Cafards et insectes dans la chambre. Moisissure, cheveux partout, saleté… le ménage n’est clairement jamais fait. Et la cerise sur le gâteau : le matelas entièrement moisis dans lequel nous avons dû dormir parce qu’il était beaucoup trop tard pour chercher un autre hotel. Pas une bouteille d’eau à disposition, une bouilloire mais pas un sachet de thé ou de café pour le matin… l’état des toilettes et de la douche je ne vous en parle même pas. Peu importe le prix qu’on paie on ne fait pas dormir des gens dans des conditions pareilles. Certaines prises à côté du lit font des étincelles quand on branche quelque chose dessus… Heureusement la climatisation fonctionne bien.

Tudo! Tinha barata morta no chão. O Ar condicionado fazia um barulho ensurdecedor. Tive que colocar o colchão na sala! Ao lado da barata!l, para eu conseguir dormr sem barulho. O banheiro era extremamente sujo. A agua do chuveiro era pouca. Não tinha sabonete. Liguei diversas vezes para me trocarem de quarto e fui ignorado. Foi uma relação custo benefício extremamente ruim.

The water pressure is very low, and the water smells and the mattress is dirty.

The location was easy to find.

It looks nothing like the pictures, Very poor maintenance, cockroaches, ants and a parasite worm in the shower. There was mold in the kitchen cabinets, and stains all over the walls. The mattress was also dirty with stains. The host didn't want to let us in at first even after showing him my booking and payment confirmation, because we were not on his "list". We came 5 minutes early before our expected arrival time, and he didn't want to listen or check his other list. Very rudely saying they have no free rooms. There were also no amenities in the room, no soap, and no warm water in the shower. Overall I would suggest avoiding this place, don't get fooled by the photos they posted. You can find much better for this price point.

no. 1 toilet is dirty, not sanitised especially toilet bowl, shower curtain too slimy no towel, no toilet tissues kitchen sink has cockroaches recommend to check all room facilities -2nd room we occupy, water heater not working and toilet is dirty too

Proche de l’aéroport cet hôtel est parfait pour faire une escale d’une nuit ou deux. Bon accueil en toute simplicité. Un bon rapport qualité prix.

You get what you pay for

We stayed for a night at Ljenj Apartelle and we had a good night sleep. If you want an affordable place to stay in . I highly recommend this apartelle. There are also karinderya & store nearby the apartelle.

The room was really big everything was clean and for the price it was absoluty perfect. The area is also nice people are friendly in the neighborhood. I ve stayed 3 nights and I can really recommend to stay there.

There are just small things but you can not expect everything to work perfect especially when you pay a cheap price like that so all in all a really good stay :)

The late arrive

In general need to grades one is the old coach the kitchen have black mold spots the washroom the no soap water is not strong enough need more attention the ac blow just hot air im dissatisfied good thing we only stayed for 1/2; night

The staff was good and very helpful. Spacious bed, cold AC and parking with CCTV.

The dinning area was not well lit. The water heater is not working and there are limited TV channels.

off beaten track so quiet staff are amazing started of one night booking then extended 3:days at a time now 4 times can't be bothered relocating before flight to Perth western Australia. staff have bent over backwards make me feel like family

in typical filo stke not greatest water pressure ya need a dunny brush to push crap off side of toilet bowl before flush CNT do a second flush instantly as a smoker need a ashtray outside I have a problem throwing ciggie butts on ground non-smoking hotel

Manager met us upon arrival, made us comfortable and provided useful information.

There was plenty of places to get food and store items. It was very easy to take the jeepney. Just a straight walk to the front of the major road.

No comforter or bed spread. The sheet we had was very small and thin. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak at the sink but good in the shower. The tv worked but the volume was muffled as if the tv had been dropped or something. Since it was not packed there, I was at least expecting the management to move me next door to see if the room was better.

The place is clean. We feel safe . Thank you for accomodating us, even we excess in numbers cause the seniors cannot climb stairs..

Oh, the refrigerator is not functioning ,its doesnt close. Some light needs replacement. The water may.have leakage that why the supply is not good. Need to be checked. Our room # is 104. ..hope some rooms in the first floor be reserved for seniors. We reserved two rooms, but ot seems it was first come per serve policy? , blessed that when we arrived we have 2 rooms availed.

Clean and spacious, the staff is very nice and accommodative. The cute design in the lobby part is very nice where I was able to use it for my wedding photo shoot.

The lock of the windows are broken, though there are grills in the window and the place is safe, but much better if the window locks will be fixed. But all in all,everything was ok,

The air conditioner was good for this hot weather

This hostel didn’t have any tower, shampoo, body wash or soap for customer. And if you need take taxi to airport, just use Grab because the taxi in Clark city or CRK airport are very expensive.

Close to highway and eatery places nearby especially for breakfast.

No shampoo or bath soap and no dishwashing liquid to clean our dirty used dishes although plates, glassware silverwares and pots & pans are available.

There are utensils, a refrigerator, a rice cooker and a dining table. Spacious cabinet.The staff is friendly and helpful. Has a smoke detector and accessible fire extinguisher.

The AC unit is cooling but not maintained enough. Bathroom and bed door escutcheon plates are broken. No TV cable signal only TV plus device. Also, TV volume cannot be heard enough even set in max. Better if they have a microwave oven for additional convenience.

A highly recommended place in Pampanga with less than 1k rate but the rooms were superb.

I did not get to try breakfast as I only stayed halfway through my stay. I’m sure the breakfast was probably good. It’s a nice quiet location that is away from the main busy road.

Good location, away from the madness of downtown, in a homely, friendly subdivision, with a fair few little shops. Still close enough to town if you must. Nice layout, with large central atrium and rooms around the side. Clean, comfortable and very good price. What particularly stood out however was the staff member, Jojo, who was in attendance - super helpful, friendly and always ready to provide information and assistance.

Room 208 - terribly slow wifi we had to use our data instead - no tv reception even one local channel and the remote was not working then I asked the staff and he said maybe there’s no battery just like that he didn’t even offer some help and by the time I asked is that it? you will not do anything that’s the time he offered to change battery in which still didn’t work because there’s tv signal from that small box so we didn’t use tv at all - toilet was leaking so we had to turn off the water supply to avoid wasting of water and the drains were rusty - room was not the same as advertised in Booking.com - sheets and towels have stains and hole in it and blanket wasn’t even a blanket - there’s a cockroach in the bathroom and we don’t even have food in there - water heater was not working - water in the shower was not strong enough for rinsing so we had to use pail and dipper for bathing of course with cold water - staff who says first come first serve basis that make me feel booking before coming to the apartment with full payment useless I booked this apartment because of the nice review and affordable price but I guess not everything we see or read were true unless you experience it yourself.

It was an Apartelle. (Apartment). Our only problem was from the place we stayed it was 27km far to the New Clark City Stadium. It took about 36 minutes. Peso800/- to 1000/- were charge One way and that was too much when we compare with our currency. From NAIA they charge PESO 6,500/- to Mabalacat -OYO Apartelle. Actually it should be Peso 5,000/- Apart from that nothing to complain. Too expensive to live. We came for 22nd Asia Masters Athletics Championship (AMAC).

I'm a Vegetarian but I ONLY eat EGGS. Most of restaurants had PORK and BEEF. I hate that smell and I wont EAT. When we had events only we had food. The rice is too Sticky Rice. We had to get about THREE Steam Rice packets (Sticky Rice) to fill our stomach. Portion was too small. We came here for a purpose because of that We did not chase behind food. Tricycle Ride was the most thrilling ride which I like.

I booked this for my mom, the price in booking.com was not the price they asked upon checking in, they asked more, which they didnt follow what was in booking.com. i would stay at this place again and wouldnt recomment it
