Widok miał być na morze, miasto lub punkt orientacyjny - był na sąsiedni budynek przez co trzeba było mieć zasłonięte okno. Pracownicy recepcji mało pomocni, na każde pytanie mieli odpowiedź "nie mogę pomóc". Pralnia zlokalizowana w budynku hotelu czynna w teorii 24h - po północy nie można z niej korzystać. Sprzątanie co 4 dni. W łazience woda z prysznica rozlewała się na całe pomieszczenie. Pokój nie jest pierwszej nowości - zalany sufit i podłoga, brudne ściany z odklejającą się tapetą. Brak miejsca do jedzenia. Widoczne czarne plamy wilgoci na fugach w łazience. Brudna i porwana pościel.

Reviewed Jul 5, 20262년전에 방문하고 다시 간 곳입니다. 일단 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 주변에 상가가 많아서 더 좋았습니다. 주차 공간에 대한 안내는 많았지만 주변에 무료 주차장이 많아 문제 없었어요. 가격에 비해 너무 좋았고 가성비는 최고입니다. 다음에 제주도에 가면 또 들릴 생각입니다.
욕실에 샤워할 때 밖으로 물이 많이 튀어 조금 불편했어요.

Booking tours could be challenging and a bit expensive because Segwipo is 1 hour away from Jeju City.

如果淋浴間和廁所之間有遮擋就好了，不然洗個澡水會噴到馬桶甚至留到外面走道

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026일단 가성비 짱!!(지인들한테 가성비 숙소로 홍보했다) 위치 서귀포 시외버스터미널. 이마트 반대편 고근산 쪽(바다 반대쪽)으로 약 10분간 아주 완만한 언덕을 올라가는곳에 위치. 나쁘지는 않았다 언덕인것 빼고는 ~ 서귀포 한복판이어서 모든 버스 다 접근 할수 있는곳. 이마트에서 장보기도 좋았다 직원들 친절한 편 특히 오후근무 남자직원분 친절에 진심이 있는분. 칭찬 해 드리고싶다 자기일에 이렇게 진심인분 프로다워서 ~ 보는것만으로도 엔돌핀이 도는 듯 기분이 좋다. 6일동안 묵었는데 불편함 없이 좋았다 연박 시에 매일 청소 안해준다는 리뷰를 읽었는데 난 오히려 좋았다 (매일 넉넉한 수건과 생수를 문앞에 놓아줌) (연박시 3일에 한번 청소해줌) 또 욕실 물이 튄다는 리뷰도 많았는데 내게는 조심스럽게 샤워한다면 문제되지 않을 정도 씻은 타올로 한번 닦아주면 될 정도였다
침대에 스프링이 그대로 온몸에 느껴지고 배겨서 도저히 잠을 잘 수 없었다 리셉션에 전화하니까 저희는 요 가 없어요 이불 한 개 가져다 드릴게요 하고 바로 이불 한개를 가져다 주어서 반을 접어서 이중으로 요 대신에 깔고자니까 잘 잤다. 그리고 침대 가운데 부분이 전반적으로 가라 앉는 느낌? 스프링이 조금 낡은 느낌? 암튼 침대 상태가 오래 된듯 한 느낌이었다 침대 제외하고 다른 시설들은 좋았다

주차장이 협소, 실내 객실간 차벽이 얇은지 소음이 스테레오로 들림. 욕실/화장실이 가장 안좋음. 수압이 약하다며 화장지 조차 변기에 버리지말도록 안내되고, 욕실/화장실 가깝고 가림막이 없어 샤워하면 화장실쪽도 흥건해짐. 가격이 저렴하므로 너무 많은것 바라지말아야 한다는 맘으로 투숙해야 함.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026일부가 부족해도 그런 것들을 커버할 수 있는 가격, K리그 원정 응원 오신 분들에게 최적의 위치, 내부의 무인 편의점 등을 이 숙소의 좋았던 점으로 뽑을 수 있습니다.
아무래도 시설의 아쉬운 점은 약간 있습니다. 특히 제가 묵었던 방의 경우 침대 스프링이 모두 꺼져 그냥 온돌이 나았을 것 같다는 생각이 들었습니다. 그리고 방음이 살짝 부족해서 로비의 전자렌지를 이용하는 소리가 자는 내내 계속 들렸습니다.

En la descripción de la habitación dice "habitación con vista" sin embargo la ventana de la habitación daba a una pared. Pedí el cambio, pero no habían mas habitaciones individuales disponibles

Existe un problema grave con los colchones, son viejods y están en muy mal estado. Cuesta conciliar el sueño dado que tienen numerosas protuberancias y te clavas los muelles. Otro punto complicado es el personal de recepción, extremadamente desagradable y con muy mal inglés, no se esfuerzan para nada en que el viajero internacional comprenda lo que dicen. Creemos que no es un hotel adecuado para occidentales.

Pokoj nebyl zrovna dvakrát nejčistější. Podlahy vypadaly, že je dlouho nikdo nevytřel a umyvadlo taky nebylo zrovna dvakrát čisté. Zároveň je hotel velmi velmi hlučný a má tenké zdi, takže doporučuji vzít si s sebou špunty do uší
