Reviewed Dec 28, 2024I used Best Western often in the US. When I came to Korea, I searched Best Western and found a hotel with the same name here in Asan. I'm going to write a detailed review here. First of all, the security in the parking lot is excellent. There was an underground parking lot and security was provided for hotel guests. Parking is free. I checked in late at night, and the staff was very kind and provided guidance. The interior of the room was neat and clean. The bathroom was also clean. Towels were very clean. The blue carpet in the hotel lobby, hallways, and even guest rooms was very neat. Breakfast was very reasonably priced at 18,000 won per person. A lot of food was prepared with a quality that can never be found in the United States. There was simple Korean food, Western food, etc., as well as various drinks and bread. The food was seasoned very well and tasted great. The hotel was a large apartment-style structure. This place had a dedicated shuttle bus, which was a service that carried out the work of the contracted company. It appeared to be a shuttle bus transporting people. There is a smoking area outside the first floor. There was a lot of guidance in Japanese and it seemed like there were a lot of foreigners coming. When I opened my eyes in the morning, green nature welcomed me. I think I will visit this place whenever I need quiet healing. Thank you to Best Western Asan Hotel for providing such great service.

Reviewed Dec 22, 2024근처 방문할 일이 있어서 1박을 하게 되었는데 기대보다 너무 깔끔했습니다. 전자렌지와 중형 냉장고가 있어서 무척 편리했고 공기청정기도 요긴하게 사용했습니다. 게다가 침대방이어서 기대하지도 않았는데 바닥난방까지! 아늑하고 불편함 전혀 없었던 1박 이었네요.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2024Arrived the hotel at 11.30am. Was told by the receptionist that the check in time was 3pm. He suggest me to come back at 2pm to try my luck. I visit a coffee shop nearby and back at 1.47pm. The reception tell me that I can pay extra 10k won in order to check in now. I am shock and rejected the offer. If they told me earlier at 11am can pay extra to check in earlier. I am sure will pay. But 10k won for 1 hour extra. I didn’t see the value of it. This really make me upset. My multihead plug not able to secure on the wall so I am asking whether any extension wire. But receptionist immidiate rejected the help. Luckily got a staff beside help me to get one. I would say the receptionist need to be more friendly except could speak English. Bcoz this make me doubt whether this is a best western hotel or not. Btw there were only 3-4 coffee shop nearby and very few restaurant nearby. I would say just basic , not much fancy here.

When selecting this hotel, I did not realize that it was very far away from my place of work. The distance added my time to my travel to and from my work location. This in no way took away from the very good treatment by the hotel staff. Thank you.

Reviewed Nov 23, 2023The room was fine and spacious. There isn't much around the hotel as there's a lot of building going on, but when it's finished, it'll be a really nice area. It's close to the Mediterranean Town in Cheonan. The bathroom was fine too.
I booked for a Saturday night and was looking forward to breakfast. When I checked in, I saw that breakfast was not available on Sunday or holidays. I've never stayed in a hotel where breakfast wasn't offered every day. Weird.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2021Hotel is in a fairly new part of Apsan. About a fifteen minute drive from Camp Humphreys- so if you’re looking for something close to the base this isn’t the place. Other than that, it is great for solo travelers, full fridge and freezer, microwave, tub and shower. Hotel management had English translations ready which made it very convenient. Parking is limited to two levels so you need to get here early, but there is plenty of parking on the street in a safe area that is being built up. Breakfast buffet was 10,000 won and had seasonal fruit, salad, cereal, bread, with Asian fusion (Korean japchae, chicken karage, steamed rice) assorted Korean banchan, juice, milk, coffee and espresso. Again, very clean and bed, pillows, and down comforter was a plus. Will come again!

Reviewed Sep 16, 2021조식은 금액 대비 (2021.9월현재.15000원) 너무 형편없습니다. 날계란을 배식하며 (후라이나 삶은 것이 아니고) 잔반처리및 퇴식이 셀프인데 퇴식구가 있는 것도 아니고 배식대 한쪽에 협탁을 두고 그 위에 알미늄 반찬통을 두개 놓아두었습니다. 객실은 너무나 휼륭한데 참 아쉽습니다.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2021로비에 안내해주시는분 친정합니다. 개장한지 얼마안된곳이라 모든게 깨끗하고 새물품으로 구성되있습니다. 냉장고가 냉장/냉동 구분된 큰거라 좋았고 생수2 음료2 있습니다 공기청정기도 있어 풀가동 환기따로 않했음 텔레비전도 4k 모니터인데 올레티비셋탑있는데 4k + 넷플릭스 가능합니다. 계정로그인해서 잘 봤습니다. 단점은 에어컨 조절이 디테일하게 안되 아쉽고 침대 시트가 무른편이라 허리아팠음 , 베게도 너무 말랑해서 불편했음, 수건은 작은거2 큰거2 있습니다

Reviewed Jun 27, 2021주변이 아무것도 없는데 저는 그래서 더 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 조용하게 잘 쉴 수 있습니다. 근처 조금만 나가면 음식점들도 있어서 괜찮구요. 방도 깨끗하고 환해서 너무 너무 좋아요!! 직원분들도 친절하시구요. 아산 갈일 있으면 또 이용할 의사 100% 입니다!

Reviewed Jun 4, 2021주변이 개발되지 않아 식당이나 편의시설은 아직 부족합니다. 주변이 모두 공사중이라 이른 아침에 공사소음이 있는것만 불편했고 시설의 청결함이나 직원들의 친절함등 다른 부분은 만족스럽습니다.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2021신축답게 깨끗해서 좋았어요 객실 화장실 침구류 등등 깔끔하고 깨끗하게 정돈이 잘 되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 호텔 바로 근처는 공사중이라 어수선하고 가까운 식당은 지중해마을까지 가야하네요 아직까진 주변 인프라가 아쉽지만 잘 머무르고 왔습니다.
