Très bien situé à 5min de la gare, il y a aussi aux pieds de l'hôtel un petit marché couvert avec plusieurs restaurants. La chambre n'était pas très grande mais le lit grand et confortable. La salle de bain avait une baignoire un peu plus grande que la moyenne des hôtels japonais, donc c'était un plus. Les deux bains accessibles sur le toit sont très agréables pour finir la journée et se relaxer.

No water station each floor. This is the only hotel I stayed in Hokkaido has no water in the room or on the floor. Has to go to either 1st or 17th floor to get it. A bit inconvenient.

溫泉使用時間至25:00，相當好，每天男女湯更換，可以看到不同的景色。尤其是戶外湯區，簡單舒適，想像冬天在高樓的池中望向函館雪景，那該有多美。早餐是朝市餐廳的抵用券，非常有趣。房間的窗景，可以看到函館山以及海灣，安靜美麗。自助式咖啡吧很方便，17樓的景觀，比照片更令人驚豔。

Brilliant! We were very happy with our stay. I’d definitely stay at the Tokyu Stay Hakodate again. The location is superb – within walking distance of the station and the red-brick houses, and right next to the morning market. The view from the 17th floor is fantastic, and the onsen (Japanese hot spring) was an interesting experience for us too. The room was very good, with modern furnishings, and a decent size. We felt very comfortable there.

Almost every thing is perfect. The room has its own washing machine and dryer, the breakfast combines the famous morning fish market, the roof top onsen that overlooks the harbor and the free lounge that enjoys the same view. Will definitely stay again if visit Hokodate.

眺望がとにかく良い。 18階の露天風呂から、17階のラウンジから。 そして、函館朝市に隣接していて買い物や朝の海鮮丼を食べに行くのにとっても便利です。

17階のラウンジの窓辺のソファーが大きいものが2個置かれていて、少人数で座っていて空いていても座りにくかった。 　前の人がいなくなった後に我々夫婦で座ると、やはり後から来た人は遠慮して座ってこなかった。 　もう少し小さいもので、数を増やした方が、多くの人が利用しやすいです。

This hotel was exceptional. Being next to an asaichi, you are exposed to extremely fresh seafood cuisine the entire day which is in my opinion seriously the best food you can ever have. Instead of breakfast, they give you tickets to give to a restaurant of your choice and you receive proper restaurant seafood for free (any time of the day). Exploring and choosing a restaurant is first of all already fun to do. The rotenburo includes an unbelievable view of either the ocean or the city depending on which bath you are in and is accessible morning and evening. It started raining gently on the bath and that vibe is one that I’ll never forget. The lounge on the 17th floor also has a ridiculously cozy atmosphere at night with a bar and a beautiful view of Hakodate. Having a washing machine in your room is also a huge plus. Hakodate is a must visit city with many beautiful attractions and this hotel is at the centre of them all and next to a station making them all highly accessible.

My room shook and reacted to a lot of movements other people made in other areas of the hotel. I thought that was a tiny earthquake and got scared the first morning but got used to it the following days.

Location was excellent, just steps away from the morning market and about a 5 min walk from the JR station. Everything was clean, updated and super nice. Loved the Refa hair products - especially the hair dryer.

Rooms were on the smaller side, BUT this is standard for a lot of japanese hotels so I wouldn't count it against the hotel! We expected the small rooms.

Nice property near the JR station and right next to the Morning Market. Easy walking to restaurants, convenience stores, warehouse district and other sites. Top floor lounge provided great view of port and festival fireworks. Laundry machine in room very convenient.

Lobby coffee shop pastries limited and subpar, but coffee was good.

男女入替え制ですが、海の見える大浴場や自由に使えるラウンジはかなり満足でした。 部屋もきれいに掃除されていて、リファのシャワーヘッド、ドライヤー、シャンプーなどがあり、部屋着も用意されて、全体的によい宿でした。

大浴場に関して、夜の9時、10時台はかなり混み合っていて、ロッカーを待つ列、シャワーヘッドを待つ列が出来てしまうぐらいで、びっくりです。ゆっくり楽しみたいのであれば、時間をずらすべきかと、、、 また、混む時間に掃除が間に合わず、着替えの場所の床がかなり濡れていて、掃除頻度を上げることや混み具合の表示など、対策を検討したほうがよいかと思います。

Location was very convenient - right next to the train station, and access to the town was close by so we could walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Die Zimmer sind modern, und jedes Zimmer hat einen Waschmaschine und Trockner in einem. Waschmittel ist auch vorhanden. Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß 5min.

Das Frühstück ist Außerhalb, man bekommt Gutscheine mit denen man in 18 verschiedenen Restaurants ein ausgewähltes Menü bestellen kann. Allerdings besteht es nur aus Fisch und Reis und anderen Meeresfrüchten.

Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Downstairs seating area was pleasant. Ensuite laundry was most appreciated.

Decor in hotel and room were a little dated but room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning made annoying rattling sound. No place to put belongings except for high shelf above washer dryer.

When we first arrived in Japan we released our international license had been forgotten, we had a friend express post it to the hotel, with hope in our hearts and they were very kind and obliging and the licence arrived! The onsen was lovely.

Hokodate itself was fairly underwhelming.

The washer/dryer and provided laundry detergent were top-notch. The room I stayed in had a fantastic view and the hair dryer and shampoo and conditioner were fantastic. The fresh fish market is within walking distance.

The price was a bit steep for a place in Hakodate, and I wasn't given any special deals for staying 5 days in a row. That's the one downside I had.

Excellent location, with easy access to the train station and the trams, and more importantly - the morning fish market! Highlight is the small Onsen with lovely views upstairs, and a lounge with panoramic sights over all of Hakodate. The room we stayed at also had a nice window with a great view over the harbour. The beds were comfortable, the room was comfortable, and the washer/dryer was a welcome addition! However, it is overall a rather generic hotel, which can be perfect if you're looking for it, but it does make the particular place slightly less memorable. Location, value for money, and the views more than make up for it, however.

Mentioned to the staff we were there celebrating a special occasion and they were kind enough to give us a room with a nice view and a small gift, which was very thoughtful. The room itself was spacious and clean and bed was comfortable

Undercover parking would have been a nice addition as it was raining quite a lot during our stay. There were only 2 lifts, which meant a decent waiting time as there were a lot of other tourists during our stay

あえて言うなら、お部屋の冷房が寒かった事。 リモコンあったけど使えず…💦 おそらく全館空調なのかなと思いましたが、フロントに言う程寒い訳ではない？と少し我慢したけどやはり少し寒かった💦
