Nelle cabine non c'è neanche spazio per i bagagli (un armadietto piccolo non costava molto) e l'areazione non è sufficiente per rimuovere odori (anche nei bagni comuni in cui non ci sono finestre. Posizione abbastanza malfata, non mi fiderei ad uscire la sera. Deposito bagagli a pagamento.

Hostel next level style. Stapelbed met muurtjes eromheen. Gloednieuw en brandschoon, ook sanitair. Leuke barruimte. Ligt nabij leuke wijk maar ook helaas drugsgebruik op straat. Goed geslapen. Liggen en ogen dicht. Even wennen aan de krapte, en geen zicht naar buiten.

. Douches zijn wat ver en je moet deels langs de lobby. In je hok kun je letterlijk je kont niet keren. Mijn bed was hoog en een trapje was er niet (wel een plankje om op te steunen)

I was attending the International Conference of Emergency Medicine in Hamburg which was being held at the Congress Centre in Hamburg (CCH), So, this location was within short walking distance of the Central Station (Hamburg Hauptbahnhof) in a straight line down one street and to get to the CCH, I just had to catch the S-Bahn one stop to Hamburg-Dammtor and then walk a short distance to the CCH. The location was perfect. There's also a short walk in the other direction to a cinema, so if you want to go to the movies, it's just a short walk, one stop S-Bahn ride and another short walk. It is effectively a capsule hotel and you're basically staying in a pod but especially for something where you're going to be out all day, I thought it was perfect for this. When I was staying there, the facilities weren't an issue either, it's remarkably spotless from the toilets to the shower areas (plenty of showers too, like a lot). There's some nice common areas like rooms and balconies on the upper floors. Nil issues with noise or comfort in the room/capsule/pod either. My especially favourite part was that the key system was a wristband that I could just put on and wear and otherwise forgot about which was very convenient (though remember to put it back on after a shower, the only time in my entire stay I ever took it off and very nearly locked myself out on the way out of the area). You can also load money onto your wristband with a credit or debit card and use it to pay for things like at the front desk or vending machines. The front desk is also manned 24 hours a day. All up, I had a really good stay here and would definitely use again or try other CAB20 facilities elsewhere!

I had no issues with the location itself which was immaculate and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The short straight walk from the Hamburg Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) could be a little bit confronting given the immediate surroundings and the people there. I never felt in danger, though.

Possibly the most modern and clever accommodation I've come across. Extremely well built, clean, great bathrooms, and really nice chill out areas. Air temp and ventilation were spot on. The keys are worn as a wrist band. Also loved the music playing throughout the day.

Showers are on a different floor (-1). Rooms can be a bit tight if you have big bags.

Als Frau alleine sollte man unbedingt den Weg vom Bahnhof zur Unterkunft vermeiden - lieber an einer anderen Station aussteigen und nachts ein Uber nehmen.

El diseño de los espacios es interesante. El proceso de check-in y check-out es muy sencillo.

No hay apenas espacio para dejar las maletas. Está pensado para personas que viajan sin equipaje. La zona en que está ubicado parece un poco problemática aunque personalmente no tuvimos ningún incidente.

Gut. Ein für mich neues Erlebnis, in einer solch kleinen Kabine untergebracht zu sein. Hostel-Feeling mit Etagen-WCs und Gemeinschaftsduschen. Die Lounge lädt zum Verweilen ein. Für mehr als 1 oder 2 Nächte werde ich das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel nehmen, indem man etwas mehr Platz im Zimmer hat

Als alleinreisende Frau empfand ich die Lage suboptimal.

Chambre cabine très bien pensée, moderne, propre et insonorisée. Nous y avons très bien dormi. Les enceintes de la cabine sont connectées par bluetuth avec le téléphone. Les communs sont impeccables, le lobby agréable avec sympathique personnel, un local fermé est prévu pour les vélos, resto bon marché à proximité.

Modernt, fräscht och rent. Små cabin rum utan fönster, men kändes ok då det var rent med bekväm säng och sköna sängkläder. Trevligt med bemannad reception och café/bar. Moderna och rena duschar i källaren, toaletter på varje våning.

Grundsätzlich sieht alles genau so aus, wie auch auf den Bildern dargestelllt. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und bei den Toiletten und Duschen wird auf Sauberkeit geachtet.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, insbesondere wenn man kurzfristig bucht. Die Kabinen sind klein, eine Doppelkabine ist für eine Person gerade so okay. In der Kabine hatte es Schimmel, was aufgrund der sowieso schon eingeschränkten Lüftung aufgrund fehlender Fenster als sehr negativ zu bewerten ist. Das Frühstück ist teuer und die Auswahl sehr eingeschränkt (bei Allergien oder veganer Ernährung nicht geeignet). Einige der Mitarbeitenden waren unfreundlich und gaben einem als Gast das Gefühl, nicht erwünscht zu sein. Die Gegend ist besonders abends und alleine als Frau nicht empfehlenswert.

La réception est ouverte 24/7 et ça nous a sauvé pour notre arrêt inopiné à Hambourg. Le personnel a été très gentil et c'est très propre.

C'est difficile de rentrer deux valises dans les chambres capsules.

Ich musste über Stufen aufs Bett klettern. In meinem Alter( fast 70J) sehr unbequem.Vor Allem nachts, wenn man auf die Toilette muss.

In Cab 1 left speaker does not work. Got Cab 1 which is directly located opposite of restrooms and gating door in spite of having asked for a calm one. Everything that is not promoted to be included costs extra. Wooden haptic is nice but sometimes the metal and wood worked against and caused quite loud clicking sound.

Die Mitarbeiter waren so unglaublich freundlich und ich habe mich dort so wohl gefühlt. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen.

Die Preise sind exorbitant hoch während einer Messe. Die Lage ist nahe Bahnhof abends mit viel Vorsicht zu genießen. Augen auf wenn dunkel.

La propreté, le confort, l'ambiance générale très sympathique. La cabine assez grande pour nos bagages, les sanitaires, la salle commune à l'étage.

Le gros bémol est le quartier, particulièrement le soir même si nous n'avons pas été importunés. Cela peut rebuter une femme seule. Mais une fois à l'intérieur cette impression s'efface, tout est calme et rassurant.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und die verbauten Materialien wirken hochwertig, die Kabine ist kuschelig und hat alles was man braucht. Dazu ist das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich.

Die Lage ist sehr nah am Bahnhof, eigentlich gut gelegen. Der Weg dahin ist jedoch unangenehm, weil es sich anfühlt als würde man über irgendeinen Bazar mit Gruppen die an den Strassenecken herumhängen und drogensüchtigen Obdachlosen. Ist aber wohl notmal für bahnhofsnähe in jeder deutschen Stadt.

La struttura si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale di Amburgo, in un quartiere multicolore. I locali nella zona sono di tutte le nazionalità, soprattutto turchi; per chi potrebbe sentirsi insicuro: ognuno si fa i fatti suoi e la Polizei è molto presente; per chi vuole invece rituffarsi nell'atmosfera amburghese può trovare la Lange Reihe a breve distanza. La costruzione è modernissima; gli alloggi sono dei cubicoli di legno abbastanza spaziosi per due persone con un bagaglio ragionevole; si può addirittura collegare lo smartphone con gli altoparlanti del proprio cubicolo per creare un sottofondo musicale che non disturba i vicini. I bagni condivisi al piano sono numerosi e molto puliti; le docce si trovano invece nel piano sottoterra; sono numerose e davvero ben pensate, ognuna con un mini-spogliatoio adeguatamente protetto dall'acqua. Al piano terra c'è un bar dove si può fare colazione o bere una birra anche a tarda ora, e c'è anche una lounge con terrazza all'ultimo piano. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Non manca davvero niente!

La posizione è ottima per i mezzi pubblici, ma si trova in una zona multicolore che potrebbe risultare sgradita a chi è sensibile a questo aspetto delle città moderne

Struttura ottima ma la zona circostante è pericolosa. Brutta esperienza con persone che mi hanno inseguito e ho assistito ad una aggressione in metro nel tragitto per aereoporto il giorno che ho fatto il check-out.

Purtroppo l' area circostante con senzatetto e tossici allo sbando non è raccomandabile e va presa in gestione per una maggiore sicurezza dei clienti della struttura.

The first room was extremely small and very noisy because of the entrance door so I could barely sleep The breakfast was very disappointing and some of the cutlery was dirty and I also expected the bathroom and shower to be cleaner for this price

It is perfect for a short stay. The room is big enough to spend the night comfortably, bed is comfy as well. Everything was clean and modern. Great facilities such as showers and toilets. Staff are also great at their jobs, really nice and competent people. It is 7 minute walk from Hbf and it was really easy to find.

-) The height of the bed was a bit too high for me, it was difficult to get on it. -) There is a light on a light switch that is close to head, so while sleeping it is bright enough to be a bother -) Breakfast is really not worth the money. -) Location around Hbf area was quite scary during the night

Alles wirklich super sauber! Wir haben länger überlegt, da wir keine Fans von Gemeinschaftsbädern sind, aber diese waren wirklich immer sehr gepflegt. Außerdem war das Personal an der Rezeption super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Cabin war gemütlich und sehr funktional. Klar ist es dort eng, aber das weiß man ja vorher. Es sieht alles genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Für den Preis wirklich unschlagbar!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Ende einer Straße, wo ich als Frau alleine Angst gehabt hätte. Man kann diese Straße aber umgehen. Direkt 150m hinter dieser Straße liegt wiederum eine wundschöne Straße mit süßen Lädchen und Cafés.

Очень дружелюбный персонал, удобные и продуманные капсулы, комфортный матрас и нормальная звукоизоляция. Душевые оказались удобными: есть сухая зона для переодевания и вещей. Завтрак без большого разнообразия, но всё свежее и есть всё необходимое, чтобы нормально и сытно поесть. Район по отзывам казался намного страшнее, чем оказался в реальности: бездомные и люди с зависимостями встречаются, но их немного, они не агрессивны и непосредственно у отеля никто не стоит.

Не хватает индивидуального светильника для чтения в капсуле: либо включать весь свет, либо оставаться в темноте. Подушки слишком синтетические и пушистые. В душевой нет полочки для собственного шампуня и косметики. Также удивило, что халат и тапочки оплачиваются отдельно — при цене около 180 € за две ночи в маленькой капсуле хотелось бы, чтобы хотя бы халат был включён в стоимость.

Le quartier de la gare est vraiment well...mais l'hôtel n'y peut rien. Il est situé entre une rue " qui craint " et la Hansaplatz de l'autre côté menant vers la L'ange Reihe avec des commerces, cafés, restaurants, quartier plus sympa, menant vers l'Aussenalster, super lac en pleine ville...

I thought the receptionist who checked me in was great, very welcoming and genuine. The facilities were great too, very clean and comfortable.

I couldn't switch off the light in my room. The night receptionist said he knew there is a way to reset the system but he didn't know how. The receptionist in the morning came, clicked the on off three times very quickly and the system was reset. The night receptionist should have known.

It was quiet, very clean and well appointed, i.e. the toilets and showers. The location was great in terms of closeness to the station and some venues but not the nicest area on arrival. I didn’t book breakfast.

I wish I’d known about the raised bed in my pod which was quite awkward and undignified to get onto. I would definitely ask for a lower pod on any return visit. A small detail but knowing about the little lamp at the back would have been useful before my last sleep there, maybe a little sign would make this more obvious as it totally changes the space.

Wo das Haus nichts für kann ist die Lage, aber Großstadt Nähe Bahnhof leider auch zu erwarten. Bin halt Dorfkind und manches was man sieht nicht gewohnt. Trotzdem ist die Innenstadt zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber. Das Gemeinschaftsbad bot die Möglichkeit für Privatsphäre in den Duschen und WCs.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war hervorragend. Alles sauber! Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre.

Der Weg zu Unterkunft ist eher ein schlechtes Erlebnis. Die Gegend ist sehr schmuddelig und unberechenbar.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Neben meinem Zimmer machte leider die Klimaanlage laute Geräusche, die bis ins Zimmer zu hören waren. Ein Wechsel des Zimmers war problemlos möglich. Die Zimmer und die Toiletten/Duschräume waren super sauber und wurden regelmäßig gereinigt.

Wer im CAB20 Hotel übernachtet sollte sich der Lage mitten in St. Georg bewusst sein. Drogenkonsum ist hier an jeder Ecke zu beobachten. Als ich Abends zum Hotel zurück wollte, habe ich ein Taxi genommen, um nicht durch das Viertel laufen zu müssen.

Sauber, nettes Personal und für 2 Nächte vollkommen ausreichende Schlafcab - mal was anderes eben..

Die Lage ist eine absolute Katastrophe! Wir haben uns in der Gegend überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt. Überall waren Menschen, die offen mit Drogen gehandelt bzw. diese konsumiert haben, außerdem waren zahlreiche Prostituierte unterwegs. Die gesamte Umgebung wirkte auf uns extrem unangenehm und teilweise erschreckend. Man hatte zu keiner Zeit ein wirklich gutes Gefühl und wir würden aufgrund der Lage definitiv nicht noch einmal hier übernachten. Schade, denn die Unterkunft selbst mag vielleicht in Ordnung sein – die Umgebung hat unseren Aufenthalt jedoch sehr negativ beeinflusst.

Was man sich von einem Cabin-Hotel erwartet. Sehr sauber, sehr bequem, sehr eng, aber das muss einem schon davor klar sein. Trotzdem sehr angenehm hier zu übernachten und eigentlich das einzige was man sich als Solo-Traveller leisten kann.

Die Umgebung hinter dem Hauptbahnhof und dem Hansaplatz ist eine Katastrophe. Man fühlt sich absolut unsicher. Drogen, Obdachlosigkeit und Prostitution direkt vor dem Hotel. Leider!

Kabina byla extrémně pohodlná, personál přátelský, sdílené sociální zařízení a sprchy řešené tak chytře, že mi nevadilo nemít je v rámci pokoje. Na hotelu byl klid a reproduktory v kabině byly cool. Člověk se tam cítil bezpečně.

Snídaně byly málo variabilní a to, že nebyl v ceně ani obyčejný pytlíkový čaj, to mě trochu zarazilo. Příště bych volila pobyt bez snídaně. Byla jsem v hotelu 5 nocí a ani jednou nebyl vynesen koš v mé kabině, ani doplněny čisté ručníky, což mi taky přišlo divné.

L'établissement était très propre et la chambre comme annoncée. Une ambiance cosy. Il ne faut pas espérer pouvoir ouvrir ses valises dedans mais des sac à dos oui. Les douches étaient très propres également. Le resto en face de l'hôtel. Je ne peux pas mettre plus que 8/10 pour une somme cabine par contre

Le quartier n'est pas terrible.

Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Bahnhof gelegen. Für einen wenige Übernachtungen ist es völlig ausreichend. Die Cabins sind gemütlich und es ist ruhig in der Nacht. Waschräume sind sauber und ordentlich.

Die Gegend hinter dem Bahnhof, wo sich das Cab20 befindet, ist etwas herrunter gekommen und Nachts oft noch von Bar-und Clubbesuchern bevölkert. Im Hotel selber bekommt man davon nichts mit aber Nachts alleine auf dem Weg zum Hotel fühlt man sich als Frau einwenig unsicher.

Die Zimmer sind klein und gemütlich. Das klima in den zimmern ist trotz keines Fensters sehr gut. Die Toiletten sowie die Duschen waren super sauber. Die Dachterrassr sowie der Aufenthaltsraum sind sehr schö.

Der gang in dem Zimmer ist etwas zu klein. Es gibt keine vernünftige Lösung für einen Koffer. Mit 2 Koffern in einer doppelkabine unmöglich. Schallschutz wie beschrieben null vorhanden.
