not that it was much of a trouble but the sliding doors lock was abit hard to undo

The BBQ didn’t work and the only pan they had to use on the stove was on its last legs. The range hood lights didn’t work and they would benefit from an airfryer. Other than that it was good

The only thing I think could have been better was cleanliness. The house itself was clean, feel it needs a bit of deeper clean, behind beds, couches etc. It was clear that hasn't been cleaned for a while...

None of the toilet and showers has the locks working and I have checked the feedback review back where one of the other family has provided the same feedback in April 2026 but nothing has been done to get that repaired. Which was disappointing, if there is a feedback book then each genuine feedback should be taken into consideration. Not enough portable room heaters. The bed heaters were not working in two rooms.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026This place is amazing, with stunning views of the mountains and lake. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodates a large family. The fireplace and heat pump keep the living area warm and cosy, and the kitchen is well-equipped with great amenities. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.
The first night was particularly windy, and the master bedroom, being situated on the corner of the house, was quite noisy due to the strong wind.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026这是我们全程最贵的也是最满意的住宿。房子很大，设施齐全，有泡茶的有煲饭的有炒菜的。在这里做一桌子菜对着窗外美景喝着红酒实在人间幸事；当然泡壶茶窝在窗边的沙发里发呆也是非常惬意。也有洗衣服晾衣服的地方。房子到教堂、小镇中心需要开车几分钟，到约翰山可能要十分钟，走路十分钟左右可以到湖边。周围是安静的住宅区，周围美好而宁静。很高兴选择了这里。
如果有提供餐巾纸就好了

The kitchen set up was a nightmare.. everything was everywhere! And maybe a little more instructions on the heat transfer, bedroom/hallway area got pretty cold at night. But kids loved electric blankets.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2023The hosts were very accommodating, the house was lovely and warm when we arrived. There was ample space for myself and my family. There was plenty of firewood, and the house was lovely.
There could have been more linen, and there were no handee towels in the kitchen. It would have been great to have the fire and the tv at the same end of the house, but it was nice to get away from the noise and enjoy the fire and conversation.
