Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The hotel is clean, close to buses and close to shops and the central area. Rooms are basic but worked for our needs. A very safe area that is clean and accessible. The hotel doesn't have much around it. The evening staff was really friendly and helpful.
There is no restaurant in the hotel. Pizza is available but better to order to the hotel via delivery apps. Only one staff on in the evening with responsibility for check ins, enquiries and running the bar area.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a two-minute walk from the St. Gallen St. Fiden station. As a great bonus, the hotel provided us with the St. Gallen Pass. It gave us free public transport to the main train station (only a 5-minute ride) and all the way to Lake Constance. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and features fresh towels and bed linen. Our room was equipped with shower gel, a hairdryer, a TV, and a small table with chairs. The walk-in shower was also very spacious and comfortable. Please note that breakfast is available for an extra charge, but overall, it was a fantastic stay
