. I think it was €12 for a draft beer.

Our family had a great stay. The only thing is to remind the families to prepare for the swimming pool, it’s very particular but doable.

Friendly staff, special thanks to Melissa and Angèle. Modern, cost, and clean hotel with excellent location. The breakfast buffet can be much better!

We had a lovely stay at this property a very good sleep, and the staff was very helpful!

The hotel was beyter than we have expected. The room was spacious, with well known amenities and the location has it all. A night club, nice Italian restaurant, supermarket and a ski rental shop.

Parking for my car is not easy

Nice hotel, quiet and safe

Nice hotel

Tudo perfeito muito bom

Alles bestens.

Amazing stay

Great location and one of the best Novotel I stayed.

liked everething, except that the spa was outside

Rey nice property and accommodating staff.

Great hotel overall, great service, great location and room wqs nice and the views from the balcony are awesome. Only issue we had, ehich seems to be common in Europe is that the air conditioning barely works, to try and get anything cooler in your room then about 72 is nearly impossible. Experienced that problem at every hotel in Europe this year.

Absolutely perfect. Nothing at all to say !!!

Super property with a great view in the Alps. Rooms are modern, incl a espresso machine, parking is super easy. From the hotel you walk anywhere.

Just perfect

It's wonderful

Equipe jeune, dynamique, souriante

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, great restaurant with delicious food. Excellent place to explore the city everything is near you.

Staff training needs to be improved. Checking took extremely long time while only 1 staff takes care of the checking and the rest just stand there & watching without helping the other customers. 1 staff is very helpful Ms. Debra and she definitely save the review rating for this hotel.

A modern but alpine feel hotel in the centre of Megeve. Secure parking underneath and a lovely cosy feel to the hotel. Room we had was huge with all modern facilities. They were really helpful in printing off some documents for me too! Breakfast was good with a big range of buffet style food. I’d recommend it

Terrible hotel! Staff was not friendly and very unhelpful when I asked for assistance. Room was not clean- found bed bugs and left the hotel right away! When I complained they refused to refund our money. Lobby bathroom had no toilet paper and a clogged sink. Yuck!

Hôtel récent et bien agencé

Very good hotel. Highly recommended! One downside - the spa is not in the hotel, but in a place nearby..

Bref , super .

L'hotel est neuf etat irreprochable

Chambre très propre et de qualité. Aucun bruit sur l’extérieur Très bon accueil

A recommander

Voyage d'affaires.
