Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort

My husband and I had a blast celebrating his birthday and our wedding anniversary. The team at the resort did a fantastic job decorating our room, making it super special. It's a big place, with a huge pool, super convenient transport to the beach, and the Bali collection. It's a really nice place, with super friendly staff and great service. I'd say this place is worth a visit, and I'll definitely be back for more. Housekeeping did a great job ensure are room are tidy and enough amenities.

It appears that the bathroom has accumulated soap scum and mold, and we're unsure if any chemical cleaning agent was utilized in the cleaning process. However, it does not appear to be freshly cleaned.

The staff was very polite and professional. Always there to help you with everything. The room, the pools and the restaurants, all top notch.

Nous avons apprécié le magnifique petit déjeuner, la jungle pool au calme avec les doubles transats, le personnel aimable et serviable (comme partout en Asie 😊) et particulièrement la réactivité de DY, la manager, qui s'est pliée en 4 pour régler un petit souci dans notre chambre.

Hormis que personne ne nous a accompagné à la chambre à notre arrivée, rien.

To jeden z najpiękniejszych hoteli w jakim byłam na Bali. Czysty spokój i odpoczynek. Jestem osobą aktywna i zwykle nie lubię siedzieć w jednym miejscu ale w tym hotelu zatrzymaliśmy sie na dłużej- przedłużaliśmy pobyt będąc juz na miejscu:) i nie za bardzo chciało mi sie opuszczać hotel. Obsługa przemiła, z dużą empatia i wyrozumialoscia dla dzieci, piękna strefa basenowa, wiele bardzo wygodnych miejsc do leżenia i odpoczynku, bez zgiełku, bardzo spokojnie, relaksująco. Basen dla dzieci z płytka woda, klub dla dzieci z przemiłymi animatorkami, małym placem zabaw który dzieci uwielbiały. Wszędzie bardzo czysto, duzo zieleni. Jedzenie pyszne, dopracowane, mialam odczucie ze przede wszystkim jakosc produktow jest dobra. Przepyszne różnorodne śniadania. Nie umiem bardziej opisać naszych wrażeń. To był odpoczynek którego sie nie spodziewałam i czuje ze byl mi bardzo potrzebny. Jeśli kiedyś wrócę na Bali to na pewno zatrzymam sie tutaj na kilka nocy i będę polecać znajomym. Bardzo dziękujemy za wszystko.

Comfortable rooms with everything you need. Good variety of restaurants and swimming pools. Excellent breakfast with large variety. Nice gym. Free shuttle to Bali Collection and the beach. The private area on the beach with bar and food facilities were great. Very friendly staff.

Everything!! Staff is always smiling and so helpful…it was my birthday and the Navigator team decorated the room with balloons and sent a complimentary cake..so thoughtful.. Kids loved every minute of their stay including facilities at the kids club.

If I have to pick one, it would be the bathroom could do with a wall rather than curtains. I wake up early to go to the gym and kids were getting disturbed in the morning because of the curtains

The facilities are perfect for families. You’ve the got the restaurants, the kids club, the kids pool. It’s so family friendly. The kids club open from 8-8 and they have different activities each hour to entertain the little ones. The kids pool is great if your little ones want to swim. The service is amazing. They are always willing to help and go above and beyond. If you ever need anything, they would literally be there to assist. Super family friendly location. Would 100% book again !

水質，以為五星飯店的水質會好一些，沒想到才一天帶去的蓮蓬頭濾芯就從乳白變成土黃色，還卡了許多細小的雜質。

En general esta todo muy bien, muy limpio y cuidado.

La playa no merece nada la pena, te llevan en un mini bus 15 mins, hay pocas hamacas y la playa es malita, esta llena de algas y plastico. Quiza pondria mas actividades en el hotel y un gimnasio mas grande. Es un rollo que todo el rato te preguntan tu numero de habitacion, para todo un par de veces. Los precios del spa son desorbitados.

풀이 4개 있고 시원하고 깨끗해요. 풀 옆에 탁구장이 있고 호텔 안에서 놀기 좋아요. 욕실엔 샤워부스랑 화장실이 분리되어 있고 욕조도 분리되어 있어 좋았어요.

중국인들 대상으로 마케팅을 해서 그런지 풀에서, 레스토랑에서 담배피는 걸 아무렇지 않게 내버려 두더라구요. 비흡연자인 우리 가족들은 아주 불쾌했어요. 체크아웃 하면서 이야기 했더니 레스토랑 바깥테이블은 흡연 가능하지만, 풀은 아니라고 한다. 그래서 비흡현자에 대한 존중은 없는 것 같다고 같은 메리어트 호텔인제도 웨스틴 호텔은 전구역이 금연이라고 규칙은 있다고 얘기했다. 그리고 아침 조식은 한국으로 비유하쟈면 애슐리 느낌^^.,

De hele dag, 7 dagen per week van 8 uur tot 18 uur betonhakken in de nabijheid. Door deze enorme herrie was zitten op het balkon niet mogelijk. Als we dit van te voren hadden geweten, was een ander hotel geboekt.

Rooms were absolutely lovely! Really beautiful and clean. staff were great all round, great location, we had a wonderful time here. My daughter absolutely LOVED the kids club, she asked to go everyday and really enjoyed it.

The main pool area is very run down, beds aren’t the cleanest and most of the towels are covered in marks, the pool itself self was also quiet run down

Property is good

Cleaning rooms especially bathroom and toilet not up to 5 star, some weird smell from rooms.

All staff were genuinely nice , it made a huge impact on our stay. Will definitely come back

Worth the price and the best hospitality

We stayed at the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort for eight nights as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. The facilities were outstanding. The swimming pools were lovely, and the spa and gym were both excellent. The choice of food in the restaurants and around the pool was extensive, and everything we tried was delicious. The breakfast was exceptional and probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. The service throughout the resort was fantastic. The staff are what truly make this hotel special. Everyone we met was kind, friendly and always willing to help. Our children absolutely loved the kids’ club and looked forward to going each day. They thoroughly enjoyed the wide range of activities and were very well looked after by the team. It was particularly lovely that many of the activities taught them about Bali, its culture and the natural environment. We would highly recommend the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort to families and would happily stay here again.

The bathrooms need good cleaning.

The rooms were modern, very clean and comfortable. The grounds were immaculate. The service from all of the staff was exceptional. We liked that WhatsApp was used for communication. Steaksmith restaurant food was excellent. The buffet breakfast had a huge range.

The food ordered at the pool bar was very average. The main pool had a spa area that was not working and looked in need of an update.

The breakfast was especially good. I especially like the Asian dishes like soto ayam with noodles. But it is also nice to have an omelette some mornings. The variety was simply amazing. One morning we were able to have breakfast at Lion X and the chicken rice there was outstanding. I also like the rainforest shower, and the thick bathmat is appreciated.

The position of the bath is a bit weird, I am sure you must have had comments about it. The first room we were given smelled musty and I let the manager know. We were assigned another room immediately and this was much appreciated.

We have absolutely loved our week long stay at the Renaissance Nusa Dua. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone is incredibly friendly, genuinely caring, and always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay special. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The hotel itself is beautiful, with fantastic pool areas that are perfect for both adults and children, and there are great happy hour deals on drinks throughout the day. We chose to eat at Backstage for both breakfast and dinner, and the food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety. A special mention goes to Nita, who looked after us so wonderfully. She was incredibly kind to our children, always attentive, and her warm, friendly nature made our meal a pleasure. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The combination of exceptional service, great facilities, delicious food, and a fantastic atmosphere made this a holiday to remember. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the Renaissance Nusa Dua to anyone visiting Bali!

Nous avons quasiment tout aimé: Le lieu. La chambre, très joliment décorée (l'attention particulière: décoration et petit gâteau pour mon anniversaire) à notre arrivée. Le petit déjeuner très varié. Les petites attentions comme une glace offerte pour les enfants chaque jour. Réduction pour les restaurants. Nous avons aussi testé plusieurs restaurants de l'hôtel qui était très bon: celui de la piscine, le backstage et le steaksmith. Le personnel très réactif, professionnel et sympathique. Navette à disposition et gratuite pour la plage et pour Bali collection.

Piscine assez froide. Serviettes assez vieillottes et tachées (dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing) et pas assez de serviettes.

The restuarants get a bit overwhelmed during peak times. No other issues.

Toni Mixiologist Atomic and Bayu and Arika are amazing! They made us exactly what we asked, are so friendly, and made our experience on our honeymoon so special. We will definitely be back!!! Drinks are so yummy and they were very attentive. Music is great too!
