Booking üzerinden mesaj attım cevap yok, mail gönderdim cevap yok, telefonla aradım hemen hallediyoruz dediler 3 defa aramamıza rağmen hiçbir şey yapmadılar. Sahtekarlar mı nedir. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum, uzak durun hatta kaçın...

Huone oli siisti ja sijainti oli mitä mainioin.

Vessan kraana on liian kaukana lavuaarista, jolloin käsienpesu oli hankalaa, kun kädet otti koko ajan kiinni lavuaarin reunaan ja vettä roiskui yli. Mutta tämäkin vain huonekohtainen huomio, näin ei toivottavasti ole joka huoneessa. Ilmastointi todella kovaääninen ja käytävältä kuului äänet hyvin huoneeseen. Huoneessa olleet ikkunat tosi likaiset.

Wir waren 1 Nacht dort, alles sehr gut, es hätte sogar Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gegeben.

Es hätte eine Deckenbeleuchtung für mehr Licht geben können.

Unfortunately the place wasn't really clean. Hairs in the room, couple bugs I needed killed. I still recommend the place but those were things that affected the score.

Very central, spacious, clean & excellent value.

As there were no staff on site, it wasn’t possible to leave luggage before check-in time. It would have helped to have a bowl and some cutlery to accompany the microwave.

Good, clean, and very big room with a nice view. Great location. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The hotel and room were entered with a code, which we received before our arrival.

Outside, on the street there was a lot of loud music and talking till nighttime

Świetne miejsce do wszelkich aktywności - dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej w kilka minut. Hotel czyściutki, wystrój estetyczny; w pokojach herbata, kawa, czajnik. Pokoje kompaktowe, ale nie ciasne :)

Brak możliwości przechowania bagażu w obiekcie (pobliskie skrytki nie mieściły większych bagaży). Sobotnie hałasy za oknem - jak to w centrum.

Curățenia și amplasarea.

Very positively surprised. Big, clean room that had everything that was needed. Good central location. Easy access.

Kylpyhuone uusittu, toimiva ja siisti. Tilava huone, sisälsi kaiken tarvittavan. Miellyttävää, että uloskirjaus vasta klo 12.

Triukšmas už lango. Suprantu, kad tai ne viešbučio problema, bet verta paminėti, kad reikalingi ausų kištukai, nes po langais yra baras, kuriame dj groja muziką iki 4 valandos ryto 🙃

Sijainti hyvä, huoneessa kahvia ja ihan perussiisti. Asiakaspalvelu vastasi nopeasti ja oli ystävällinen.

Lisävuoteen lakanat puuttui. Huoneen koodi lisättiin lakanavarastoon, josta noudimme ne ja lähdettiin ulos. Takaisin tullessa emme enää päässeet sisälle hotelliin, eikä huoneeseen. Ilmeisesti koodi oli muuttunut kertakäyttöiseksi. Tämä vaatii soitot asiakaspalveluun. Pimennysverhot hieman huonot.

Hotelli oli keskeisellä paikalla. Huone oli todella tilava. Pimennysverhot oli kesällä kivat. Huoneessa oli viileäkaappi eväille.

Kylpyhuoneessa oli voimakas viemärin haju ja lavuaarin sekä suihkun viemärit vierivät huonosti.

No hay taquillas y tampoco en la estación de tren. Por suerte pudimos dejar las maletas en la estación de autobuses, si no, hubiésemos tenido un problema...

Die Lage war super und das Check-in/out hat problemlos funktioniert

Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regulieren oder ausschalten. Das Bad ist etwas merkwürdig ausgestattet.

Convenient location, comfortable and spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. The room had all the basic necessities, including good WIFI, several towels, soap, hairdryer, microwave oven, electric kettle, a small fridge, paper cups, instant coffee and tea. Breakfast could be bought separately from a nearby cafe. Close to several grocery and other stores, restaurants, bars etc. Paid about 80 euros per night which is not too bad for a hotel right in the center.

The noise level during the nights was high because of a bar across the street from my room - the DJ played loud techno music outside the terrace until 4am on Fri-Sat night. Earplugs necessary!

Kein Personal.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, vorausgesetzt, man hat den Eingang zum Hotel gefunden 😂. Obwohl es für mich neu und ungewöhnlich war, gab es keine Probleme mit dem Schlüsselcode selbst einzuchecken, Man erhält alle notwendigen Informationen dazu rechtzeitig via Email und SMS. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber.

Es fehlt eine Ablage oder ein Schrank um die Kleidung verstauen zu können. Vor allem, wenn man mehrere Tage im Hotel verbringt, sind 3 Kleiderbügel an einer Wand zu wenig.

Great location between the river and main square. Plenty of room for three of us. Comfortable bed and a good shower.

The bar opposite had a DJ on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed here. On one of those nights the music was really loud - we couldn’t listen to our own music and light sleepers might have struggled to get to sleep.

L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville et permet de rayonner facilement à pied ou en transports. La chambre est très spacieuse, propre dans l'ensemble, et la literie est confortable. C'est une bonne base pour visiter la ville et se reposer après une journée de découverte.

La gestion 100 % digitale montre rapidement ses limites lorsqu'on a besoin d'aide. Nous avions contacté l'hôtel via Booking pour obtenir des informations sur une consigne à bagages et une laverie. La réponse n'est arrivée que le lendemain de notre arrivée et s'est essentiellement limitée à nous conseiller de chercher une laverie sur Internet. Nous espérions justement un peu d'aide ou une recommandation locale. Même frustration pour l'early check-in : le jour de notre arrivée, l'application ne permettait plus de choisir réellement cette prestation. Nous avons seulement pu accéder à la chambre une heure plus tôt pour 10 €. C'est dommage car la chambre était prête, et nous étions disposés à payer davantage pour y accéder plus tôt, mais le système ne le permettait pas. À notre arrivée, le réfrigérateur n'avait par ailleurs pas été vidé après les précédents occupants. Enfin, malgré sa très grande superficie, la chambre est étonnamment peu équipée : aucune étagère ou rangement pratique pour les vêtements, uniquement des gobelets en carton pour les boissons chaudes et un réfrigérateur tellement petit qu'une bouteille standard y entre difficilement. L'éclairage blanc et froid donne également une ambiance assez peu chaleureuse. Il ne manquerait pourtant pas grand-chose pour rendre cette grande chambre beaucoup plus pratique et accueillante. C'est probablement le point le plus regrettable.

Sehr laute Musik aus dem Pub gegenüber bis weit nach Mitternacht. Dann hat ein Gerät angefangen zu brummen.

The location is perfect, right in the center but still not too loud. Communication before the arrival was great.

The sofa for a third person could be prepared in advance. It was not too comfortable as well.

The hotel is located very close to the city centre (Market Square), and even though the entrance is a bit hidden, everything was smooth. The room was very spacious and the quality-price balance was excellent. There were tea/coffee making facility, a fridge and a microwave oven, which allowed me to eat and drink a bit in the room. It was not really the "kitchenette" as the hotel presented, but a lot better than the chains like ibis, where we cannot even prepare hot water in the room.

Viešbutis strategiškai patogioje vietoje - pačiame Turku centre. Įėjimas su kodais, kodus gavome gerokai prieš atvykstant, sistema veikė be trikdžių. Kambarys tvarkingas.

Dvigulė lova, sustumta iš dviejų atskirų lovų, nebuvo labai patogu. Dušo sienelė labai siaura, vandens nubėgimas nenuožulnus, tad naudojantis dušu, visas vonios kambarys skęsta vandenyje ir nėra kuo nubraukti ar išvalyti vandenį.

Hotel senza personale, tutto si apre con il codice. Stanza ampia e pulita, bagno con ogni comodità. Posizione centrale comoda anche alla stazione.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a small refrigerator, a hot water kettle, and plenty of tea and coffee.

The entrance is difficult to locate initially and I walked past it. I didn't expect it to be on a ramp to an underground dock with large trucks coming in and out. It's not entirely safe and it's littered and dirty. See attached photo; the entry is on the left side in the dark towards the back (in the middle of the photo).The furnishings are sparse and somewhat Spartan. The website description photo is not representative of the apartment I was in.
