Reviewed Sep 16, 2026L'hôtel est très bien placé, au centre de Sortland, raison aussi pour laquelle le parking est payant. Chambre très propre et fonctionelle, lit double super confortable. Buffet de petit déjeuner magnifique avec vraiment beaucoup de choix, et bien fournit, je recommande.
Tarif très élevé dans le parking à côté de l'hôtel, pour la recharge d'un véhicule électrique.

Furchtbares Frühstück. Alles warme schmeckte wie in altem Pommes Öl zubereitet. Die weichen Eier waren flüssig. Es sah unordentlich aus. Als wir eine MA um Hilfe mit dem Fernseher baten, teilte sie mit, wie würde gleich hochkommen. Auf Nachfrage eine Stunde später teilte sie mit, der Kollege, der Ahnung hätte, käme erst abends um 23.30 Uhr….

Sauna kostet extra und es gibt keinen Ruhebereich. Der Parkplatz am Hotel ist recht teuer. Wenn man ein Stück die Straße vorfährt sind überall kostenlose Parkplätze…

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Rommene var stille, AC'en fungerte, og regulerte varmen raskt. Sengene komfortabel, og god plass på badet. Kjempeflott frokostbuffet, masse utvalg, ferskt og godt. Bord ble ryddet fortløpende og personalet var hyggelig og imøtekommende.
Liten bagatell, men jeg hadde bestilt dusjkrakk med bestillingen (er protesebruker), som ikke hadde blitt satt på rommet når vi sjekket inn. Men denne var på plass når vi kom tilbake.

Net als bijna overal in Noorwegen moet voor het parkeren van de auto, naast het hotel, betaald worden. Wij kunnen daar maar moeilijk aan wennen, het komt niet erg klantvriendelijk en sympathiek over. Het feit dat wij onder ons bed twee shirts, overigens keurig opgevouwen, van vorige bezoekers aantroffen (!), pleit niet voor een zeer grondige inspectie door de schoonmaakdienst. Overigens was alles uitermate schoon. Net als in elk ander hotel op deze planeet was er slechts 1 kofferrek. Niemand heeft ons ooit kunnen uitleggen waarom dit zo is.

Každé opuštění parkoviště se platí!! Možnost zaplatit aplikaci nebo automat. Parkování 150 NOK. Byli jsme 4 dospělí a dostali jsme pokoj s manželskou postelí a dvoupatrovou přistýlkou. Cítíte se jako v lehátkovém voze. Pro dva super pro čtyři katastrofa!

Si parcheggia fuori nel parcheggio dell’hotel e si paga quando si fa il check out alla macchinetta easy park. Durante il soggiorno se serve rispostarsi con l’auto non ci sono problemi. Si paga esclusivamente alla fine del soggiorno. 150 nok/die

Der Service im Restaurant. Service beim Abendessen war bis zum Bringen der Speisen gut, nachher kein Service mehr, niemand kam abräumen oder nach dem Dessert fragen. Für die Rechnung mussten wir aufstehen und fast gehen, damit jemand kam. Beim Frühstück war praktisch kein Tisch abgeräumt, man musste selber abräumen damit man sich hinsetzen konnte.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Grandioser Ausblick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Berge. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5.Stock. Großartiges Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Unbedingt die frischen Pancakes probieren. Außergewöhnlich große Brotauswahl.
Trotz Anrufs am Vorabend mit der Bitte um Zimmerreinigung wurde am nächsten Tag darauf vergessen. Duschvorleger im Bad wäre wünschenswert.

parcheggio pubblico a pagamento, acqua non potabile dai rubinetti e da acquistare in bottiglia ad un prezzo assurdo. Ristorante inaccettabile: mi hanno servito acqua bollita che sapeva di ferro quando avrebbe dovuto darmi acqua di fonte e non l'acqua resa potabile con bollitura. Pasta immangiabile perchè era probabilmente caduto il sale nella pentola, metà dei piatti indicati nel menù non erano disponibili. Un'ora per farsi servire il pasto. A fine cena il personale del ristorante non c'era più. Sauna a pagamento, senza asciugamani e senza sapone e sporca.
