Sehr nette Gastgeber und tolle Lage ! Der Schwimmteich sah auch sehr einladend aus.

Essen sehr gut; nicht das modernste Hotel aber völlig ausreichend direkter Zugang vom Hotel in die Tiefgarage, E-Auto Ladestation die auch funktioniert

Onze 3 x in hotel Roslehen en steeds is het hier een top verblijf, zeer vriendelijke eigenaars en personeel, zeer propere kamers met alle comfort, het ontbijt is uitstekend en bij half pension is het avond eten ook steeds dik inorde

Misschien het ontbreken van airco op de kamer bij warme dagen, maar wij zetten dan de terrasdeur open snachts en dan koelt het wel voldoende af

Wyjątkowy hotel pod względem położenia, personelu, obsługi, jakości wyżywienia, czystości. Bardzo miła i rodzinna atmosfera. Wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku.

Excellent location right next to the cable car station, very clean and comfortable rooms, good food, and friendly staff. The wellness area was very nice (three saunas and a steam bath), and the underground garage connected directly to the hotel was extremely practical. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Sehr freundlich, sauber und gutes Frühstück! Zimmer und Hotel geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Komme gerne wieder!

Die ausgezeichnete große kostenlose Tiefgarage und die Unterbringung unserer Fahrräder. Der Wellness Bereich ist topp und es lässt sich sehr gut entspannen und erholen.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Tolle Lage direkt neben der Kieserl-Seilbahn, man kann das Auto stehen lassen- viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit verschiedenen Saunen, Wasserbetten und Teestation, große Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Leckeres Essen.

Salat-Buffet war teilweise leer geräumt wenn man erst 19.00 zum Essen gekommen ist und wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt.

Sehr schönes Haus mit ausgezeichneter Küche. Wellness Bereich im Haus top. Guter Ausgangspunkt für sportliche Aktivitäten. Die Mountainbike Routentipps der sehr sportlichen Hotel Chefin haben uns sehr gefallen.

Die Zimmer groß und ansprechend. Das Frühstück, für jeden etwas dabei und meistens frisch. Abendessen gut und abwechslungsreich. Jeden Abend ein neues 3-Gänge-Menue. Saunabereich groß und zum wirklich zum Wohlfühlen. Personal echt Serviceorientiert und kompetent. Eine Chefin, die sich um alles selbst kümmert, jeden Gast persönlich kennt und auch selbst Hand anlegt, wenn es Not tut. Alles in allem: nur zu empfehlen!!!

Nichts

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage direkt neben der Seilbahn kam auch sehr gut an.

Über das Hotel kann man nichts schlechtes berichten, aber bei einigen Gästen wär eine bessere Kinderstube angebraccht.

In diesem Hotel fühlt man sich rundum wohl.

Alles war sehr gut. Ist weiter zu empfehle...

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort. Es war wieder sehr schön. Das Essen dort ist ein Genuss. Die Zimmer sind in einem Top-Zustand. Das Hotel liegt zentral an der Kieserlbergbahn. Der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und neuem Naturbadebecken ist sehr einladend. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Es gibt wirklich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Szívélyes fogadtatás, csodálatos személyzet egy csodálatos helyen. A reggeli és a vacsora bőséges és nagyon finom volt! Nagyon várjuk a következő alkalmat!

Familiär geführtes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Essen

Very nice and welcoming staff. They don't speak English very well so some basic knowledge of German is recommended, however they make up for it with very open attitude and hospitality. My room was spacious, with super comfortable beds and comfortable bathroom. It had all the amenities I could wish for. The location of the hotel is absolutely superb - close to the centre of Grossarl (very nice) and literally on the slope. You can reach ski lift literally directly from hotel's door. With this ski lift you can ski the whole Grossarl-Dorfgastein ski area which provides plenty of excellent slopes. Finally, I recommend hotel's restaurant. It serves excellent buffet breakfasts and very good dinners. It's absolutely worth the money it costs. It is also very convenient to have this restaurant in the same building as accommodation. I am very happy with my stay at this hotel and I hope I'll return to it in the coming years. I wish the whole Grossarl / Gastein valley community better winter conditions than in winter of 2023/24 because it's clear that there were many investments in the whole skiing area and it's very well prepared for skiers.

There's really no possibility to adjust heating in the apartment. I needed to dry clothes after a rainy day on the slope and couldn't force warmer temperature of the heaters. Finally, it turned out to be sufficient to dry the clothes out till morning next day but it would be nice to have possibility to regulate the heaters a bit. This is of course a very minor concern. Overall I'm very happy with this hotel's services.

The lady owner was very kind and responsive to all our requests. The room was as expected, spacious, with a view of the mountain. We had the option with half board which was very good for us, rich breakfast and dinner with salad buffet, soup, main course and dessert. We would love to come back here.

Crowded parking lot, but there are alternatives.

There was a lot of construction right outside our room. Not a lot the property could do, but they could have warned us better. We had two rooms and were assigned at two ends of a corridor. Could have tried to give rooms near by. The staff did did not communicate very well, check in was fine but check out was painstakingly long.

Good hotel, but the main point here - it is EXCEPTIONAL sauna. I put below some pictures of it. Finnish sauna, wet sauna, turkish hammam, spacious rest area with water beds, tea corner, everything brand new! Of course, you got bathrobe, towels etc. Good breakfast and dinner (we took half board). Clean and spacious room with balcony. Friendly staff. Parking.

Nothing to do near hotel - only as central point for travelling in this area.

We were absolutely satisfied, enjoyed the stay. The room was comfortable, spacious and the food was excellent. The staff was really nice, polite and friendly. The wellness area was pleastn and clean. We appreciated the possibility of making tea :-) We would definitelly recomend this place and are planning to come back. :-)

Amazing stay. Excellent food (breakfast + dinner), very clean, renovated room that was waaay bigger and nicer than I was expecting for a single, and very nice wellness facility. Top location for pretty much everything in the area (hiking, skiing, shopping, bus while also quiet). The staff was also extremely welcoming and helpful. Can't go wrong here.
