Reviewed Sep 15, 2026We had a wonderful stay and were extremely satisfied with everything. Fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk to the thermal baths. All the staff were very friendly and kind. We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage on both check-in and check-out days. Our room was clean and spacious, with comfortable pillows, and the lounge area with the ironing board was much appreciated as well. Highly recommend, we would happily come back.

Our room was on the 3rd floor - attic and the sloping ceilings seriously affected the head room, especially with me being 6’3’’. Parking was also a pain, having to park in Schloss Strasse, which had limited spaces. For these reasons I would not return

The location is in the centre of Baden-Baden, adjacent to the old church and the Friedrichsbad. There is plenty of choice for places to eat nearby.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Hotelul este amplasat in zona centrala, chiar langa primarie, cu acces usor catre toate obiectivele turistice. Este un hotel cochet, decorat cu mult bun gust, unde personalul este deosebit de amabil. Micul dejun a fost fantastic, produse diverse, proaspete si delicioase (unele chiar de casa, cum ar fi iaurtul si prajiturile). Aceleasi prajituri le puteai gasi dupa amiaza, in zona comuna, unde exista un aparat de cafea si o cana fierbator, toate la dispozitia clientilor, din partea casei. Tot din partea casei sunt si prosoapele pe care receptia le ofera clientilor care merg la therme, pe baza biletelor cu cost redus, achizitionate de la receptie. In concluzie, am avut un sejur excelent, recomand acest hotel cu toata increderea.
Nu a existat nimic care sa ne afecteze sejurul.

De plus, ils prétendent qu'il n'y a pas de frais supplémentaires à la réservation, mais ils modifient le prix au moment du départ. Le petit-déjeuner est infect. J'ai juste pris un café et je suis parti.

Great location, albeit up a steep hill which may be an issue for people with mobility issues. It was very hot but we were offered plug-in air con units if we needed them. A nice touch to be able to purchase tickets to Caracalla spa and borrow towels

Wij zaten in een dakkapel, daar moest je wel opletten om je hoofd niet te stoten als je uit bed kwam. Verder alles top!

I had a room with AC (even though I didn’t saw it listed in the facilities). I could leave my luggage before check in so I could go straight on for a hike. Thanks for everything!

It's close to both the old and new spas, 1 minute walk to the old spa and about 5 minutes to the new spa. The room is spacious for Europe, immaculate, and comfortable. There is no a/c but there was a fan that cooled the room well. There is also a small lift which makes accessing the upper floors easy. Our favorite aspect of our stay was the lovely and thoughtfully prepared breakfast. They offer locally sourced meats, jams, honey, and eggs. There is homemade yogurt and muesli along with an assortment of delicious food, juices, and coffee. We would definitely stay here again.
I can't think of any negatives.

Das gesamte Team ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, und das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders genossen haben wir die ruhige Lage, die es erlaubt, nachts entspannt bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Ein weiteres Highlight war das leckere Frühstück, das man herrlich draußen genießen kann. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026It is a very lovely hotel with a good size bedroom and a very clean washroom. It is located right beside a church and close to the center of the town. Only 5-8 minutes walk to everything you need.
To some people, this may be an issue, but to me it was just fine. The elevator is a level up the main entrance, and to reach it, you need to walk up a stair. To people with mobility issues, this may present a challenge.

Eigentlich nichts, für Hausstauballergiker wegen des Teppichbodens im Zimmer ev. nicht geeignet. Keine Terrasse.

Sehr freundliches Personal, man fühlte sich sofort familiär angekommen. Auch das Frühstück ist Spitze und das Dargebotene ausgezeichnet und von sehr hoher Qualität.

Reviewed May 8, 2026The friendly staff were very helpful, the location was ideal right near the Roman baths, the room was modern and clean and the breakfast was local, fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the lounge room also.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Super expérience dans cette hôtel. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, propre, 3-5 minutes dès les 2 thermes. Très bon petit déjeuner. Parking il y a mais pas beaucoup mais il y a 4-5 minutes chez Vincentigarage. Parking couvert avec borne de charge.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Sehr zentral gelegen. Wir hatten ein schönes Appartement unter dem Dach mit tollem Blick auf die Umgebung.
Für zwei Nächte war alles gut gewesen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wären uns die Matratzen etwas zu weich und die Dusche fehlt. Aber das ist Geschmacksache.
