good location, atmosphere, clean rooms and love the infinity pool

This is what I wrote the hotel I want to let u know that this morning we left your hotel. We paid a lot of money for the most dirty room and experience I ever had in my life. I even stood up with a rash in my face of dirty bed drapes. Not able to get any breakfast anymore because I arrived there at 9.45. They did not want to make eggs anymore at 10o clock. The prestige room was a disaster. Coming in in a moist room full with insecticide where flies and mosquitoes were still falling dead out of the sky with a badroom full of sewer flies… it was horrible. If u had any decency left you would refund me my money. We transferred to Mövenpick now!!! Just know I came here on a honeymoon. This is no way to recieve people.

What a super nice place to go. Drive about 2.5hrs from Jakarta and you will see the tramendous resort by the beach name Mambruk Hotel Anyer. From the check in process until check out process was seamlessly arrange by the Guest Relation Officer, Ms. Abellensky. She was very attentive to every of my details throughout my stay here with my family.

Location very recommended, near from cilegon only 40 minutes from cilegon timur Room very cozy for family especially for kids, near swimming pool and resto. It was a great pleasure to have time here. Especially if you bring your kid, the beach is very safe and convenient. There is no big wave. The room was clean and tidy. The atmosphere really good. And the drinks are really special thank you mas Asep. The price is really worth the price.

The water was so dirty. There were so many mosquitoes in the room. The blankets and pillows in the room were also terrible. Almost all of tools in the zym was broken or not working. Breakfast was almost empty and not even refilled. My family and I really have disappointed.

the service is good and the view in the villa is nice New Year's Eve here is nice and very exciting to spend time with family and partner A little correction of where to eat if possible, put it in the villa thanks all the service is good and friendly. I hope we can come here again next year

nice place for destiny family and value for money

The private beach is great, its clean and private. At night there is bbq dinner with live music. Many beautiful spot for pictures

breakfast no good even a lots variation but the taste not like 4 stars hotel, ac no cold at all, i stayed in premiere deluxe room but the location far from swimming pool, and the beach

Room is considering spacious.

Small flies / dragonfly in the room.

Large green area, seaside, spacious room. Breakfast-buffet many choices.It must be known thats not a long stretch of sandy beach there. By Ankot or Grab 5 min ride to long sandy beaches.

Wifi could be more stabil.

Good variety of foods. Good location and Seaview.

Cleanliness e.g. unclean bedsheet and a lot of mosquitos inside the room

I like the food at the restaurant and the sea view.

Cleanliness is below expectation. There were mosquitoes and small cockroaches in the bedroom. Bedsheet does not look clean and feel sticky. Toilet flushing system seems to have issue. Air con was set to default timer and switched off by itself in the middle of the night. For the price, the condition of the room is unacceptable.

Bathrooms were okay but could have been better renovated.

This is our fourth stay at Mambruk & as always we love the hotel. It suits us as adults & our child. Nice beach, nice pool, nice hotel room, nice breakfast, not to far from Tangerang.

Limited choices of drinks at the pool due to fasting month. The hotel needs to pay more attention on their extra bed. It's uncomfortable.
