Reviewed Sep 8, 2025Quite a confusing hotel entrance though the lobby was on the 3rd floor. So depending on where u take the elevator on 1st or 3rd floor, you wl come out differently. Apparently there's also another hotel, The Days Inn, is in the same building. The hotel offered a free cold beverage upon check-in which was good. The location of the hotel is among many eateries though lots were selling the same kind of food - beef noodles. The room was nice for a Holiday Inn Express n also very modern n comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff were helpful n friendly. A repeat visit wl b in order.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025房間訂三人，一入房間感覺像有蚊蟲咬，不只我一人感受連我的家人也感受到，其他地方是很整潔。而房間沒有預備三人的牙刷、毛巾、拖鞋、水等….全部給了二人，通知前台話會上來處理，但最後都沒有人上來，剛好遇着執房車，但等了一會都不見執房姨姨，唯有自取，已經是第二次入住，上次入住👍,今次入住👎

Reviewed Mar 5, 2025酒店員工很有禮、笑容滿面，房間整潔又寧靜。免費早餐選擇也多，味道可以又其是煎韮菜餃特別出色。袛是從關口到酒店需要徒步10多分鈡，整體是很滿意，不過乘的士都是不錯的選擇，大約12元人民幣我有搭過，都很方便大約4-5分鈡因為有點塞車，下次我到拱北都會再入住。

Reviewed Dec 4, 2024Overall it was a comfortable experience. The room was quite stuffy. The breakfast was quite good with many options including smoked duck and chicken. Taxis are so cheap we used them to go every where.Quite tricky crossing the street with no signals and endless amount of ebikes .

Walking distance (20 mins) to the Gongbei port & railway station, with plenty of lovely local restaurants & grocery stores. We love the self-service laundry rooms here as well. And the hotel staff even offered to carry our heavy suitcases onto the taxi.
Nothing really. Only if the hotel offers a taxi-calling service, that would be nicer.

İ arrive to hotel around 8.3 PM .but on reception nobody know English,only one guy know but so less. Have to improve . And breakfast is not enough for EUR people ,for asia people is good but for others not enough But its ok...

Reviewed Jun 19, 2023+ very helpful staff. special mention: Josh Wang who helped us to contact "T3" (uber alike in china) to recover my husband's wallet which was left in the car. Jay who helped us to resolve the smoky smell in my room + close to gongbei border (easy access to macau) + locates within the "old town". allow us to explore and understand the daily life of the local people + what we paid for is justified for the room and service. do not expect anything more than that
- though all the rooms are non-smoking, some inconsiderate guests smoke in their rooms causing nuisance to other guests. the hotel should be more straight to these people in order to ensure the comfort of the other guests. - the cafe is kind of cramped - because it locates within the "old town", the surrounding environment is not as desirable
