Although the room was a non smoking room but when enter can smell cigarettes. After mentioned to the receptionist they change the room. It was helpful of the staff for this matter....thanks for the fast action.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026We checked in past midnight due to the late in coming flight and was surprised the transport could not drive inro the compound to bring us closer to the hotel main entrance.as there was no security attending to the barrier gate Worse still the reception lobby was on the 3 rd floor and so there was a complete absense of any hotel staff reception/greeting at all

Breakfast could be a little bit more international and fresh. Please consider offering knives or at least spreading knives.

Рядом с отелем есть продуктовые магазины и кафе. В номере был утюг с гладильной доской. Завтрак нормальный, вполне европейский набор продуктов. Хороший вай фай.
Не совсем чистый номер, слабый напор в душе.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Good size of room and comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. The hotel is right next to a retail mall, so there’s no shortage of eating options (before 22.00) and make sure you have cash and Alipay). It’s only a 10 minute taxi ride from the cruise port.
No milk for making a cup of tea in the room, but it is east Asia. Few adults tolerate lactose in this part of the world.

At breakfast everyone, regardless of status, chipped in to help serve plus ensured the dining pl was clean. We enjoyed a marvellous stay! Will definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who joins a cruise there!

Рядом торговый центр с магазинами и огромным количеством фут кортов. До международного круизного терминала 10-15 мин на такси.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2024The property is right on shopping mall, all 3 levels have restaurants, 5 minutes walking to Baoyang metro station but fr here to East Nanjing st. about an hour, I bought 3 days metro ticket at the entrance costing around $7 US dollar. Too cheap. I booked this place because its just few miles fr Chinese cruise terminal which we booked 6/5 d/n to Jeju island and Japan. Also the manager helped us to printed cruise tickets, thanks for that.

Mybooking.com organised a taxi pick-up for us at the airport, the driver was there at the arrivals gate to meet us, and a very reasonable price too, considering Pudong airport was approx. 50 km from the hotel and cruise terminal. The actual hotel was part of a large shopping centre, with lots of eateries within and the railway station to Shanghai was just the other side of the shopping centre. Perfect for sightseeing in Shanghai prior to the cruise. Breakfast is also included in the hotel price.
Few more English speaking staff, although the male receptionist kindly used the translation app on his phone to help,

Reviewed Jun 22, 2024This was a great stay. I had a suite and it was the best start for my China tour. Be aware this hotel is 30 minutes from the cente of Shanghai but I knew that when booking. One thing, this far out from the city you are unlikely to find many english speakers. Overall I will be staying next time.

He wrote out locations for me to go in English then Chinese so I could communicate to get transport to where I wanted to go. He even helped me with how to set up payment apps through phone since you can’t use credit card In China. I would highly recommend Kimmy if you are an English spoken traveller. A1 service Thankyou 😊
