The location to visit susukino was excellent. I could do almost everything by walk

The staff accepted to take my luggage in storage until I was ready to get to the airport, however I felt that it was annoying to them when I needed to get it back.

Very comfortable room and in an excellent location! We loved our stay.

スタッフの感じが悪い。その一言に尽きる。 大浴場に垢がたくさん浮いていて気持ちが悪い。

今の情勢仕方ないかもですが、2泊までならベッドメイクが無かった。タオルは新しいのくれましたが。

部屋に衣類をしまえる場所がなかった。大浴場のゴミ箱はいつも満杯で溢れてた。脱衣所は髪の毛が大量に落ちていて、目が悪い私は気付かずそれを踏んで、部屋に帰ったら靴下とスリッパが髪の毛まみれ！髪の毛が大量過ぎて吐きそうになった！3泊したけど、毎日同じ調子でいつ掃除してるのかと思った？！

中心街に近い

ホスピタリティにかける。 タオル等は部屋の前に置いてあるが、その他の必要なもの例えばパジャマやバスマットマグカップ、歯ブラシさえも要求してフロントに取りに行く必要がある。

大浴場が綺麗だった。朝食のコーヒーメーカーも有難かった。

- 복도나 시설들이 낡지 않은점 - 지하철역 바로 앞에 있어서 지하철 이용이 편리했음 - 숙소 로비에 공용우산이 비치되어 있어서 비가 갑자기 오는 9월 날씨에 유용하게 사용 가능 - 공항버스 도착, 출발 정류장이 가까움

- 4일째부터 객실청소해야하고 쓰레기를 직접 내놓아야함(단 수건은 매일 밖에 걸어줌) - 냉장고가 너무 미지근함 - 일본 숙소의 공통적 문제이지만 너무 비좁음(심지어 코너룸이었음에도..) 특히나 숙소에서 포장음식을 먹을 계획이라면 매우 불편. 화장실도 매우좁음. 샤워실은 그나마 넓은편. 미닫이 화장실 문으로 연인과 함께간다면 소리가 다 들려서 민망할 수 있음 주의 - 객실 내 샤워실 곰팡이 - 로비가 항상 음식냄새로 가득차 있음 - 나름 장기로 머물렀는데(6박) 저층에 배치되었었고, 창문을 열수는 있었으나, 바로 옆 건물 옥상에 사람이 올라온다면 바로 아이컨텍 가능한 상황이라 창문을 열수 있는 장점을 맘껏 누리지 못했음. 장기숙박인데 고층에 배치해주는 등의 센스가 없었던 점은 매우 실망이었고 객실 투숙 내내 엘리베이터에서 나보다 낮은 층에 내리는 사람을 전혀 볼 수 없어 여행 내내 기분이 언짢았음

眺望が良かった。 わざわざ良い所に変更して頂き有り難く思いました。

They dont clean everyday they give you schedule of cleaning but they dont do it .. on that day another notice is given that if we wanted cleaner we have to coordinate with the frontdesk.. we get out early am and they put th notice maybe early afternoon and that schedule to be coordinated with frontdesk BEFORE 2pm so if youre out the whole say AGAIN THE room will not be cleaned.. and when finally it was clean under the bed there were pieces of trash not removed

0. Location is perfect. One minute from subway station,couple of mins to tram and 5 min to bus-stop for airport bus. Hotel stays on the pretty quite street with very close location to 7-Eleven, Lawson and lots of palces to eat 1. Professional, helpful and polite hotel staff . Thanks for your service 2. WIFI in the room can be better - speed around 11 Mbit in 2026 it isn't enough for comfortable usage or occasional work goals. Luggage rack or something like this is missing for convenient placing of suitcase.

I was impressed with the standard of accommodation provided by this hotel. My double room was excellent, in decor, layout, facilities and accessories. A most comfortable bed. I loved the roof-top hot baths, both indoor and outside. The water temperature was comfortably warm. The availability of the many types of lotion sachets was welcome. Considering the quality, I was happy with the room pricing considering it was peak season. Staff were welcoming. I would recommend this well located hotel.

아침 조식때 일하는 남자 직원의 불친절함은 몇사람들이 다 말할정도로 태도가 예의없고 말이 거칠어요. 무서워서 밥먹기 힘들정도... 다시는 안가고싶다는...

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man kann beide Fenster öffnen, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Das Fitnessstudio ist ausreichend und darf mit Tattoos betreten werden. Für den Besuch im Onsen müssen Tattookleber benutzt werden - können an der Rezeption erworben werden.

Heljapansk frokostbuffet som ikke ga en vestlig noen alternativer og vanskelig å "bruke" uten inngående japansk erfaring. Det føltes dermed ganske bortkastet å betale for frokost. Jeg skjønner at den først og fremst var tilrettelagt for japanere, men noe kontinentalt vestlig burde være mulig. Og så like jeg ikke at betjeningen av toalettet og papir-holder var plasert slik at det var nesten umulig å komme til/betjene.

Firm beds, great water pressure, very clean rooms. Provided necessities and the public bath was a great bonus. We had a double room but the bed felt much bigger than that. Towels were replaced daily. Close to nearby restaurants and attractions. I would definitely stay here again next time

Lovely hotel in vg location and right next to Exit 4 Toho Line. Handy to nice food options. Very nice room, plenty of space for two. Breakfast had good offerings generally. Staff really nice & efficient.

Maybe a few more Continental Options for brekky. Had some, but pretty basic. Better than some hotels this trip, not as good as others.

There was a smell in the lobby - smelled like rubbish/trash, worse after hours. We were also driving and there was no area to comfortably stop the car for extended time to unload luggages. Could stop at roadside but it was stressful. Would be worth having designated car stop area for guests

Room cleaning is only once every 3 days if you are staying for at least 3 days. The room lighting is also dim and may be hard to do makeup and get ready.

Wow. Excellent location in Susukino and close to an important subway line. Loved the vibe in Susukino. Lively, young, fun! Lots to do. The breakfast was worth the cost — so many delicious Japanese and western options. The soup curry and miso soup and salad were my favorites, but everything was well made and yummy. The staff was extremely helpful too. The onsen on the roof was modern and well laid out. Very peaceful to be on the roof— privacy glass surrounded it but you can see the sky above. Loved it. Will return!

My only issue was the lack of space for clothing since there are no drawers. Only a bar for hanging clothes. But honestly I figured it out.

Le petit déjeuner était incroyable, beaucoup de spécialité d'Hokkaido mais aussi du Japon en général ainsi que des classiques occidentaux. L'emplacement, au coeur du quartier le plus animé de la ville et à une distance correct de marche (20 minutes). Très beau hôtel, chambre spacieuse et lit confortable.

Le laundry à l'étage était très utilisé, il faut donc planifier à l'avance si on veut l'utiliser. Interdiction des tatouage dans le bain public, les couvres tatouages sont chargées en supplément.

대욕장 있는건 좋은데 너무 더러워요 관리도 안되고, 특히 냄새가 너무 심해서 조금 힘들었음 일본에서 한번도 냄새때문에 힘든 곳은 못봤는데 그리고 위치도 조금 애매함 다음에는 삿포로 쪽으로 잡는게 날듯

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, I thought it was a good value for the price, with comfortable rooms, and a relaxing rooftop bath. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff helpful.

My only complaint is that the sun rises extremely early (3:30-4AM) in Hokkaido in the summer. The curtains in our east-facing room were not terrific at blocking light, which made for some early mornings. It did mean we were first in line at breakfast, but I would have liked the option to sleep in.

Sehr schönes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage. Wir hatten eine fantastische Aussicht aus dem 15. Stock. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Die Dusche hatte einen sehr guten Druck und war leicht und zuverlässig einzustellen. Großes Lob auch hierfür.

The photos shown in the app create the impression that the rooms are spacious, but in reality, the room was very small, with only a medium-sized bed. There was no wardrobe and no proper space to store shoes. The room had neither a balcony nor windows that could be opened, making it impossible to enjoy any fresh air. The space was so limited that even the TV was awkwardly installed and did not face the bed properly. The wooden frame surrounding the TV was covered with dust, particularly along the bottom edge. There was also a wall-mounted light fixture with three bulbs enclosed in a wooden frame, and it was heavily covered in dust. There was no room service for basic amenities such as drinking water. Guests had to request water from the reception desk on the first floor. Coffee was provided only upon arrival, while tea had to be collected personally from a station near the reception area. Housekeeping was not provided daily and was only carried out every two or three days. The breakfast was below expectations, and the serving hours were shorter compared to those of most hotels. The restaurant, which also served as the breakfast area, was very small. The chairs were basic and not particularly comfortable. Considering the facilities, service quality, and room conditions, the nightly rate is not justified. In my opinion, this hotel is significantly overpriced for what it offers.

Great location in Susukino so it was a short walk to restaurants and shops, the staff were helpful and friendly, and I was able to use the onsen with my tattoos covered using the stickers purchasable from the front desk

별기대 없이 갔는데 바로 앞에 지하철역 있고 시설 깔끔하고 좋았습니다 대욕장에 노천탕도 있어서 완전 만족 ! 아무리 깨끗한 호텔이라도 욕실에 곰팡이가 있을 법한데 전혀 없어서 정말 청결하구나라고 생각했습니다 다음에 삿포로에 가게 된다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

So one was offended by my tattooed Caucasian middle aged body in the onsen.

There are multiple with the same name, just a district name attached. I walked way out of my way only to have to take a taxi to the correct branch. GPS on my Apple Maps lagged and was of poor service so I really got disoriented on multiple Occasions

Comfortable and clean. Nice layout for the rooms. Fairly efficient hotel. Liked the room setup and views. Location was pretty good.

I stayed at a few hotels from this brand on this trip and this one had some oddities. The women’s public bath is not too exciting. Outside pool is too shallow and small. Why bother really? My partner didn’t use the men’s bath so I’m not sure about that one. One very strange thing-staff took our laundry out of the machine without letting us know they do that. And when we went down to the front desk in a panic thinking someone had taken all our clothes they seemed confused that they were missing. Lol We were actively waiting for it to be done and had a timer on. No apology given but the clothes were crumpled in a bag and handed to us. Very odd. Also took some time to get our car out of the hotel parking even though there was no one else in the queue.
