Room: the shape of "table" was uncomfortable for writing or using laptop. Breakfast choice was small.

The pillows were very flat. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The "Lock and Leave" lockers proved to be a nightmare: I would recommend getting rid of them and instead have lockers with keys.

We could’ve been cleaner. In our room the carpet was not vacuumed properly, the air fan vent in the bath (the fan worked continuously) were chock full with dust and floor had pink milks in the corners

Personale non molto disponibile: zero indicazioni sul parcheggio pubblico disponibile,che poi era a letteralmente 50 metri. Anche un po' ostruttivo nel risolvere una questione di doppia prenotazione su notti consecutive: tutto risolto perché aveva capito male il numero di stanza - anche avessi sbagliato io a dirlo, il modo in cui ha gestito la situazione dopo il chiarimento è stato pessimo e poco professionale. Ristorante più vicino è almeno a 10-15min a piedi

Man hat im Sommer die Wahl zwischen einer extrem lauten Klimaanlage oder bei geöffnetem Fenster dem Lärm von der sehr lauten Straße. Die Ausstattung ist lieblos und minimal.

Alle oppervlakken die nat konden worden afgenomen waren schoon. Geen stof gezien. Badkamer ook schoon. Alleen voelt de ruimte stoffig aan. Ik denk dat er met de Franse slag gestofzuigd wordt. Ook de lift was zo stoffig. Mijn longen en neus reageerden terwijl ik geen allergie heb.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Sehr enttäuschender Service und fehlerhafte Buchung Ich bin mitten in der Nacht um 2:15 Uhr nach einer Zugverspätung im Hotel angekommen. Die Deutsche Bahn hatte mir einen Gutschein ausgestellt und ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel bestätigt. Als ich ankam, teilte man mir jedoch mit, dass das gebuchte Zimmer an andere Gäste vergeben wurde und kein Zimmer auf meinen Namen reserviert sei. Als "Lösung" wurde mir lediglich ein Platz in einem Mehrbettzimmer für 7 Personen angeboten, was absolut unakzeptabel ist. Der Umgang des Personals mit der Situation war unhöflich und keineswegs kundenfreundlich. Man hat sich nicht einmal bemüht, das Problem angemessen zu lösen. Sehr schlechter Service – ich kann dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

Angekündigte Änderung Reinigungsservice: ich finde bei gleichen Preisen nicht ok, dass man Reinigung bei/ab 2 Nächten künftig anfragen muss. Für mich wäre Standard Abbestellen wg Nachhaltigkeit/bei Nichtbedarf oder eben optionales Hinzubuchen bei niedrigerem Grundpreis.

Leider hatte ich mein Zimmer zum Hof, das Fenster konnte ich in der Nacht nicht öffnen, da vom Hof sehr laute Geräusche zu hören waren. Die Wände zum Nachbarzimmer sind sehr dünn, habe jedes Wort verstanden. Das Frühstück war lieblos angerichtet. So gut wie kein frisches Obst. Die Eingabe eines Codes zum Öffnen des Zimmers fand ich sehr unpraktisch.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Das Hotel ist allgemein sehr modern eingerichtet und das zeigt sich schon beim Check-In, welcher unkompliziert auch Nachts um 00:30 noch Online ging. Das Hotel liegt mit fünf Minuten Fußweg sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof. Die Zimmer waren ebenfalls modern eingerichtet und großräumig. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls super. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren zwar relativ schmal, was aber nicht störend war. Dafür waren sie aber bequem. Das Badezimmer war zwar relativ klein, aber auf jeden Fall mehr als ausreichend.

Na pokoji není žádná skříň, lednice ani trezor. Úklid se objednává přes aplikaci, první den objednání úklid neproběhl. K celkové čistotě na pokoji mám výhrady - koupelná zašlá špína a vyluxováno nebylo za celou dobu pobytu. Každý den hluk v hotelu z pokojů a chodby, bouchání, křik apod. Nebyla jsem spokojená s hotelem a určitě se sem nevrátím.

Frukosten ok. Borde ingå enligt mig då det verkligen var standardfrukost, men ska inte dra ner betyget.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Boendet låg nära till den centrala tågstationen vilket gjorde det smidigt att sova på hotellet en natt och gå till tåget på morgonen. Det fanns Ac i rummen och tillräckliga persienner. Det fanns frukost på morgonen.
Sängarna var väldigt smala vilket påverkade sömnen tyvärr. Det hade också behövts en till hiss, speciellt eftersom om man bor högst upp får man med stor sannolikhet vänta ett tag på hissen, då det är inte så smidigt att gå i trappan om man har en massa bagage.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war knapp, ohne Begrüßung, trotz Buchung hat es einige Minuten gedauert, bis wir den Zimmerschlüssel bekommen haben. Im Zimmer haben Handtücher gefehlt, diese konnten nach Aussage der Rezeptionistin nicht nachgereicht werden, wir hätten sie selbst an der Rezeption abholen und hochbringen müssen, wenn wir sie haben wollen, so ihre Aussage.

If your room is ready, but you arrived before 3PM there is a 15 euro fee to check in early. Though they are happy to store bags

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Die Lage war sehr gut. Nicht zu weit vom Bahnhof entfernt (ca. 500-600m) und man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt. U-Bahnstation ist auch in der Nähe, somit eine sehr gute Anbindung zum Flughafen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Zimmer könnte etwas größer sein.

No te dan tarjeta de habitación, tienes que estar poniendo siempre un código. Te permiten dejar la maleta en un cuarto pero está abierto y no está vigilado. Por la noche no hay recepción si vienes tarde tendras que hacer tú mismo el checking

No tea/coffee facilities in room for refreshment. Room had a musty smell when we entered, we opened the window and door to air it out, but after an hour it was fine and didn't return.

Було не дуже чисто в кімнаті, але душ і туалет були чисті.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Gutes Hotel in guter Lage - nah am Bahnhof und auch nicht weit zur Stadtmitte. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Evtl. zwei drei Handtuchhalter mehr im Bad wären gut.
In den zentralen Räumlichkeiten, wie Rezeption und Frühstücksraum war die Luft nicht so gut. Hier sollte man evtl. mal nach der Klimaanlage schauen.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Pequeno-almoço muito bom com muita variedade. O próprio horário das 6:30-10:00 da manhã também é excelente. Wifi é bom, com ótimo sinal e boa velocidade. Quarto com bom espaço, bom design e casa de banho com ótimas condições. Localização do Hotel também é excelente visto estar perto de tudo o que se tenha que ver de Nuremberga, como também muito perto da estação principal.
Não gostei da situação do Ar Condicionado. Quando cheguei, tinha o Ar Condicionado bloqueado, quando perguntei na receção ao senhor, ele disse-me que estava bloqueado porque hóspedes anteriores andavam a "brincar" com ele e por isso se quisesse usar, tinha sempre que me dirigir à receção, o que é muito inconveniente ter sempre que sair do quarto para usar o Ar Condicionado tanto para ligar e desligar, então à noite ainda pior porque não há receção, resultado, as primeiras 2 noites passei muito mal porque tinha de estar com a janela aberta onde entrava pouco ar e eu suava imenso. Depois da segunda noite, ao falar e explicar a situação à senhora da receção (agora outra funcionária), ela desbloqueou-me o Ar Condicionado, o que fez a situação muito melhor, mas fiquei um pouco angustiado a pensar "porque o homem rececionista anterior não me fez o mesmo?", deu-me a sensação que esse rececionista homem não estava com vontade de trabalhar e muito pouco simpático. Outra situação que me incomodou foi as almofadas, a cama é ótima, mas as almofadas são péssimas, parecia que não tinham enchimento nenhum. Pior era o ruído, visto que nos primeiros 2 dias tinha de estar com a janela aberta, o barulho de carros e da rua em geral era muito incomodativo, como também as próprias paredes do quarto parece que não tem isolamento nenhum porque se ouvia tudo vindo de outros quartos: passos, ressonar, conversas mesmo a sussurrar, etc. Felizmente não houve muito disto, só ocasionalmente.

Falta de vontade e colaboração em guardarem as malas na recepção, por um período de 4h, após o check out (que foi feito pelas 9h, podendo ser feito até as 12h), sugerindo que colocássemos as malas na zona das refeições do hotel, indicando expressamente que não se responsabilizavam pelo seu desaparecimento.
