The location was great and easy to access via a lift from the underground parking, the facilities were more than expected and the views were stunning from the balcony.

We hadden een schitterend appartement gehuurd voor 1 week. De ontvangst bij de receptie was zeer hartelijk, waarna één van de receptionistes meeliep om de weg te wijzen naar het appartement en een korte rondleiding te geven. Het appartement heeft een ruime woon-/eetkamer met keuken, ruime slaapkamer, mooie badkamer en een groot balkon en is voorzien van goede spullen, zoals een volautomatische koffiemachine, combi-oven, vaatwasser, koelkast met vriesvak, wasmachine-drogercombinatie en grote tv's in de woonkamer en slaapkamer. In de keuken is alles al aanwezig, zoals vuilniszakken, theedoek, zout, peper en kruiden, thee en koffie, vaatwasser-tabletten, etc. Het uitzicht is ook fantastisch; je kijkt uit naar verschillende bergketens. Onder het appartementengebouw ligt de parkeergarage met voldoende grote parkeervakken (mijn Volvo XC40 paste in ieder geval ruim in de vakken). Het gebouw ligt ook gunstig qua faciliteiten. Vlakbij is een Lidl voor de boodschappen en gelijk om de hoek liggen al wat leuke restaurants, zoals Fresco (zeer gezellig Italiaans restaurant met een vrolijke chef-kok) en La Burrito (Mexicaans restaurant met heerlijk eten, niet alleen Mexicaans maar ook schnitzels). Vlakbij is ook het station voor de Zugspitzbahn, waar je een trein kan nemen naar de Zugspitz bergstation waar de gondel naar de Zugspitz is. Er zijn diverse tussenstops zoals bij de Eibsee, die zeker ook het bezoeken waard is. Parkeren bij de Eibsee is bij mooi weer wel een uitdaging, want dan is de parkeerplaats al vroeg vol. Dan is de Zugspitzbahn wel een handige optie. Ook leuk om te doen: fietsen in de vallei ten noordoosten van Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Het is daar redelijk vlak en er zijn veel fietspaden, grotendeels verhard en soms gravel, die zijn afgesloten voor auto's. Heerlijk rustig fietsen in een schitterende omgeving. Wij hadden goede kwaliteit e-bikes gehuurd bij Martin Vogt Ski- und Bikeverleih.

Het zou handig zijn als er gebruiksaanwijzingen zouden zijn voor de koffiemachine, combi-oven en wasmachine-drogercombinatie. Ook de geluiden van het station vielen een beetje tegen. Op de website staat zeer duidelijk dat de appartementen direct aan het station liggen, dus daarover valt niets te klagen. Maar 's-nachts staan er nogal wat treinen geparkeerd in het station en om één of andere reden lijken die steeds bezig te zijn met ontluchten van de remmen en weer vullen van de luchttanks, wat met veel gesis gepaard gaat, ook al zijn de treinen niet in gebruik. Dat valt Moun10 natuurlijk niet te verwijten, maar is wel vervelend voor lichte slapers zoals ik. De schuifpui van de slaapkamer dichtdoen lost dat probleem op, maar dat is niet fijn als het appartement warm is (geen airco). Ondanks dat zou ik toch zo weer terug willen!

Gezellig ingericht appartement, alles was voorhanden. Heerlijke bedden. Geriefelijke keuken. De koffiemachine met verse bonen vonden wij TOP !! Ook lekker gegeten in de Moun10 Eatery!

Wegens het zeer warme weer, konden we niet anders dan met ramen open slapen, daardoor wel wat last van het 'station-lawaai'. Spijtig dat er geen droogrekje was voor natte spullen/handdoeken op te hangen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Wir waren begeistert! Sehr freundliches Personal-hilfsbereit. I expected the apartment to match the description and photos on Booking.com exactly, featuring views of the mountain and the garden. Instead, I was given a ground-floor apartment with a balcony facing directly onto railway tracks; as for the "garden" mentioned in the description, it was merely a small area (3 x 6 meters) enclosed by a hedge, with the railway tracks located immediately behind it.

Apartamento nuevo, bonito, bien decorado y completo. Cama comoda. Personal muy amable. Tiene parking subterráneo. Ubicado junto a estación de tren y enfrente de la estación del Zugspitze. Perfecto para subir a primera hora en el cremallera y volver igual desde el Eibsee donde deja el teleférico sin usar el coche. Tambien para hacer excursiones por la zona.

Nada, pero no tiene aire acondicionado como la mayoría en la zona y hacía calor. Se soluciona abriendo cuando se va el sol, pero pasa algún tren durante un rato y tienes las vías debajo. Si cierras para dormir, no se escucha nada, porque está bien insonorizado.

Overall, it is a nice place to stay, with a positive atmosphere and easy access to nearby transport and amenities.

The apartments are well maintained and offer a comfortable and pleasant stay. There are, however, a few small improvements that could make the experience even more exceptional. First, housekeeping is currently available upon request and at the guest’s expense. It may be worth considering making this service more readily accessible or including it as part of the overall offering, as this would add extra convenience for guests. Second, it might be helpful to provide a small portable or standing air conditioner during the warmer months. While the region is generally known for its cooler climate, my stay during the first week of August coincided with unusually warm weather. Given the apartments’ proximity to the train station, keeping the balcony doors open for ventilation is not always ideal due to noise from passing trains, making it more difficult to enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. Finally, although the apartments are spacious and well-sized, they have only one bathroom. Families or larger groups may wish to take this into consideration when booking, as an additional bathroom would greatly improve convenience during their stay. Overall, these are offered as friendly suggestions for consideration. Addressing these points would further enhance guest comfort and make these apartments an even more attractive place to stay.

Die Matratzen waren mir etwas zu hart, zeitweise stinkender Cannabisgeruch wegen kiffender Nachbarn (kann das Hotel nicht beeinflussen), nach 8 Tagen war der Weg in die Innenstadt doch ein wenig nervend.

Luxe, schoon, alles aanwezig Mooie locatie, alles (supermarkt, restaurants, winkels, ov) op loopafstand en naast het spoor (dit was tegelijkertijd een nadeel). Centraal gelegen. Ook voorbij het gezellige centrum. Balkon.

Naast het spoor, met name de “stationsoproeper”/ de dienstmededelingen die een groot deel van dag en nacht door gingen; niet zo zeer de treinen zelf. Het appartement was niet groot voor een verblijf van 9 dagen voor 4 personen. Als ik ‘‘s morgens vroeg naar het balkon ging, werden de kinderen daardoor wakker. Zij sliepen in de woonkamer. Door bovengenoemde punten vond ik het in verhouding wel aan de dure kant.

No air conditioning - in July some days were in the 90s. Convenience of the trains and busses also meant 24 hr noise of the train station just below the two windows of the apartment -which had to remain open to get any air flow.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft, wir haben uns einfach super wohl gefühlt. Nachdem wir zunächst in einer anderen Unterkunft in GAP gewohnt hatten, diese aber sehr unsauber war, konnten wir glücklicherweise in diese tolle Unterkunft wechseln. Einfach perfekt.

They had a list of things they want you to comply at the end of stay. Such as turn on dishwasher, take trash to basement etc. Honestly, we are on vacation. The hotels we stayed at, didn’t expect this level of self service.

Been many times in Garmisch, but 1st time to book an overnight stay. The Wohnung did not disappoint. My friends and I really liked it. It was worth the price. Location, view, facilities, everything was top! very convenient, and comfortable.The staff was very friendly and accommodating and friendly. They really took the time to message and send reminders. As long as you update them of changes. Overall, really satisfied with our stay.

Fabulous views. But if you need AC don’t do it. We left a day early because it’s so hot and stuffy. They gave us a fan and we suffered through a few nights but couldn’t stay any longer. If not for that it would have been perfect.

sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, geräumiges Apartment, wo man sich wohlfühlen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Da wir mit der Bahn unterwegs waren, war die Lage für uns ideal, ebenso wie die Nähe zu den Bussen, auch Restaurants, Lidl u.a. nicht weit. Natürlich hat die Nähe zum Bahnhof auch Nachteile, so hört man auf der Terrasse z. B. die Durchsagen der Bahn o.ä., was uns nicht so sehr gestört hat, es war uns im Vorfeld natürlich bei der Lage auch bewusst, dass es nicht totenstill sein wird, und wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, hört man nichts mehr, da gut lärmisoliert.

Der Lärm von im Wohngebiet herum krakelenden Kindern, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzen möchte, von jungen Leuten, die nachts beim Mexikaner herumschreien, die frühen Aktionen der Mitarbeiter auf dem Hinterhof des Mexikaners, aber Gott sei Dank nur dann, wenn man das Fenster öffnet.

Very good location. We got an apartment facing the mountains (and train station) which was beautiful and calming. The staff is amazing! Very personalized service and detailed explanation of everything regarding the property.

I think in the bathroom, the amenities were not quite many. We were provided like one hand soap liquid which I hope was supposed to be for body and hair as well.
