Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Geweldig verblijf! Leonhard is echt een geweldige man: supervriendelijk, behulpzaam en staat altijd voor je klaar. Alles is schoon en netjes en de omgeving is heerlijk rustig en rustgevend. Super mooi uitzicht ook. We hebben enorm genoten en komen zeker graag nog eens terug!

Reviewed May 21, 2026Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich Empfangen. Alles ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sofort wohlfühlen. Die Tiere und der Spielplatz haben unserem Sohn sehr gefallen, vor allem dass er eine kleine Runde auf dem Pony herumgeführt wurde. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und wir haben ihn jeden Tag genossen. Ein sehr schöner Ort mit einem herzlichen Gastgeber, wir kommen wieder!
Wir haben wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026A very interesting old building in the center of Forstau, very close to the local ski lift (a rather small ski area, though). The wellness center is modern and very nice. The apartments are very spacious and ours included a big balcony and a huge TV. There is a heated storage for shoes and a place for ski.
The kitchen corner is pretty small, not really suitable for full cooking for a family. The utensils also do not make much sense, 55 (!) plates, but not a single stirring ladle. The floor is a bit old and squeaky. The steam-sauna advertised on the webpage of the place is not present.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Eine geräumige Ferienwohnung, Ausstattung war okay, Bequeme Betten, Sonderwünsche wie Rausfallgitter fürs Kind direkt umgesetzt und vorbereitet. Tolles Haus, sehr gelungener Wellnessbereich zum Entspannen. Toll ausgelegt für Kinder mit Spielzimmer, Spielgeräten im Hof etc. Hervorragender Gastgeber, der auch bei verlorenen Gegenständen auch zwei Wochen nach Aufenthalt noch alles möglich macht, dass Man es zurückbekommt. Danke Leonhard!
Die Küchenzeile und das Bad sind eher klein. Für vier Personen wäre es mir persönlich zu klein. Kochmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt, im Bad fehlt eine größere Ablage oder ein Schrank.

Velice vstřícný pan majitel - moc milé přivítání.K dispozici lyžárna a sušák na lyžáky.Káva a čaj zdarma k dispozici.Kuchyňka pěkně vybavena. Privátní sauna, kterou jsme si moc užili. Nic nám nechybělo 😀.Sjezdovka nedaleko, určitě doporučuji!

The wellness area was a big plus, especially after a full skiing day with the Finnish sauna that had a great view over the Dachstein. The host Leonhard was very friendly and helpful.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026De locatie van de accomodatie was perfect! Dichtbij de piste van Forstau, en ook dichtbij het vier-bergengebied van Schladming.
Het enige wat ons tegenviel, is dat er geen afzuigkap aanwezig was in de keuken. Ook waren de gordijnen iets wat licht doorlatend. Maar dit zijn kleine dingen, wat ons verblijf niet minder perfect maakte.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Prostorný apartmán, dobře vybavená kuchyňka, pohodlné matrace. Pan majitel je moc milý, se vším pomůže. V odpoledních hodinách je k dispozici krásná sauna. Lyžáky a lyže je možno nechat ve vyhřívané lyžárně. Pobyt jsme si moc užili a snad se brzy vrátíme

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026Nagyon jó helyen ( rengeteg sípálya közelében) található a szállás. Meleg sítároló helység, külön cipőszárítóval. Az apartman felszereltsége jó,nekem hiányzott a nagyobb lábas. Ha esetleg 4 tagú család vagy baráti társaság megy,nehézkes így a főzés . A hűtő is kicsi,de nem okozott gondot,mert a teraszra ki lehetett rakni azt,aminek nem számított a -16fok. Amúgy szép tiszta,nagyon meleg a szoba. Tetszett a dupla zuhanyzó és mosdó. A szállásadó tényleg nagyon kedves.

The ski rooms are also spacious and warm. The house also has a very nice modern spa area. All rooms are very clean. The host is very friendly and I have nothing but praise for him and the accommodation.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025Vše bylo perfektní. Pokoj parádní, měli jsme vlastní kuchyňku. Vše bylo čisté. K dispozici je kávovar a čaj. Také možnost sauny. Parkování před domem. Pejci byli vítáni. Pan domácí moc milý. Dá se objednat pečivo na snidani. Kousek od penzionu je obchůdek. Tady není co vytknout.

So wussten wir, was wir alles nutzen können und sogar der Wellnessbereich wurde uns gezeigt und erklärt. Leonhard war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Appartment war sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir waren mit den Rädern unterwegs und die Lage ist zum Wandern und Radfahren einfach spitze!

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025Rendkívül tiszta, rendezett. 🙂 A tulaj kedves. A szauna és infraszauna felszerelt és tágas. Külön öltöző, toalett és pihenőszoba is ki van alakítva. Igazán profi. 🙂 Az állatok barátságosak. A kecskék, birkák oda jöttek a kutyához és állták, hogy nyalogassa őket. Sok szálláson voltunk 10 év alatt, de egyértelműen ez volt az eddigi legjobb és legszebb.
A fa padló picit csúszós volt. A kutyánk alá érdemes lett volna vinnünk egy alátétet, nehezen tudott felkelni.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025Mooie, grote kamers. Keuken en sanitair leken recent vernieuwd en waren goed schoon. Alles was aanwezig in de keuken om te koken (alleen geen vaatwasser). Iedere dag konden we broodjes bestellen en die werden om 7:30 afgeleverd. We mochten ook dagelijks gebruik maken van de sauna, deze leek ook erg nieuw en was een fijne afsluiter van de dag. De locatie was fijn, mooi centraal tussen allerlei bekende plekken. We waren hier in de zomer, maar het leek ook een fijne plek voor een skivakantie. Onze hond mocht mee en die heeft zich goed vermaakt hier. Goede mogelijkheden om de hond uit te laten rondom het gebouw.

Sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Ein echtes Highlight für unseren Soh waren die Tiere am Hof. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

They have a beautiful panorama sauna at the basement and also they can deliver fresh pastery at the morning. What is more, the house and the appartment were nicely clean and well equiped. Some 4 star hotels are not that clean. There were towels, bathrobes, dishsoap and kitchen towels. I can certainly recomend!
