Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Very convenient, right next to the train station. Staff: The staff were kind and helpful. There is an elevator in the building. The windows do a great job of blocking out train noise when closed and the air conditioning blows ice-cold.
Parking behind the building costs 8 EUR per day. We paid for it but unfortunately, there were no spots left. There is a multi-story parking garage right next to the building for 10 EUR a day, which might be a safer bet. The rooms were not very clean and there is definitely room for improvement here. The mattresses were also completely worn out and saggy. The breakfast was very poor. They put out very small portions and it takes a long time for them to restock the items.

Booking: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I would not recommend this hotel. The air conditioning in our room was broken on a day when the temperature was around 42°C. The room was unbearably hot, like a sauna, making it almost impossible to sleep. What disappointed us the most was the manager's attitude. Instead of trying to solve the problem or offering an alternative room, he gave us only two options: either stay in the room with the broken air conditioning or leave without an immediate refund. He clearly said there was no solution and that the air conditioner would not be repaired. The situation became so stressful that the receptionist, who was very kind, started crying because of the argument. We felt sorry for her, so we decided to stay. She even offered us complimentary breakfast, and we appreciate her kindness. However, that did not solve the main issue. We spent a very uncomfortable night because of the heat. We booked this trip to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by the poor customer service and the manager's unprofessional behavior. I cannot recommend staying here unless the management improves the way they treat their guests and ensures that essential facilities like air conditioning are working properly.
