Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Good quiet location near the train station. A bit of a walk to palace etc but a very pleasant walk and it was nice to be out of the busy area. Free tea and coffee was a nice surprise. Supermarket round the corner was very handy.
Kitchen area and cookware were dirty, had to clean all kitchenware before using any of it. Also a lot of hairs in the shower.

Igaz erről a terület adottságai tehetnek.

Cleanliness
7.9/10Mixed comments: some guests praised clean rooms and kitchens, but multiple mentions of dust, spiderwebs, shower cleanliness issues and a bin with stains lowered this score slightly.
Service
9.1/10Generally praised: staff described as very helpful and friendly and 'service really great' in several reviews; one report of reception not being reachable (automated response) slightly tempers this.
Location
9.2/10Frequently highlighted as a strength: centrally located (near Palais des Congrès and the station), quiet due to rear/inner-courtyard positioning and convenient for longer stays.
Room Quality
8/10Rooms are spacious, many with balconies/terraces, well-equipped kitchenettes and comfortable beds, but issues reported include cigarette smoke in a room, a broken hob, overheating/heating control problems and disturbing exterior lighting.
Amenities
8/10Good amenities noted (parking, Smart TV, kitchenette, free coffee in main house), but some negatives: Wi‑Fi connection problems, tight garage, lack of mosquito screens and occasional cleanliness of bathroom fittings.
Value for Money
8.6/10Several guests explicitly praised price-performance and suitability for longer stays; good space and facilities for the rate.
Food and Beverage
8/10Limited comments: breakfast described as adequate for a mid-range hotel and free coffee/tea available; many guests self-cater using kitchenettes.
Overall Experience
8.4/10Overall positive experiences with comfortable beds, quiet location and good apartments, though a minority experienced significant disturbances (lighting cycling, smoke, broken appliances) that impacted some stays.
