Reviewed Jan 5, 2026El sitio tiene una playa maravillosa y tranquila, viajamos para finales de diciembre e inicio de enero y la brisa es magnífica, favoreciendo los deportes náuticos. Los baños y duchas disponibles en la playa son excelentes. Las habitaciones tienen una cocina, por lo que recomiendo llevar agua, bebidas y víveres en caso de qué deseen preparar su desayuno o cena, ya que por la ubicación del hotel no hay ni supermercados ni tiendas cercanas.
El hotel no tiene un restaurante, sino un convenio con un kiosco en la playa, el cual tiene un servicio que no es uniforme, hubo días en que nos fue muy bien y otros, en que o el servicio, o la calidad de los platos dejaron que desear. Hay que recordar además reservar los pequeños kioscos de la playa, que se administran a través del restaurante, y verificar que efectivamente hayan hecho la reserva, tuvimos una mala experiencia el día de fin de año, ya que habíamos reservado kiosco, pero nunca apareció la reserva. También le hace falta un SPA Hacen falta espacios con sombra en la piscina.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Es gab kein Frühstück, wir erfuhren vor Ort, dass die Strandbar geschlossen hat. Das dortige Kiosk war geschlossen. Im Hotel gab es keine Möglichkeit Essen oder Getränke zu erwerben. Ein Lieferservice aus Puerto Colombia steht zur Verfügung.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025La ubicación es bastante privada, los accesos a la playa son muy bonitos y tranquilos, la zona de la piscina es agradable para ver el atardecer, la villa es pequeña y muy cómoda para 5 personas. La habitación principal es muy amplia y bonita, los baños limpios. La zona de la sala es reducida pero todo muy útil, la terraza fue el lugar que mas utilizamos, amplia y fresca.
Realmente todo estuvo dentro de las expectativas, lo único es que el jacuzzi de nuestra villa no funcionaba correctamente, el drenaje esta oxidado, quizá por falta de mantenimiento o el salitre del mar.

les falta un poco mas estar pendiente de la piscina en especial la de los niño, está llena de arena que traen del mar ,falta que controlen mucho, las personas que vienen de la playa y se meten a la piscina sin antes pasar por la ducha No han pensado en traer la empresa de aviación ALMA AIR con sus hidroaviones......huyyy seria increíble ver aterrizar catalinas en ese hermoso hotel

El hotel no tiene buenas condiciones, solo está la piscina y el mar, está todo lleno de tierra ( peladero), no hay cosas para divertirse, todo lo. Cierran antes de 8 , hasta las bebidas y la piscina. El personal no dio buenas instrucciones.

Solo un detalle y es que aún a pesar de estar hospedadas, no nos iban a dejar utilizar las mesas y tumbonas de la playa, porque era para quienes fueran a consumir el restaurante

Reviewed Dec 19, 2024I absolutely love this place! Staying in the Palafitos was an incredible experience, being right on the water offered breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. It’s so peaceful and family-friendly. I also loved the pool, especially since it’s oceanfront. In the past, I’ve stayed in the apartments, which also have lovely views and all the amenities you could need. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Taxi (yellow) drivers charge an excessive tariff to bring you from arranquilla and no regulation from transportation authority. Electricity is disconnected by government every day. No way to have any kind of diversion or fun at all.

We stopped here on the way to Cartagena as last minute booking following good reviews in booking. Our villa didn’t look like the pictures, most villas are not well maintained. We had ants in the bedroom and kitchen, which didn’t make our sleep comfortable. Shower pressure was not great too and with lack of warm water

The kitchen comes equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils plus plates and cups. There are no napkins or paper towels. We stayed in the one bedroom and it was big enough for 3 people. The pool is lovely and having lunch on the beach is great. Water is very calm, perfect for paddleboarding
It should mention people should bring napkins and paper towels.
