Alma Resort Cam Ranh

Well organised

Nothing

Everything! I loved absolutely everything about this resort, from the facilities, to the rooms and the staff. We had the best time!

We loved everything!!

We had an amazing stay at Alma. Our kids had the best time swimming in the many pools, playing at the kids club and making and decorating cookies. It was also great for the parents with mini golf, water park, delicious restaurants and the swim up pool bar. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and you can see that the staff take great care with ensuring the guests have a wonderful stay.

There was nothing to not like.

Great services and outstanding dinings

Quite small television and lack of apps

rất rất đáng giá tiền. tôi và gia đình sẽ luôn chọn Alma cho những kỳ nghỉ dưỡng. dịch vụ siêu tốt, đồ ăn siêu ngon và đặc biệt là bạn chăm sóc khách hàng Bích Huyền rất thân thiện, tận tình , chu đáo .

A well organised, expansive resort with spacious room and spectacular Bai Dai beach access. Wonderful restaurant service with top notch food. Staff are polite and ensure you are well looked after. Multiple options for food and activities for both adults and kids. Close Proximity to airport is a big advantage.

..

I was really impressed by the hotel’s customer service and attention to detail. Everything is beautiful, elegant, and aesthetically designed. The breakfasts are absolutely amazing, with a huge variety of dishes. Compared to many other hotels, I especially loved that all drinks are included in the buffet, including alcoholic beverages. There is a great selection of wines, freshly squeezed juices, beer, fish, and dishes from different cuisines. The buffet is truly outstanding. There is also a shop on the property where you can buy groceries at reasonable prices, similar to those in a regular supermarket. The rooms come with a kitchenette, which is very convenient if you choose not to book the all-inclusive package, as you can prepare your own meals. Our room didn’t have a stove, but it did have a microwave and a refrigerator. The rooms are spacious, housekeeping is excellent, and the toiletries are high quality. The hotel also has a great kids’ club, beautiful swimming pools, and very friendly, attentive staff. There are activities for guests of all ages, from young children in the kids’ club to adults. The only downside is that all the computer games and entertainment for children require an additional fee.

What I didn’t like was the lack of sun loungers in the water park. I also didn’t like that the inflatable tubes for the lazy river were not included in the admission price and had to be paid for separately.

Very luxurious, great facilities and breakfast.

Too few buggies to drive people around the area. We waited 20 minutes when we wanted to get back from the waterpark. Also, the waterpark charges you f

The reosrt is very impressive. Even thought there are over 500 rooms and suites it never feels crowded. The gardens are stunning, pools amazing, staff friendly and the resort offers so many activities.

I think if the food court stayed open for dinner it would be a nice alternative for people with children. Sometimes you just feel like grabbing a casual bite for dinner and not going to a restaurant.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, nicely landscaped and well kept. Even though it's a big resort with many people, there's enough space that everyone is reasonably well spread out. There are like 12 swimming pools. The gym is clean and quite well equipped. The beach is clean. We enjoyed the pickleball court.

In hindsight this was not the right place for us, especially at this price. The screaming kids are everywhere. I wanted the beachfront access but the beach is just alright, not worth it in the end. The grounds are huge so it's a hike to get there anyway, or a 10-15 min wait for a buggy. Our suite technically had a sea view but it's so far in the distance. Everything is at first world prices which is crazy when a local bowl of noodles is 20k VND. And if the standard of breakfast is a benchmark, the food isn't all that great. (Huge variety at breakfast but most individual items weren't very good.) It was easy to get a cheap Grab out but it was hard to find local food, there was a low density of options and often places listed on Googlemaps were closed. We ordered in once (walked to pick it up outside the grounds bc you're not allowed to have delivery right at the entrance) but on Grabfood the prices were marked up compared to going out (though still not as expensive as inside the resort). The room was comfortable enough but not quite at the standard I'd expect for this price. The tiled floor was sticky. The aircon temperature could be inconsistent. The sheets weren't that nice and the mattresses were sagging in the middle. The same towels are used as bath, beach and pool towels, of varying quality, cleanliness and age. Housekeeping was sloppy, sometimes forgetting to replace things.

Thoải mái và dịch vụ phục vụ rất chuyên nghiệp

Everything, I’ve never stayed at a better resort in my life.

Can’t fault it

It’s so beautiful and relaxing ☺️

Bar staff at the pools a bit slow they need more staff .

The resort has several pools and a splash park (which the kids loved) as well as a private section of beach with lifeguards. After dark, the sea is lit up by the fishing boats that move in for the night. The view from our 16th floor apartment was stunning with the whole of the resort below and the sea. The apartment was plenty big enough for our family of six and had a great wrap around balcony. There are several restaurants on the resort offering a good choice of cuisines so everyone should be able to find something they like. The choices for breakfast was amazing although I tended to stick with 'the full English'!

There really is nothing that we didn't like.

Reception staff, very helpful, beautiful hotel

The resort is beautiful, it has everything needed for a family vacation - variety of pools, a stunning beach, a nice kids club, a water park and other activities for kids The staff was very nice and helpful especially Nana that was super professional and friendly. The resort is very large and you need a club car to get from one point to another with kids, the service is very efficient. There is a nice variety of dining options with fair pricing for a resort of that standard.

1. While I understand the desire to make the all inclusive a more attractive option, I feel like too many things are not inclusive which usually resorts of this caliber offer for free like the farm visit for the kids, renting a basketball or tennis equipment, video games in the kids club etc. 2. It would be nice to have either coolers or iced water available for free at the pool, beach and waterpark. There is free water bottles in the room but it would be much more convenient to have it available where people spend long periods of time in very strong heat.

Staff were extremely helpful. The resort was beautiful.

The front desk would not exchange dollars for Vietnamese money. They said the money looked too old

Front the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were fantastic, food options were delicious. Me who is in guest relations was efficient, going over and above to assist us Italian restaurant staff and food were delicious. Alma garden staff very friendly Reception on cocktail bar were lovely and always smiling. The property was kept in pristine condition and many workers were available Spa staff were lovely as was the sound healing session.

Could be more shade options by the pool either by artificial (sunshades) or natural (more trees) as you have a very hot climate. The wood on the walking areas is extremely hot, noticeable more at the splash park where you couldn't wear shoes in the lazy river and yet had to walk over the wood bridge - burnt feet. Also the stairs to the slides are metal and in the heat got quite warm - not great for little and older feet :-) Having to sign, and use wrist bands got confusing sometimes - I think signing for purchases is sufficient. Alma app didn't really allow to book anything so was just an information source. It would be nice if there were some local attractions close by, however didn't detract from our visit.

Amazing resort, service is superb - all staff are very friendly and helpful. Our suite was great, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was epic. Pools and beach also amazing.

We only had 24 hours - would have liked to stay longer!

Clean and luxurious

Exceptional in every way. Lovely manicured gardening and beach front, good guest relations from some exceptional English speaking waiters.

More buggy needed due to huge hotel ground.

Staff were impeccable Restaurant service and experiences Ample pools Kids clubs Cinema Kids scheduled activity Accommodation was flawless - quality at every turn and so much storage Water park

It was so windy whilst we were there that it made it impossible to enjoy the beach and on occasion the pools. The weather is of course no reflection on the hotel, but it was a wild wind and made it uncomfortable at times. Pools were too cold.

Excellent beach front, clean and spacious Villa. Very attentive staff, in particular Ms. Yen at the breakfast buffet venue. Good variety of food offers on buffet. Nice pool and good water park for kids. Great place for a family getaway weekend or short holiday. Check in was smooth and very efficient with the support of Mr. Niem, guest relations staff.

Some room for improvements on quality of morning bakery items and the Italian outlet, including wine list.

Hieno iso hotelli, tilavat huoneet. Useita altaita. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hyvä aamupala.

Sijainti kaukana kaikesta. Ruoka ja juomat kalliita.

The resort was great, loads of pools and every area was spotless. The food outlets were great, and variation of choices were good. Breakfast was incredible.

Temp of private pool was really cold, and the minibar "refill" wasnt great, 3 drink between 2 people doesnt really work.

Beautiful place. Foods are amazing

The facilities, size & locarltion of the resort

Some breakfast items & the lack of product range in the supermarket

Many great activities for kids. Food at restaurants was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing

Không gian đẹp, sạch sẽ Cảnh quan đẹp Đội ngũ nhân viên lịch sự, chuyên nghiệp. Thức ăn ngon

Bãi cát trên biển có sâu

Perfect for family stay

Nothing at all

Everything is an extra charge, nothing included. Other resorts they would have yoga class included but this one still charged. All staff are there just to do the jobs, none of them really smiling or saying hi. The food court is the worst since all staff rushing to do things, someone always bumping to us and then she didn’t even say sorry, just walked off. Staff flighting each other in front of us. We requested room clean to be at a certain time of the day but it was never on time. The food are 3-4 times outside food but the quality is negative. Too many negative things about this resort that I can’t be bothered to continue writing.

Everything. Incredible breakfast at La Casa. Fabulous staff. A special mention to Thai (Thi) in the VIP lounge, so kind and accommodating and hugely professional. This is hospitality at its finest. Gardens and planting are absolutely fabulous. We were upgraded to a villa with pool on the beach. 12 pools which were never too busy. One of the cleanest and nicest beaches in vietnam (Im a beach snob as I live in Cornwall). Super comfy and hugely spacious villas. Per lux. Relaxed atmosphere and quality furnishing.

Italian dinner wasnt great. I dont think they have got that quite right.

Beautiful beach. Spacious room, quiet.
