Beim einchecken konnte angeblich nicht nach Buchungsnummer nicht nach Namen gesucht werden. Dann haben wir trotz Rauchverbot erst ein total verrauchtes Zimmer bekommen, das wir schließlich wechseln konnten. Zum guten Schluss funktionierten die programmierten Zimmerkarten nicht, die auch zur Benutzung des Aufzugs nötig waren.

i think you need to arrange your guests during breakfast better cause it was a messy crowd where we didn’t get a proper guide to get our table based on pax per room. We need to look for it ourselves esp with the baby & toddler. Tq

I like the spacious room and its clealiness. Love the hotel location, swimming pool & sea view. The breakfast was pretty good, but i cant find an omelette station. Can improve / add on Coffee maker machine.

The food. Breakfast not up to international standards. Very little to choose from if you’re not Malaysian. Gym was poor. Most equipment out of order.

I like the seaview. The room was ok, spacious n minimalist. Not crowded with the furniture. Most I like the kitchen cabinet with a sink.

I don't think the bathroom was clean. Just so n so. The water flow in the shower area was slow. Could place the toiletries into a large container or dispenser.

Das Appartment hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich, der Pool ist nach europäischem Standard nicht akzeptabel. Abgebrochene und abgeplatzte Fliesen, lose Poollampen, Dreck im Pool. Die Bretter in der Poolarea waren teilweise gebrochen und nur notdürftig gekennzeichnet. Insgesamt zu dem Preis wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Wir sind den Unterkünften sonst sehr wohlwollend und positiv in der Bewertung, das ging hier leider nicht.

Suka semua sekali...view pantai..ada balkoni best dengar deruan ombak mlm hari. Unexpected sebenarnya booking bilik ni ada pakej breakfast & high tea sekali. Ingatkan breakfast je. So u boleh pilih untuk penghantaran ke bilik @ makan di restoran. Bilik agak privacy & parking pun ngam2 depan bilik so tak perlu pening kepala nak angkut barang2 dari lobby ke lif ke bilik. Terbaik

Pintu agak susah utk lock dr dalam..aircond lambat sejuk..da sejam masih panas hampir susah nk bernafas. Nasib baik ada balkoni so boleh buka sliding door sementara tggu technician datang. Malam pulak bunyi bising dari bilik2 sebelah tutup pintu kuat. Overall semuanya okay

We were really looking forward to our stay given the premium rates charged for the room and facilities, but the swimming pool area was a massive disappointment. The pool and its surroundings are in desperate need of a major refurbishment. Maintenance has clearly been neglected, creating genuine safety hazards for children and elderly guests. On top of that, there is nowhere to sit or securely store personal belongings while using the area. When guests pay for a relaxing vacation, a well-maintained pool is a basic expectation. Please invest the necessary resources to completely redo the pool and its surrounding facilities so they match the price point of the property.

The hotel was very crowded, check-in was slow and disorganised, the extra bed request took hours despite being requested in advance, and the beach was just okay; the room door also needed fixing.

Die Zimmer waren richtig gross und Komfortable, das Personal war hilfsbereit auch wenn man immer nachfragen musste wegen Toilettenpapier, finde das sollte man wenigstens 1 Rolle vorrat im Zimmer haben, Frühstück war gut es gab von allem etwas.

Einmal mit dem Toilettenpapier das es kein ersatz im Zimmer gab und das es kein Extra Handtuch für das Gesicht gab. Die Lage war nicht ganz so toll aber dafür hatten wir gegenüber vom Hotel das beste Foodstreet essen was es gab das war Top. Der Pool war schön aber einiges schon nicht mehr in Ordnung

The parking lot quite small and too many lift to acess. We need to snap photo of your car at parking area to determine which level and which lift . Otherwise you will get lost.

Asked for early check...less then 2hours early and they wanted to charge rm100. Room was not that clean.rubbish under the bed. Toilet door was faulty. Aircond not cold... Lighting in toilet deam.

We requested for a late checkout from 12noon to 1pm and we were granted this. However, at 12.15 we received a phone call from the reception telling us that we have to checkout by 12.30pm because the hotel was fully booked. Not cool, right?

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially because of how clean and comfortable the room felt. One thing I particularly appreciated was the wooden flooring instead of carpet. It makes the room feel much fresher and avoids that musty carpet smell you sometimes get in hotels. I also loved that the air-conditioning is individually controlled rather than centralized, so I could switch it off whenever I wanted and adjust the temperature to my comfort. The ceiling fan was another big plus for me. It allowed me to keep the room ventilated without relying on the air-conditioning all the time, which is great because prolonged dry air-conditioned air tends to give me a sore throat. The large, full window panes were lovely as well. There is plenty of natural light coming in from different angles, which makes the room feel bright and pleasant. It also makes it easy to notice whether the room is genuinely clean and I'm happy to say that it was! I also really liked the island in the middle of the kitchen area. It turned out to be a surprisingly good workspace. I had a very productive evening there and was able to concentrate fully on my work. The counter staff were very helpful and friendly too. I believe the staff member who assisted me was Shaiful, and he was wonderful in helping me with my bookings and making everything easy. The food was another highlight. The spread was very good, and I genuinely enjoyed the meals. Kudos to the chef and kitchen team!

The main downside for me was the location in relation to food options. It is quite far from the food square, so getting something to eat outside the hotel isn't particularly convenient. Although the hotel is located by the beach, unfortunately the beach itself wasn't very clean during my stay, which was a little disappointing. I was also staying here for a conference, and I wish the presentation screens were sharper and clearer. Better quality screens would have made the conference experience much better, especially when viewing detailed presentations.

Comfort of the room. Location is perfect as it is in city center and major tourist attractions in Kuantan. The view of the room towards the city skyline. Great staff, they are very accommodating. Parking is free and safe.

The entertainment facilities in the room. The TV channels are not working properly. One of the room i booked has more channels working than my room which is just beside it (side by side). The other room doesnt have wifi also so I have to use my hotspot all throughout my stay.

I like the location..

The property was overall not as clean as I would have expected for a 4 star.. The floors were sticky as soon as I entered even though it was just “supposedly cleaned”. Also, the bathrooms had hairs at the bathroom hole which was disgusting.. The worst unimaginable thing was when I brought my kids to the pool, we saw a dead cockroach floating on the pool.. it was utterly dirty and unhygienic especially when kids are swimming in it.. I saw the towels and bedsheets were managed openly at the car park in an open area which was also considered unhygienic.. This was one of the worst stays.. I did not expected the cleanliness and overall service to be this bad.

De kamer was vies: vlekken in de lakens, overal lagen nog haren en stof en de badkamers waren nog vies. De vloer en meubels waren op, goedkope kwaliteit die intensief gebruikt is. Het zwembad en de vlonders er omheen waren net als de kamers vergane glorie. Overal losse tegels, planken die gebroken waren en ‘s middags is er alleen schaduw van het hotel bij het zwembad. De foto’s doen vermoeden dat er een strand is, helaas is dat er niet.

Areas for improvement - water trap unpleasant smell travels in the room. Housekeeping supervisor /AM should chk the room before release the room. Toilet - Bulb fused & the sliding door so hard to slide, had to call maintenance to fix it. Other than that, all good especially the car park in front of the room was very convenient.

Exterial view of the hotel from the brochure looks inviting. The maintenance of this hotel public areas esp along the room corridors, lift Lobbys needs improvement. The corridor leading to B17 at one end has pepertual flooding near one of the riser. Mole has grown along the wall and ceiling. Definately this hotel engineering has to be proactive and rectified these engineering issues, etc, etc. I am very sure they are aware of the hotel's engineering issues.

My room suppose to be a sea view, but unfortunately it was blocked by a meeting place (i assume) and cant actually enjoy the sea view.

The food was very very tasty. The view of the sea is amazing. Every morning I can see a line of fishermen on the boat , going out to the sea.

Our deluxe ocean view room was spacious with lovely view facing the sea and sunrise. U can park ur car right in front of your door.

The building is connected to a service apartment. Diff tower but shares the carpark. There is no signage or indicator of the designated parking bay for the deluxe/premier rooms eventhough pay a slight premium for it, so other people park in yours so they can be near to the lift lobby. Quirky room location - right in the car park😂.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is comfortable and offers good value, but for a 4-star hotel, I expected a little more in terms of the overall experience. The biggest downside was the wait for the elevators, especially during busy hours (checkout hours). The room was clean and well-maintained, but it wasn’t what I would describe as spotless. There were no major cleanliness issues, but a bit more attention to detail would have made a difference. It lacked that immaculate, freshly cleaned feeling. I was also looking forward to the breakfast because of the many positive reviews. It was perfectly decent with a good variety, but I found it quite average overall. It wasn’t bad at all, it just didn’t have that “wow” factor I was expecting. One small detail that made the hotel feel a little dated was the bathroom toiletries. The shampoo & shower gel were provided in small individual bottles, rather than the larger refillable dispensers that are now common in many modern hotels. It’s a minor point, but it gave the hotel a slightly less premium feel. Overall, it’s a good hotel and I had a comfortable stay. Just there were a few areas that could be improved 🫶🏻

Masa utk check-in lambat tapi chek out awal.. Ramai guest x puas hati sbb kena tggu chek in lama.. lebih pkl 3pm..ada guest yg dtg pkl 2pm kena tggu.. pengurusan kena cakna sbb gust byr dgn facilities dlm bilik kurang..lepas tu tu dgn charge extra bedding lagi sama mahal dgn penginapan.. better upgrade dri special request.

I like the location of the hotel that is near to local eating spot, near to pantai anak air where we get to eat & chill while enjoying the beach, and near to the city centre. I like the little convenience store at the lobby and also the thai restaurant at level 6 which gives option to the guest to eat & relax at the hotel without going out. I also like the stunning view from my room.

There were lacking of shades area and sunchair nearby the kids pool. This makes it hard for parents to wait & monitor their children. Also there should be more variety on the breakfast spread.

Synes godt det kunne vedligeholdes lidt bedre. Pool området var lidt slidt. Der var en del larm ved værelset som lå i parkeringsområdet. Der lugtede heller ikke så godt på værelset, som om at kloakken ikke havde det så godt

La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer, je suis arrivée dans la chambre il y avait des cheveux partout, ils font le ménage très rapidement et les espaces communs sont très sales !! La salle de sport plein de machines de cassées, vraiment le rapport qualité prix est nul, je ne recommande pas du tout
