Uno de las mejores decisiones que he tomado. Un hotel precioso, bien ubicado, todo queda cerca. Tranquilo y silencioso para un buen descanso. Extraordinariamente limpio, ordenado, de muy buen gusto el diseño de las instalaciones. El personal EXCELENTE, amables, atentas, de verdad te hacen sentir bienvenido y bien atendido.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a una cuadra de la catedral. Lo mejor del hotel es la atención del personal, muy amables todos los que nos atendieron, merecen un reconocimiento por la buena atención a los huéspedes. Si recomendamos el hotel sin dudarlo.

se supone que frente del hotel hay un espacio temporal para llegar en auto y poder bajar o subir las maletas, pero toda la calle estaba ocupada de coches estacionados, pero el personal del hotel nos ayudó a llevar el equipaje al hotel.

¡Nos encantó todo! Fue una estancia familiar maravillosa. La atención del personal fue excelente en todo momento y la habitación resultó ser sumamente cómoda y perfecta para un buen descanso. Un punto muy a favor es que incluye un desayuno ligero, ideal para iniciar el día con energía antes de salir a recorrer la ciudad. Además, la ubicación es simplemente inmejorable: está en pleno centro, por lo que pudimos llegar caminando a los principales atractivos turísticos, dejar el coche guardado y olvidarnos del tráfico. Es un lugar 100% recomendable al que sin duda volveremos en nuestro próximo viaje a Morelia.

The hotel was amazing. The hotel itself was beautiful and very well kept. Cleaning staff did a wonderful job with the rooms and keeping everything on hand with us. The hotel was great, but the staff made the experience so much better. They always had all the items we needed and helped us whenever asked. We were greeted and provided with drinks every time we walked into the hotel. They were super friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our whole stay.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming (Dulce) was the one that welcome our family. They were always helpful, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The warm and positive attitude of the team truly made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay. Is also close to a lot of good things and good food. I would defiantly go back to the hotel with family or friends.

Excellent shower, AC and it was very quiet. The location was just a block off Plaza de Armas and in the middle of the historic city center, just minutes from everything.

I was in Morelia five nights to visit local friends. NaNa Vida was the perfect place to call home. Simple but very pleasing accommodation. Comfortable bed and pillows. Centrally located in the historic district, two blocks from the cathedral, yet quiet and protected from street noise. The main reason to love this hotel are the young women who run the place. They’re genuinely warm, friendly and helpful — heartbreakingly lovely. Small adjustments would make the hotel perfect. Luggage racks in the room instead of having to keep open luggage on the floor. Perhaps the wicker basket is there for that purpose, but it’s not enough. Also overall more comfortable seating. A reading chair in the room and additional seating in the common area. The one love seat in the common area was often in use when I wanted to relax there.

Charming hotel in historic building. Rooms all on ground floor. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Some days breakfast, every day continental breakfast in small lobby area. Our room (two double beds) was very spacious and comfortable. Best of all, location was close to everything! Walking distance to everything!

This is the most wonderful hotel we stayed in in Mexico. It is a 5+++. If you are like us and love to stay in hotels that reflect the culture and the heartbeat of the city you must stay here. When you arrive you get to pick your own bar of handmade soap to take home with you. It was my birthday and the staff bought me a vase of flowers and left them in my room. The staff are so cute and speak great English. They go out of their way to help you. Dulce and Anna made our stay remarkable. They are so caring and went out of their way to help us. Luz and Emma were also special. Our room was in the front of the hotel and we were amazed we heard no noise. The windows and shutters provide a buffer. A continental breakfast is included, which was enough for us. We ordered a ham omelet on our last day and it was very good. Their coffee is a sweet cinnamon coffee. For breakfast it was a little too sweet for us. Pro tip - there is an OXXO a half block away and they have a coffee shop inside, go there before breakfast. The El Pastor taco shop across the street is the perfect lunch or light dinner break. Please stay here - the price is right and the location in the old town is a must. Enjoy!

We spent one night (too short!) with 7 people over the holidays. The hotel is centrally located, nicely decorated (rooms all have a piece of art and are well maintained). The central patio is very pleasant and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were very quiet.

A small boutique hotel located right in the historic center . Near major sites and restaurants and cafes . Don’t expect a lot of fancy amenities, just a meticulously clean venue in a 17 century historical building. A pleasant staff of young ladies who are very helpful and helped obtain a tour guide, hot coffee, and pan dulce in the morning. Also I have the last of it right here is the Café very very good a shot of tequila for anyone who cared to have one.

Customer service is EXCELLENT! The staff is extremely kind and attentive. I was amazed with the amount of freebies they provided during our stay including artisanal soap to take home, morning café de olla with bread and fruit, courtesy beverages and mezcal, some ground coffee from Oaxaca to take home, handmade bracelets for the kids and a hand made huipil! Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Morelia, without actually staying on the main strip...this is better because it is quieter and a lot more private!

Very hard bed. Allergic reaction to the sheets. Staff changed the sheets and put additional layer on bed. Still very itchy on the 2nd night. Must be the laundry detergent. No fridge, one hard wooden chair to sit on. Why have such a large room and no where to sit. No table. No coffeemaker or kettle. Booking.com says there is both. Breakfast was minimal- bun and coffee. No fruit but did have fruit on Friday. Luckily, we were able to move to another hotel. Staff were extremely kind and caring.

Este hotel es un tesoro que espero que siga así durante mucho años, desde el momento que entras en él te sientes especial, el trato del personal es insuperable, cualquier problema o duda te lo solucionan en un instante. Really nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Location is very central. Just a 5 min or less walk to the central cathedral. The hotel is an old style hotel with high ceilings and big rooms. There is a locked front door for security at night with staff always on hand to open it for you if you've had a late night. I would definitely recommend staying here, we will again.

Parking isn’t convenient but definitely shouldn’t be a dealbreaker. Staff was able to provide recommendations very close and safe.

This place is wonderful. They were nice to schedule transportation for me and allow us to come inside after landing at 4 AM. We did book the extra day to guarantee our check-in which was recommended by the hotel. This was super helpful and when we arrived, we were able to get inside quickly. The room was very clean and the service here was very good. I loved the little breakfast that they would serve, and the convenience of the location was perfect. It was a three minute walk to the cathedral and less than a minute walk to the little food stands on the street, which are my favorite. We went for a wedding and the walking was less than five minutes to each of the wedding events besides the reception which we had to take a taxi for, but even then we felt safe and it was fairly easy to get around and we had a really great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again with my husband. I do feel like it would be too small for us if we brought our two kids so this is perfect if you’re looking for a more intimate setting, but it’s still welcoming to families.

The staff were absolutely incredible to a person. They were generous and helpful and offered to navigate to restaurants or help with taxis or participate in anyway in our success. Most of the people spoke English very well, but it was their attitude. It really made such a nice difference. The property Wouldn’t seem quiet from the outside, but the rooms were well insulated from sound and we didn’t have any problem at all.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Morelia which makes it easier to enjoy all the surrounding areas. The staff is super friendly and they make sure you enjoy your visit. Restaurant is super clean. I would 100 % recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I loved how attentive and warm the staff were, we were gifted an unexpected welcome and departure gift which was extremely kind and well received! We loved how Mexican culture was embedded throughout the hotel, within all details and its space. The rooms were simply yet detail oriented and comfortable, filled with natural light.

Me gusto todo! desde la entrada al hotel, el nombre del mismo; la terraza, la recepciòn, la habitaciòn me encantò era muy grande, muy limpio todo y en buen estado! la pantalla grade aunque no soy de ver tando la tv, me gusto que fuera grande; el estilo lindo la puerta, la ventana de la habitaciòn, ademas las señoritas de atenciòn, super amables todas, al final me sorprendieron con un detalle de obsquesio por haber elegido su hotel. Ampliamente recomendable para descansar, relajarse si quieres hacer meditaciòn ahi lo puedes hacer muy bien y cuando quieras distraerte un poco a unas cuantas calles encontraras el centro y lugarcitos para tomar cafe o lo que te guste.

Absolutely spectacular! I visited with my wife and our two young children, and from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond — warm, welcoming, respectful, and truly attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located right in the heart of the Centro Histórico. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere made us feel at home.
