Reviewed Sep 13, 2026地理位置真的非常方便！從車站出站後直接轉個彎、上樓就到了，對於帶長輩一起旅行來說非常加分，不需要拖著行李走很遠！ 而且飯店和百貨就在同一棟，購物完直接搭電梯回飯店，買再多東西也不用一路提著走，真的非常方便，完全可以直接「解放雙手」，雖然飯店與商場共用的電梯一般人都可以搭乘，但其實不用太擔心安全問題。抵達飯店大廳後，還需要使用房卡感應，才能搭乘另一部電梯前往客房樓層，住宿的安全性也有兼顧到。 整體來說，交通、購物和住宿機能都集中在一起，對自由行來說真的非常方便！
第一天入住時，房間裡有一些異味，推測可能是冷氣或加濕器所造成的。不過向櫃檯反映後，工作人員很快就協助處理，並立即幫我們更換房間，整個處理過程相當迅速，服務態度也很好。 雖然入住時有遇到一點小狀況，但飯店能即時協助處理，這點讓人覺得很安心。

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026入り口がすこし迷いましたが 入った時から現実逃避感覚で 気分があがりました お部屋も 広く 冷蔵庫とか備品も 扉のなかに収納されていて 生活感がなくとても良かったです 大浴場も２５時までだったので チェックインが遅かったのですがゆっくり入れました。利用者がいなくて貸し切りでした。ほんとにリフレッシュできました 自分へのご褒美 最高でした
浴場やお部屋のトイレスペースがすこし 湿ったような匂いがすこしあるかなっとおもいました

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026スタッフさんの対応とホテルの綺麗さ、朝食も美味しかったです。
駐車場からのアクセス（アミュプラザを通っての）が悪すぎるところ。 第一駐車場より第三駐車場とかに停めた方が全然アクセスいいだろうなと思いました。 あとは宿泊者の数に対して、男女それぞれコインランドリーが3台は少ないかなと。 洗濯、乾燥機の一体式のランドリーだと乾燥も微妙に乾ききれないところも残念。

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026EVERYTHING! A MUST-BOOK. Clean, new rooms! As someone who visits Japan often, this is one of the best hotels regardless of budget. The service is impeccable, and the fact that they have an onsen is just icing on the cake. Literally connected to the station.
None. I loved everything about it. Oh did I mention the smell? It’s exquisite. Just a perfect hotel.

剛好遇到地震.電梯壞掉只能從一樓走樓梯到9樓.住了四天.其中兩天沒有熱水.只能洗冷水澡.小孩的部分只能用熱水壺慢慢煮熱水變成溫水洗澡.然後也不能退費.也沒有折價跟優惠補償方案

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Everything - location, room, facilities, service. Hotel is literally located right outside Kumamoto station's main entrance and connected to AMU plaza. Super convenient for shopping, meals and taking trains or trams. Room is beautiful and comfortable, with a nice Japanese tea table setting. Facilities provided are well-equipped with attentive service. Staff made it a point to share directions on finding the hotel a day before arrival, making it easy.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026這家已經住過5-6次,餐飲,購物,交通都非常便利(緊鄰熊本車站),還有直達熊本機場的來回巴士 大浴場及房間也都很乾淨,飯店整體設計高級感十足 入住這家的台灣旅客不少
早餐可以再更多變化,連住三晚的早餐完全一模一樣

Windows couldn’t be opened When we left the hotel staff at the reception refused to give us a water bottle although they were for free everyday and in the gym, that’s not customer friendly !

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Un hôtel magnifique, la vue est superbe, l'emplacement est idéal (gare à proximité immédiate, arrêt de tram à deux minutes), les chambres sont propres, confortables, le onsen est très agréable et le petit-déjeuner très varié. Superbe hôtel vraiment.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Modernized hotel with everything. Feels like they just built the hotel a few years ago and you can feel it is new. The room is big and spacious and very comfortable with a new view of the city.

距離熊本市中心有點遠（熊本城） 不過可以搭路面電車 一開始找停車場找了一下下 建議可以在訂單通知稍作說明

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026위치가 구마모토역과 연결되어져 있어서 너무 편리했으며 우리는 차량으로 이동했지만 지하주차장과 연결되어져 편리함은 최상의 위치임을 확인할 수 있었다. 주변의 상가가 많아 뭐든 필요한 것을 충분히 제공받을 수 있었다. 호텔 전경은 아소산까지 보이는 전경이라 뷰가 너무 좋은 장소이었다.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Lovely hotel with perfect access to JR Kyushu, right on top of Kumamoto station. Spacious room and comfortable stay, professional and courteous staff. Many amenities provided in the room, and espresso offering just outside bath house. Parking available just underneath the building and direct access to the lobby.
