Mit dem Zug natürlich super Anfahrt, diesmal mit Auto durch die Baustellen etwas chaotisch, Parkmöglichkeit am Bahnhof aber in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Barbereich mit Aussenterrasse wieder sehr angenehm nach einem langen Tag in Bonn, super freundlicher Service.
Tja wie in fast jedem Hotel im Doppelzimmer mit 2 Personen belegt gibt's nur eine Sitzgelegenheit.....Klar, man kann so etwas nachfordern, aber...... Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Motel One at Bonn is extremely good. Staff were polite. courteous and respectful. I could not fault the staff. All the communal areas of the hotel are excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. The rooms are a bit on the small side and there are no tea and coffee making facilities. This may not be important for all but I like it. In summary excellent hotel and location is perfect. Staff are really excellent. My only small gripe is the room was a tad on the small side.

Los espacios que hacen de mesa de noche son muy pequeños. Solo hay espacio para el móvil y poco más . Hay poca luz en la habitación. En el baño el espacio para dejar las cosas es muy estrecho y se moja todo. El armario son espacios para poner perchas , pero para un día es suficiente.

Die Lage am Hauptbahnhof sehr gut, in direkter Nähe sind Geschäfte und Lebensmittelmärkte sowie hervorragende Restaurants. Hop on Hop of Bus zu Fuß 5 min entfernt, an den Rhein ein Spaziergang. Mit dem Zug nach Köln kein Problem - nur über die Straße dann ist man am Gleis. Mitarbeiter durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kaffee und Drinks an der Bar und eine schön bestuhlte Terrasse.
Hätte mir Stift und Papier auf dem Zimmer gewünscht sowie einen Schuhlöffel.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Menge und Vielfalt (bis auf die Wurst) war gut. Getränke und Auswahl waren auch gut.
Die Wurstauswahl hätte bei 6 Tagen etwas abwechselungsreicher sein können = 6 Tage morgens immer die 3 gleichen Wurstsorten. Es stehen bei Stoßzeiten beim Frühstück nicht genug Sitz-/Tisch-/Platzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung, sodass man an runden Tischen (die eigentlich für abends für Getränke gedacht sind) und niedrigen Sitzen Platz nehmen muss. Das hat zur Folge, dass man zu tief sitzt; außerdem ist unzureichend Platz für das Frühstück abzustellen und man auf dem Schoß essen muss. Bei Geschäftsleuten hat das auch zur Folge, dass man sich vor einem Event noch seine gute Kleidung schmutzig macht.

After returning from a day sightseeing, we returned to the hotel to find our room had not been cleaned. We went to the reception to find a very uncooperative female member of staff who was arrogant and dismissive of our problem. She offered us clean towels which we could bring up to our room. We asked who was going to clean the room she replied it's not my job. I enquired why the room was not cleaned she replied that we had left the do not clean label on the door of the room. I replied that that we definitely did not. She replied who am I to believe you or house keeping. At this point the conversation was becoming heated when a male member of reception offered to give us another clean room and also offered to move our belongings. s

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026L'hôtel est très bien situé, juste à côté de la gare et du centre-ville historique, sans pour autant être bruyant. La chambre était bien équipée et relaxante. De façon générale, nous avons apprécié le fait que l'hôtel ne manque pas de personnalité malgré que ce soit une chaine. Le buffer pour le petit déjeuner est bien fourni et compétitif pour le prix.
La porte de la salle de bain se refermait toute seule.

Otelin altındaki yeraltı otoparkı 25 euro sanırım, ama otelde çalışan türk arkadaş otelin ilerisinde otopark söyledi gunluk 7 euro. Otelin onunde ufak cepte durup eşya indirebilirsiniz. Otelin kapısı sağınızda kalıcak sekilde tam karsıya giden yokda camları gözüken binanın arkası ucuz olan otopark. Camlı binanın arkasına dolanınca giriş kapısını gorursunuz

We stayed for two weeks, and the issues we encountered were as follows: - The hotel has no separate single beds. - The glass partition in the bathroom was quite short, causing water to splash outside while showering. - We requested an iron, but none was available. - The staff did not replenish the soap. - Although the staff provided excellent service and were very helpful, they made an error when issuing the receipt and were unable to correct it. - We were not informed that the hotel doors are locked at night and that a staff member is stationed there. As a result, when we exited through the back entrance at 4:45 a.m. for a pickup, as recommended by the evening-shift staff because of roadworks at the front of the hotel, we were unable to find our way back into the hotel. Im Verhältnis zur Lobby, war das Zimmer recht klein , für eine Nacht aber ok.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Central location, good lobby area for hanging around, for drinks and breakfast. It's right on the edge of the pedestrianised area, close to station, and tram and bus stops. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly, we scored one free brekfast, our two rooms were next to each other (thanks!) and close to lifts (thanks!).
The area outside the front needs some care but I suspect this is not in the control of the hotel.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Absolut nicht gefallen hat mir, dass es keine oder äußerst wenig Parkplätze vor dem Hotel gibt, um seine Koffer auszuladen - trotzdem das Hotel auf einer Tiefgarage steht. Hier wären ein paar Parkplatzangebote sehr angebracht. Ich habe 10 Min. zum Entladen der Koffer an einer anderen Stelle gestanden, was mich ein 55,-€ Protokoll gekostet hat. Toller Empfang!
