Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Замечательное пребывание в отеле в городе, который понравился с первой минуты. Локация, номер просторный, чистый, тихий. Единственно, что не смогли открыть окно, а так хотелось немного проветрить, окна заблокированы. Рекомендую это. Отель, он очень уютный, близость с вокзалом, для нас было актуально, мы ездили в Пусан дважды и в Сеул, отличная локация
Можно дать возможность хоть для небольшого проветривания окна

施設が5つ星ホテルにしては、イマイチだった。 エレベーターが4台あるが、連携されていなく、人が待っていないのに、全階止まってて、ロビーに降りるのに時間がものすごくかかっていた。 洗面所のドアもストッパーが付いていなく、閉めるたびにものすごくうるさかった。

처음이라 주상복합 건물인 줄 모르고 호텔만 찾다가 한바퀴 돌고나서 쉽게 찾았슴 !!! 주상복합 건물 지하주차장으로 들어가서 주차하고 호텔 전용 엘리베이터 타고 로비로 가서 체크인 빠르게 했습니다.

부킹닷컴으로 예약했는데 문제가 조금있었습니다. 3명이 방문 예정이라 예약시 조식포함 메뉴라 예약을 했습니다. 현장에 방문해보니 그것은 2인 기준이라 1인을 추가 결제해야한다고 해서 추가 비용이 더 들었네요. 부킹닷컴으로 예약하는 사람들이 불편하지않기위해 개선했으면 좋겠습니다.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026부킹닷컴에 예약한 방 사진에는 객실 내 욕조가 있는 것으로 확인되어 예약을 했음. 하지만 체크인 후 룸에 들어가니 욕조는 없는 상태였음. 데스크에 문의 했으나 뜬금없이 욕조있는 객실은 추가요금을 지불해야하며, 해당 내용은 예약사이트에서 옵션선택이 있다고 안내함. 호텔 측에서 일반적인 방식으로 응대를 하고 먼저 고객이 어떤 정보를 보고 예약을 했는지 확인도 하지 않고 답변을 하였으며, 고객이 시간을 들여서 재차 사이트를 확인하여 해당 내용이 없음을 다시 설명을 하니 룸을 바꿔줌. 예약정보를 추제적으로 관리해야 할 호텔 측에서 고객에게 정보를 다시 확인하게 하여 늦은저녁 피곤한 상태임에도 불구하고 30분 이상 제대로 휴식을 취하지 못한 상태로 사실관계를 확인하게 하는 응대는 5성급 호텔 응대로는 부족함.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025룸 컨디션, 위치, 교통, 가성비 고려하면 인터불고 제치고 대구 탑티어는 맞습니다. 침구도 편하고 룸도 너무 건조하지 않아서 잠도 잘 오더라고요. 엄청 고급스러운 느낌은 없어서 호캉스라기엔 민망하지만 ㅎㅎ 단점이 없다는게 장점인 호텔입니다. 모든게 깨끗하고요. 직원분들이 특히 정말 친절하십니다. 한분 한분 너무 섬세하시더라고요. 저는 결혼식 때문에 동선이 살짝 꼬여서 미리 레이트 체크인 요청했는데 그것도 오버차지 없이 해주셔서 감사했어요. 잘 쉬다 갑니다.
조식은 안먹어서 모르겠고 금요일 디너 뷔페 이용했는데 투숙객 20% 할인을 받아서 9만원대에 저렴하게 먹기는 했으나... 아쉽습니다... 가짓수가 그렇게 많은 편이 아니라 단품 하나 하나 퀄리티가 더 좋을 줄 알았는데 자숙대게 비리고 살 없고 양갈비, 부채살도 퀄리티가 아쉽고요. 흠, 육류 중식 베이커리가 괜찮다고 들었는데 전 닭죽이 제일 맛있더라구요. 뭐 9만원대 치고 더 바라기도 민망하긴 합니다.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2025There was sticky stuff on the pillow. Springtails were present. There was tape on the wall. There was a smell when first entering the room. My nose was sneezing due to allergies. 베드에 끈적이는 것이 있었어요. 벌레가 있었어요. 벽에 테이프가 붙어 있었어요. 문을 열자마자 냄새가 났어요. 코가 알레르기로 재채기를 했어요.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025가격이 싸지도 않은데 객실내 제공되는 커피조차 없고 물도 정수기, 사우나 수영장은 투숙개도 다 유료고 값어치가 느껴지지 않습니다. 샤워시설 대리석이 샤워중 부셔져서 다칠뻔했고, 해당 대리석만 수거해갈뿐 청소나 이런건 없었어요. 대구에 브랜드호텔이 없어서 이런것인지 모르겠으나 출장용 아니면 별로인거같아요
