住宿環境上非常喜歡，備品還有提供面膜跟貼足，床很好睡，枕頭可以按照自己的喜好選擇，晚間暢飲時段也很棒，下次還是會選擇住這間飯店。 飯店對面就有居酒屋，周圍有全家、7-11跟LAWSON，非常便利。

住宿地點離車站比較遠一些，拖著行李時路上遇到人行道跟馬路間會有高低差，不是那麼好行走，但人行道都很寬敞。 比較可惜的地方是溫泉泡完之後可以吹頭髮的地方只有兩個座位，大家幾乎都回自己房間吹頭髮，換衣的地方櫃子數量也不多，溫泉品質不錯，但僅有一池且空間不大

Dobrá lokalita v centru města v blízkosti většiny místních atrakcí. Byli jsme jen na přespání, takže jsme ani nevyužili lázně. Snídaně základní, ale dostačující.

Pro 3 lidi jsme museli vzít 2 pokoje, takže cena za jednu noc byla 2x vyšší než za 3 noci v Osace. Ale v danou dobu v Kazanawě nic moc lepšího na poslední chvíli nebylo.

大浴場を楽しみにしていましたが、ロッカーが複数壊れていて、入浴に渋滞ができていました。 大浴場はコンパクトな作りでしたが、ロッカーの数に対して狭い印象です。 混み合う時間は入浴の予約制などにしてもらえるとより良いのではないかと思いました。

とても混み合った中でも、合理的にかつ、客目線にたった素晴らしい対応をしていました。 スーパーホテルの施設は基本的に素敵な設備ですが、施設劣らないホスピタリティでした。 朝ごはんも、近江市場に負けない美味しさでこの価格でいいのか不安です。持続可能な形であればいいなと思います。ありがとうございました。

Nicely located near train station pillow didn't look much at all but it was so comfortable.Free drink in the resturant case nice touch .Also had a nice selection of face masks foot and leg treatments which you could help yourself along with shampoos and conditioners

The breakfast was quite basic and not much choice .

It's close to the station around 10min walk. The room was clean and comfortable, many amenities to take. The onsen was great and the staff member who greeted me told me everything that I needed to know. No key card for the room, you require to enter a pin code even after midnight to come back to the hotel. Could have easily stayed two nights.

This is no fault of the hotel but to go to the famous Omicho Market, sightseeing Kanazawa castle, Kenroku-en and Nishi Chaya District etc. it is a bit of a walk (especially in the summer heat) of course there are busses and I am sure the staff could help you to these destinations.

地點離車站近、早餐美味、有溫泉浴場、happy hour 、有投幣式洗衣機、在飯店洗衣服很便宜（烘衣免費）。

兩間連通的房間，房間空間偏小，行李箱不方便打開整理，四個人住宿時需要輪流開行李箱。但因飯店還有很多其他的優點，還是值得推薦的住宿地點！

El hotel está bien situado. A unos diez minutos andando de la estación. Bien comunicado y con zona de restauración alrededor. Por la tarde ofrecen un servicio de piscolabis totalmente gratuito, hay bastante ambiente en el hotel.

Tienen un espacio de snacks con bebidas alcohólicas en la noche gratis. La ubicación muy cerca a la estación de tren!

Son las habitaciones más pequeñas de todo nuestro viaje en Japón por un mes. Los baños miniaturas, pagamos habitación para 3 y literal debíamos pedir permiso para movernos.

A high-value hotel, particularly its delication to tourist experiences. For example, it offers different sizes of bathrobes and cleaning facilities. While the room is relatively smaller, but is comfortable. It offers free bar between 5:00~9:00 pm with coffee, cola, wine, snacks, and sauna, which release my tireness after a day's work and feel a sense of well-being. The breakfast is delicious, clean and good, offering local-origin and some western style foods. It also offers short notes to explain this company's management policy, such as the support on environment and local foods. Overall, the hotel differs from others in it's focus on customer satisfaction experience, not on hardware facilities alone. I enjoyed my stay with this hotel.

温泉の温度が高くて、入るのに躊躇しました、汗。 でも、温泉の質はとても良くて、トロッとした感じで美肌効果感じました。

Room was a good size as far as Japan standards go! Very clean and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The amenities were great and they offer welcome drinks which we unfortunately didn’t get the chance to utilise but we thought that was another nice inclusion. Loved the big tv screen and that you can log into your Netflix, was really nice to have that and relax after a long day.

They do offer extra pillows but even these aren’t the comfiest but it was manageable! Great location from the main train station but a little further from the main attractions but that wasn’t a problem for us at all

The hotel was in the perfect location to walk to major sights and the train station. The room was small, but it had everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was just okay. I would have traded a smaller bed for more floor space in the room.

Great location and staff. Included amenities such as onsen and "happy hour" made this great value. Breakfast had lots of options. Rooms were compact but had windows/view which was nice. Easy walk back and forth from the station, where we accessed meals, tours, hop on hop off bus etc. Staff went over and above to help. Recommend.

A swimming pool or onsite gym would be great, but i understand they are not typically provided in Japan. Less single use plastic would also help, although they did have some options to reduce environmental impact.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help us. There was a free cocktail time every evening.

Dicht bij het station, goed ontbijt, gratis bar 's avonds en ook een onsen. Je kan zelf een hoofdkussen uitkiezen ipv de standaard kussens met parelvulling. Ook hebben ze pyjama's beschikbaar. We maakten ook gebruik van de wasserette, op anderhalf uur tijd was alles gewassen en gedroogd, megahandig.

Piepkleine kamers, dus voor mensen met veel baggage kan het moeilijker worden om nog te bewegen doorheen de kamer.

温泉がとにかく気持ちく利用できる時間が最適だった。 カードキーではなくパスワードのところも良かった。 パジャマがセパレートかつサイズ展開もあった。 テレビでネトフリなど見れるのもすごく良かった。 朝ごはんは美味しく、いつでもコーヒーやソフトドリンクが飲めるところ、17:00からのアルコール提供もすごく良かった。 スタッフの距離感、笑顔素晴らしかった。

Very genuine friendly personal, the room was clean and tidy. The Onsen was ok and the breakfast had some Japanese delicacies

The toilet is small, but this is ok for a few days stay.

Tutto, dalla camera, spaziosa per i canoni degli hotel giapponesi, la colazione varia, i servizi ottimi! Compreso nel soggiorno c’è la possibilità di utilizzare l’on sen dell’hotel con acqua termale e ogni giorno di permanenza gli ospiti dell’hotel possono scegliere 5 miniature a loro scelta tra: maschere per il viso, gel da barba, gel per il corpo, spugna, cotton fioc ecc ecc. Da non dimenticare che le stanze hanno già tutto l’occorrente per corpo e capelli. Scelta del cuscino e,scelta del pigiama se non lo avete portato in valigia.

Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Positiv überrascht waren wir vom kostenfreien Getränkeangebot an der Hotelbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine breite Auswahl an traditionellen und westlichen Speisen.

Faszinierend, auf welch kleiner Fläche man ein voll funktionstüchtiges Bad bauen kann. Nachteil: grosse Menschen stossen sich auf der Toilette den Kopf an der Tür. ;)

有溫泉可泡湯

地點略遠、房間以金澤車站附近的飯店而言也略小。跟我住過其他兩個地方的SUPER HOTEL相比(大阪本町、東京赤阪)，這間的CP值略低。

Les chambres pour 3 sont beaucoup trop petites... Impossible de passer entre les lits, on a l'impression de dormir les uns sur les autres... Cela rend la chambre très inconfortable. Le rapport qualité prix est catastrophique si l'on prend en considération la taille de la chambre.

Abbastanza vicino alla stazione centrale. L'albergo è silenzioso, offre una selezione di cuscini da poter scegliere e la colazione è molto buona
