Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Very modern room right by the Basilica of the Holy Trinity. Really enjoyed the layout of the room and the location. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was amply air conditioned which not the norm in Portugal. Easy walking to dinning a to the grounds of The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima. Not far of a walk to Ajustrel where the three children lived who had witnessed the apparition of Mary.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Het ontbijt was top. Er was genoeg en van alles en nog wat en je kunt van 7.00 uur to 10.30 uur ontbijten. De locatie is helemaal super je loopt zo naar het plein en de kerk. Ik denk dat dit 1 van de dichtstbij hotel is.

La recepción del hotel es el propio bar. La hora del desayuno en el fin de semana, fue caótica, con mucho tiempo de espera porque estaba todo ocupado. No nos limpiaron la habitación, a pesar de indicarlo con el avisador colgado en la puerta.

Do parque de estacionamento no piso -3. Quem tiver carros compridos nem se atreva a metê-lo no elevador. Para entrar com alguma dificuldade ainda se entra para sair tem que fazer imensas manobras para poder entrar com o carro no elevador!!! Nem tentem!!

Jag gillade egentligen allt men toalett och dusch var lite speciellt med endast glasdörrar. De var visserligen tonade men kändes inte helt privat. Annars så var det väldigt modernt och fint.

Gostei de tudo, talvez um pequeno detalhe de precisar descer toda vez que vc necessita encher a garrafa d'água na recepção, um pequeno detalhe que não altera em nada o meu conceito com relação ao hotel.

Pontos de atenção, alguns funcionários só falam inglês, o estacionamento é pequeno e não acomoda todos os carros se o hotel estiver cheio e a iluminação natural do quarto não é muito boa.

The soundproofing can be improved. I can hear when someone is coming in and out of the room next to ours and the sound of footsteps in the hallway. The room was impeccable, except the housekeeper maybe forgot to swiffer under the bed.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026The property was beyond gorgeous !!! I loved our stay at this hotel compared to the others. The amenities were perfect and the staff was so sweet to us. The food was amazing, I loved the passion fruit crème brûlée!! It is also at a perfect distance from the sanctuary.
The parking garage is underground but the spots are kind of small I’d say!

O estacionamento na garagem subterrânea do hotel não é indicado para pessoas com pouca experiência, nem para viaturas muito grandes, pois poderão ter dificuldade nas manobras. Isto não serve como critica negativa, mas sim um aviso a quem lá estaciona sem conhecer o espaço.

Echamos en falta tener crema hidratante de la misma línea que el gel de ducha/champú y gel de manos. Y pañuelos de papel. El parking no nos gustó nada, acceso estrecho y el ascensor no resultaba nada agradable ni práctico.

If you aren’t comfortable driving in tight spaces or have a large car you may find the car park (which has a car lift) somewhat challenging.

This was our first time in Portugal, and we can confidently say this room and hotel are the absolute best we have experienced in Europe regarding quality, top-tier facilities, and staff friendliness.The breakfast was beautifully presented—focused on simplicity, perfect execution, and high quality. I have the professional capacity to evaluate high standards, and the team at this hotel represents a benchmark that other European hotels should strive to copy.Whenever we return to Fátima, we will definitely stay here again. Słabo personel mówi po angielsku i słabo organizacja pracy w recepcji, nie podobało mi się że umywalka znajdowała się w pokoju. Źle się ogólnie czułam w pokoju, która przypominał mi bunkier, okna jakieś jak w piwnicy, drzwi do toalety i łazienki bez klamek. Dla mnie to dłużej przebywając w pokoju można nabawić się depresji. Nie wiem skąd takie dobre opinie.
