The customer service was absolutely amazing, especially from, Mr. Mehdi. The staff and all the people there were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property itself is excellent, with safe and secure on-site parking. It is also in a great location with plenty of convenient facilities nearby.

Après un premier séjour en 2024, nous sommes revenus en 2026, et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. Pour ceux qui recherchent un hébergement calme afin de profiter pleinement de la mer et de la piscine, c'est l'endroit idéal. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. L'établissement est situé à proximité de la plage des Citronniers, qui est une très belle plage. La piscine est agréable Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Mehdi pour son accueil . Un grand merci également à Tarek et à Anis pour leur aide

Nous sommes arrivés le 25 juin Aucun service de restauration Une famille de 9 personne est arrivés a piscine le matin ons pris toutes les chaises et transat et on mis une enceinte bluetooth a fond j'ai jamais vu ça le personnes de l'hôtel n'est pas intervenu pour le repos au bord de la piscine c'est foutu !! Nous sommes parti le lendemain Heureusement !

Amazing value for money. Mehdi was exceptionally nice and helpful and the location was great. The apartment was very spacious and perfectly clean. If you're looking for a travel hub that is easy to get to from the airport (via private taxi), and pretty close to the Medina (via petit taxi), then I can't think of a better place to stay.

La location, les commerces et restaurants de proximité

La chambre n’était pas propre, des traces étaient visibles sur les tables de nuit, la salle de bain, les joints étaient plein de moisissures. Il n’y a pas de bouilloire, pas de micro ondes, pas de machine à laver dans la chambre mais dans les communs et il faut payer un supplément. Seulement deux tasses pour 6 personnes.Tout l’établissement sentait fort la cigarette. La piscine était en travaux, le restaurant et le bar était fermé. La qualité du wifi est médiocre. Personne à la réception la plupart du temps et quand vous demandez un service ou posez une question, vous avez l’impression d’importuner. À éviter

Es ist eine ruhige, erholsame Anlage. Besonders hat mir gefallen, dass der Zimmerservice nur auf Anfrage kommt.

Résidence calme et bien située, gouvernante très gentille.

Mauvaise literie, équipements décris sur le site non conforme à la réalité(pas de libre accès à la machine à laver,linge à confier à la gouvernante. Ménage fait avec supplément et pas satisfaisant. Linge de toilette non changé). Aucun ustensile de ménage laissé à disposition pour le faire soi-même. Très peu de vaisselle et pas de torchon, impossible de cuisiner dans ces conditions.

Nous avons séjourné en famille pour une longue période et ce fut un véritable plaisir. La résidence est calme et sécurisée. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et avec une literie très confortable. Le directeur M. Mehdi est toujours disponible et bienveillant. Il se donne vraiment à cœur pour satisfaire ses clients. Son amabilité rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le personnel est chaleureux et professionnel (Houda, Adel et leurs collègues). Idéalement situé, à proximité de la plage et des commerces, c’est l’endroit idéal. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Ne vous fiez pas aux avis négatifs, l’expérience parle d’elle-même ! Encore un tout grand merci à tous !

Dobra baza wypadowa. W okolicy sklepy,kafejki, restauracje. Niedaleko plaża. Obiekt utrzymany w dobrej kondycji. Miła obsluga

W opisie jest wiele udogodnień ,które nie mają w ogóle racji bytu. Np. Pralka i suszarka bębnowa. W każdym innym obiekcie jeśli nawet pralka nie znajdowała się w studio , była ona ogólnie dostępna w innym miejscu. Tutaj okazało się ,że jedynie za dodatkową opłatą ( o czym nie ma mowy w opisie). Wybierając obiekt sugeruje się głównie opisem i chciałabym aby odzwierciedlał stan faktyczny.

The location was good for our purposes. There were a couple of small shops for basic supplies across the road, and there was a nice cafe around the corner to have breakfast. The apartment was big and spacious. It was quite dated but clean enough. The kitchenette had some basic kitchenware and a fridge, we didn't use the the oven or the stove as we ate out. The wifi and the showers worked ok. The bed was wide and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Cheap and decent place for a short stay.

Building was very dark in the evening, hardly any lights on in the corridors (saving electricity?). We were first given an apartment without kitchenette but got that changed to an apartment that was more like what we had booked. There was no microwave nor washing machine or tumble dryer in the apartment even if those were listed in the description. Don't know if they would have been available elsewhere in the building but for our short stay we didn't need them.

First they told us the booking got cancelled although it was non refundable. Second they said they sent us a message on booking.com to inform us, but the message was in French and when we translated it, it was simply asking what time we were arriving, not about canceling the stay. Toilets were out of any shampoo or soap, and I had to argue with the front desk because they thought this shouldn't be offered and they had to take permission to give us shampoo and soap. Cupboard full of roaches dirt. This place is anything but not Royal! Many lights don't work.

À recommander surtout pour ceux qui ont une voiture et sont moins de 5 personnes y compris les bébés. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Très propre et luxueux.

Malheureusement et malgré notre demande avant le départ, la piscine était fermée et c’était bien dommage. Et pourtant la période où nous y étions , le temps le permettait largement . Envieons 28 degré la journée. Le logement n’avais pas été tcheker car il y avait deux assiette et uniquement trois couverts alors que nous étions 4 dans le logement. Une fois la demande faite , c’était ok. Il a fallu quand même demander les serviette demande faite toilettes tout les jours car pas mise systématiquement en place. Le papier toilette pareil. Et pour la propreté de la chambre nous avons demander à Houda et Dalila de ne pas passer tous les jours car il n’y avait pas le besoin. Le monsieur de garde la nuit est au top du top. Très gentil, agréable, souriant, serviable. Rien à redire Par contre je ne choisirais pas cette hôtel pour l’été. Hors période ça passe.

Le faite de devoir demander des serviettes de bain tous les jours Pas d’équipement dans le logement 2 chaise et une table Même pas de quoi préparer à manger 1 bol pour 2 enfant pour le petit déjeuner 2 fourchette 3 couteau 2 cuillère 1 petite casserole J’ai dû aller faire la demande a plusieurs reprises pour un micro onde, des assiettes, des verres. J’ai fini par les avoir mais en étant obliger de réclamer. Hors le logement stipuler bien que tout était équiper. De plus AUCUNE MACHINE A LAVER sur place. Donc prévoyez du linge. J’espère que l’hôtel a d’ailleurs bien rectifier sur les site internet qu’il n’y a pas de machine à laver . Car c’est très trompeur…

Das Hotel hat einen kleinen privat Strand in ca. 5 Gehminuten Entfernung. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe, welche wir gerne besucht haben. Denn das Hotel selbst bietet leider nichts an.

Der Pool war nicht nutzbar und eine Angestellte hat einen großen Stein nach einer Katze geworfen. Die Balkontüren waren ohne Veriegelung, so dass man diese von außen hätte aufschieben können. Der Backofen war ebenfalls nicht funktionsfähig.

Changer les serviettes de toilette une seule fois en 6 jours j'ai trouvé ça limite le logement pas très propre, des traces jaunes de transpiration sur les oreillers et matelas bref je ne conseil pas cette résidence

Er was haast geen keukengerei aanwezig om te kunnen koken. Het uitzicht op andere huizen vanuit het terras waarop 2 honden toch wel redelijk vaak aan het blaffen waren.

A huge clean apartment with underground parking and nice pool.Its 10 minutes walk to nice stretch of beach,with a few local shops in same road.Its 6 dinars in taxi to town centre.The manager is very friendly and helpful and speaks good English.It has a good bathroom and some kitchen equipment

It’s just so sad that this big once thriving hotel now has no bar or restaurants and majority of rooms are moth balled which is an all to common problem in this part of Tunisia-you can imagine the constant buzz there would have been in reception, now just a skeleton of staff keep a few rooms open and try and scratch a living-we enjoyed our stay here and we’re pleased to try and help keep it open

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours disponible, les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le service est de qualité, et l’ambiance est très agréable. J’ai particulièrement apprécié Je recommande vivement cet établissement et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Staff were very helpful. They provided us with guidance about the neighborhood and even offered us a taxi ride when we left.

The accommodation felt like it was undergoing bankruptcy. There were no toiletries in the bathroom (not even soap). Bedsheets and towels were usually stained so we asked for those to get changed. The fridge was not clean enough and had a smell. The accommodation said that private beach access was included, and gave us a bracelet to show it at the beach bar. But when we went there they had no place for us. Reception was usually empty, so we had to wait for someone to come there. And finally, the most unusual thing we experienced was that the hotel turned off all its lights in the evening. You still had lights/electricity in your room, but the external part of the hotel had its lights turned off, and all the hallways were dark, which gave the feeling you were walking into an abandoned building.

Très bon séjour entre amis ! Hôtel simple mais propre, avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel accueillant et serviable. Idéal pour passer quelques jours sans se ruiner. Nous recommandons vivement.

Really liked it's location, the calmness and the pool so for people looking for animation and music all day long it's not your way to go, also it's very clean

L’appartement spacieux, la grande piscine très propres et grande, et le personnel, spécialement Houdaa.

À notre arrivée nous avons eu deux mauvaises surprises : équipements insuffisants (micro-onde, machine à café) et absence de produits d’hygiène (gel douche, shampooing, liquide vaisselle, lavette, …). Par ailleurs, nous avons payé plus cher que le prix affiché après la conversion en DT: 278 euros au lieu de 265)

We booked this hotel 24 hours before arriving as our first property decided to cancel and so glad we did. From the minute we booked the communication was excellent. I got a WhatsApp message straightaway confirming our booking and offering to arrange a pick up from the airport, which we did. The hotel manager Mehdi could not have been more helpful. He sent me a photo so I could recognise him at the airport, which was so helpful. The reception is spotlessly clean and the pool is cleaned every morning. The staff were always busy and so helpful. I asked about washing facilities and they took it away and brought it back and helped me hang it out. So impressed. We got food at lunchtime, freshly cooked chicken and fish and all were amazing. The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the beach and there is such a good choice of restaurants nearby. We went with Medhi’s recommendation of Da Noi and Sabrina’s -both excellent. Supermarket just opposite. The beach is only a short walk away and you have your own loungers and free soft drinks, which was good. We were really impressed with the hotel and the staff make it so special. We would love to come back! Thank you!!!

L’emplacement

L’établissement est clairement vieux et mal entretenu. L’humidité est présente dans les murs, ce qui rend l’atmosphère désagréable. Il n’y avait pas de serviettes fournies, pas de bouilloire ni de cafetière dans la chambre. Aucun climatiseur, ce qui est problématique en période de chaleur. Une seule prise dans toute la chambre pour recharger les appareils, et aucune dans le salon (sauf dans la cuisine, à condition de laisser la lumière allumée…). Le placard tient à peine debout, très instable. Franchement, ce logement nécessite de sérieuses rénovations pour pouvoir accueillir des voyageurs dans de bonnes conditions.

Une seule nuitée, mais hôtel absolument correct, avec une piscine très grande et appréciable. Le personnel est aux petits soins, à l’écoute des clients…une note particulière à la cuisinière 🥰, pour son repas de grande qualité ! Bonne position géographique.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic ,everything is within walking distance, and the beach is stunning. There are great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hotel itself is very comfortable and quiet, with a lovely view over the pool. Special mention to the manager, Mehdi, who is extremely welcoming and helpful. He's friendly to chat with and has great local recommendations made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend

Well my partner and I were the only guests for our first week (beginning of the season) and only saw a few other guests the second week so lovely and quiet to be honest. Mehdi was a knowledge of information and most helpful. His trip to the Roman water temple and abandoned village was a great trip out and hassle free. The staff were friendly and helpful where they could. I may not have enjoyed our stay as much if the hotel and apartments were full but we enjoyed our fortnight there. Thank you all.

Nothing really we asked for a kettle and were given one no problem. There was not really anything we did not like on our holiday here.

The hotel is big with a good garden. The receptionist upgraded our room from a one-bedroom suit to two-bedroom suit

There were a lot of issues such as cleanness, lack of basic materials (soap, toilet paper, everything), but comparing to the main issue that I faced there, they were nothing. We were 2 girls and our suit couldn't get lucked with our keys from inside. The first night we were tired and fell sleep very soon. But in the middle of night when we were sleeping 2 guys entered our suit! Nobody explained anything about it. Later I asked the receptionist and he confirmed that yes, last night security guys have entered your room by mistake! Without apologizing, without any expression that it was a big issue. With any measurement, it's not acceptable and regardless of any other positive or negative characteristics of this hotel, I strongly suggest you not to go there.

The manager Mehdi was kind enough to collect us from the airport. He was most helpful throughout our stay. We rented an apartment with a kitchen, having two balconies overlooking the swimming pool. We'd stayed previously in the hotel and knew the location well for shopping, restaurant facilities etc.

Unfortunately it was Ramadan when we visited and many local facilities WERE CLOSED during the period.

It was lovely. Location was great. Has shops right in front. The hotel was lovely. Mehdi, the receptionist was really helpful and spoke good English They had towels.

Soap wasn't included and we had to request one. I wish toiletries were included. There no dishwashing liquid or sponge to wash the dishes if you use them. No bin the kitchen.
