Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Cute design hotel 2mins walk from Omiya station. Very good value, very helpful staff, wonderful and spotlessly clean onsen. Long list of “free rental” items including lots of kids items (strollers, toys etc). Rooms as basic and with very small bathrooms but well thought out. I’ve stayed at the Omiya Candeo also and like both - probably better service but lesser rooms at Ref.
Very hard beds even by Japanese standards. If travelling with kids be aware breakfast is a fully Japanese - no bread, cereal or fruit etc.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Just a block or so from Omiya station. Rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities. Staff was very helpful. Especially with figuring out how to ship my luggage to the next hotel. Breakfast was excellent with variety of choices and local Japanese dishes.

EVからやや遠い部屋だったこと（廊下に消費カロリーが掲示されているのが面白いですが）。大浴場入場用暗証番号をフロントに訊く必要があることを事前に知らされなかったため、難儀したこと。

房間真的很小，28吋除非把難坐的椅子和垃圾桶搬開，利用到桌腳裡的空間，不然走道不可能攤開行李箱，二個人入住其中一箱，會只能在房門口處開啟箱體。 床型方向設計不好，冷氣會直接吹頭非常不舒服，只能自行移動床，頭、腳部交換方向，頭朝電視向比較好入睡，（但會不好觀看電視）。 電視頻道多台無法觀看顯示錯誤，人員進來查看後也似乎無力處理。 房子外部隔音不太好。 淺眠或敏感的人可能不建議，連住三晚，二人都夢到先人，其中同伴連三晚惡夢。

今回の利用では感じませんでした １つだけ歯ブラシがもう少し柔らかいタッチのものだとより良かったです

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Very central location as close to Omiya station. The staff were helpful, I needed to borrow an ironing board and iron and they were able to lend it to me easily. The breakfast was also good, and the room was comfortable and had everything you'd need in a compact space.
Our room was on the far end of the hallway so there was a lot of walking. Not really a problem but it could be a very long walk for some!

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Sehr geräumiges Doppelzimmer. Im Zimmer gab es eine lange Kleiderstange mit Kleiderbügel. Eine sehr gut Englisch sprechende Rezeptionistin hat mich bei einer kurzfristig notwendigen Flugumbuchung unterstützt, in dem sie für mich mehrere Telefongespräche auf Japanisch mit verschieden Stellen geführt hat.

Reviewed May 25, 2026This was our first time staying at this brand of hotel and we were very impressed for the price point and location. The hotel has a great design and is very comfortable. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Omiya station and there are many places to eat nearby. The hotel offers amenties like snacks and drinks in the afternoon and there is a sauna on the second floor. You get the typical ameneties like spa wear and slippers. The rooms were spacious by Japanese standards.
